    Very unprofessional staff! The hostess was talking about us to another employee right in front of me. You can tell they don't want to work and the restaurant wasn't even busy! I didn't even get to order food. The atmosphere was horrible and RUDE employees! I will never go back! I clearly told the hostess we wanted a high chair we can a toddler in our arms she proceeded to sit us at the bar area. When I asked another employee he rudely told me we couldn't use high chairs there, I explained to him that we had made it clear we needed a highchair and that's where they had sat us he moved us to the dining area ,but you could clearly see his agitation! I've been going there for years and never had a problem.. I will never recommend chillis of unprofessional Waukegan!!!!

    If I could give these mfz a Half of a star I would. Placed my original order on 7/30 at 10:30pm silly Me when they close at 11pm I was hungry the Sour diesel had kicked in so I wasn't thinking. So I Ordered the triple sampler which was recooked and cold my mini burgers was burned at the top and bottom , also order a Party platter of wings that were Definitely recooked and dip in BarBQue sauce. I was Soooooooo Blown like a struck match. I called and spoke Joe in which he offered me a refund. I declined because we eat here often and for the most the food be edible so I wanted my order Remade at a later date and they were closed btw. So here we are Today and I called looking for Joe they advised Joe was not in however they remember my order and know it was wings that needed to be replaced. I asked did they need my ticket number she said No. You would think they would try to be a little bit more aware of what they brought out to ME. What was I thinking First off I ORDERED A PARTY PLATTER they stay promoting while you on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone and WHAT I GOT WAS 6.5 Wings. Which are pictured below cause a picture is worth a thousand words and I know some people will be like oh She just Mad No LOOK AT THIS and tell me 38 dollars later and 2 attempts later my food would be finger licking INSTEAD I'm Back Feeling like Chili's count your days This is unacceptable I would rather drive to gurnee and comeback and put my food in microwave for All That . Seriously Do Better.

    The smokehouse combo is pretty good. I sat at the bar and the bartender (male) was awesome. Made sure I got what I needed and food was out fast. Definitely give this location a go.

    If they are only going to have one person cover the floor during lunch, then let us order from the table top or my cell phone. Aside from that, my food was good and the server was great but can't cover the whole restaurant.

    Went in today 8-11-23 @ noon. It wasn’t very busy. Waited awhile to be seated. Waited 15 mins before the waiter came to take our drink order he was busy holding a conversation with some employees at the bar. Finally gives us our drinks then disappears again without taking our food orders. He comes over and I told him we’ve been waiting on you. Makes small talks with us. We ate and paid our tab which came out to 100$. I wasn’t happy with his services but still tipped him 5$ . He then starts dry begging shouting across the floor “5$ out of a 100 tab. You know I work off us tips”. I ignored him since I was with my family. I didn’t want to escalate the situation. Buddy if you’re reading this tend to your customers at a timely manner maybe then you’ll get the tips you deserve.

    I've been coming here for years. Place has went downhill. Slow service and the tables and bars are not cleaned timely or correct. My guy is outside on a. Smoke break and the bar is packed. The manager or other employees don't jump in to help. Waited 20 minutes to put a order in.

    Great place to have a quick lunch or dinner! Our server Brad was top notch and took awesome care of us! The manager (I didn't catch his name) gave our new Sailor a few gifts cards and made sure that every time we stopped in we had everything we needed.

    Absolutely love chilis go there almost every weekend, the staff is amazing super friendly and always happy. Except for one general manger , who is constantly giving us a hard time , his name is Joe. One weekend we were there , a bartender needed bottles for the bar and kept asking Joe , but he was to busy flirting with the younger girls , while tickling them and picking them up , which I think is absolutely unacceptable especially if your a manager . Then when we went in on Veterans Day , I know it’s busy and that’s understandable but the last time I remember that any bar is first come first serve , Joe tried to tell me and my boyfriend that we could not go to the bar, only because he did not want us to be there because , the bartender was one of our favorites. It’s really crazy and unreal and unbelievable how he treats his coworkers , let alone the customers, i do not understand why you have someone like him working there . There need to be some consequences for his actions, and he needs to work on how he treats the coworkers.

    Sorry, but Chili’s margaritas are hard to beat! Add in some chips and salsa and you can’t have a bad day at Chilis.

    Tried this Chili's location for the first time. Wait staff was responsive and fulfilled my every need. Food was wonderful as always. This will likely be my new Chili's home.

    Service was extremely poor the food was not very tasty. I had the egg roll. The chocolate cake was good. The waiter was rude my niece asked her to help with payment machine and was told don't you know what you had. The lady didn't want to help and when someone else at our table request something extra was told the order has already been placed. It was close to their closing understanble but rudeness not necessary. It was seven people in our party and service wasn't great.

    Service support the whole weight stas worried about their own problems not paying any attention to the customers set me down a menu for happy hour walk away. Not taking an order came back and then told me his 2 late for happy hour would not go back and I didn't feel as a very clean place.

    Great service. Super nice hostess & waitress. They looked a bit short staffed as it is everywhere now b/u it took a bit to order & find our waitress to get the check. But it was all good b/u the food was very good- well presented, perfect temperature & our waitress did us a favor and split the full slab rib for my husband & my daughter on two plates as one order. There were sports on TV but not too loud and the atmosphere was very positive. The only thing we’re the lights above our booth were very bright blinding us a bit. Would visit again.

    I always go to this Chili’s if I’m craving it. I dined in and it wasn’t busy at all which was nice. Food was fast and tasty. The drinks took a bit longer than the food but that’s fine. The dessert was also good! Staff was friendly (:

    Overall I like going to Chili's now and then. Something seems to have changed at some point with the steak fajitas, however. They explained to me, after the strak I requested to be medium rare came out well done, that the heater they use for the fajitas does not let them to properly control how much the steak is cooked. That's unfortunate as well done steak is tough and has less flavor, so I can no longer order steak fajitas with any confidence that it will be good. The baked pasta with shrimp and crab, which I then ordered instead, is pretty good, at least. I'll continue going to Chili's sometimes, but it will be less often going forward as I mostly went foe the steak fajitas before.

    The steak was so good & juicy. The grilled corn so amazing. The unsweet tea tasted fresh, which is hard to find anymore. The To-go order was super easy & fast. The lady who brought my food out was very friendly. GREAT JOB!!!

    If the cleanliness was better it would be rated higher. The waitress was amazing, the server that cut his finger was not a quitter. Although the bandage was not appropriate when handing out food. The plastic in my dosh was not acceptable and neither was the food and napkins under our table when were sat.

    Service was horrible, management was extremely rude. The food was served cold then reheated in the microwave. We waited 20 minutes to be seated in empty dining room and once seated still didn't get service. Had to finally ask for water after waiting another 30 minutes. Not a good experience.

    Management needs to more to train their staff. I ordered chili and a salad. Was asked if I wanted the chili served with the others meals. Chile was served before my salad. My wife's broccoli was served raw. When it was brought to our server's attention she said the kitchen was having trouble cooking broccoli. We weren't looking for the cause, but a solution. We had a ask if she could get cooked broccoli. Our guests had the 2 for $25 meals and asked to have their cookie boxed to take home. After the complete their meal our server asked if she could bring their cheesecake now.

    Half my shrimp over cooked other half under cooked look at the difference balled up shrimp means it’s over cooked took over 30 minutes to even place a drink order food was subpar honestly a waste of money server was nice.

    We were there for 1 hour before they even took drink orders. Then we did not get our drinks for another 20 minutes. We didn't get our chips and salsa until after drinks came. The drinks and food were all ordered together. There were several meals that were wrong and a couple that came out cold. The manager said it has been a hectic day (which over half the restaurant was empty) then he said all the staff was new. It didn't look like the manager even made any attempt to help the staff that obviously was struggling. When we asked to talk to him and he came to our table he seemed really annoyed that we asked for him. He didn't take anything off the bill and we had 9 people at our table. He just gave us chili's gift cards and said we could use it at a future visit. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chili's and I have gone to Chili's many many times.

    As always, great experience with delicious food! I recommend their Chile Mango Chicken or Ancho Salmon if you like a sweet and spicy flavor 🤩👏

    A fiend and I decided to have dinner there after not seeing each other in years. I will say the young lady that seated us was quick in getting us a seat being that I was using a cane. The waiter did a great job accommodating us during our visit. The food and drinks were appetizing as well. However, being a person who has worked in food service I noticed a young lady who was working the seating area near the bar doing a far less than stellar job keeping the area clean. I watched here do a poor job sweeping the floor first. She didn't bother to move the chairs as she swept leaving debris behind on the floors near the base of the tables. Then I watched her knock over a ketchup bottle which hit the floor. Several other patrons sitting by noticed this as well. She picked the bottle up and placed it back on the table without checking for any potential damage or even sanitizing it. She appeared to just be doing enough to keep her job. The gentleman who was at the from appearing to be the supervisor didn't seem to be paying close attention to her performance leading me to believe this might just be the culture at this establishment. I quite certain I and anyone else I know will be visiting this particular site any time soon. Also, I didn't see the tables being cleaned properly as well. the wiping was quick and no attention was paid to frequently touched areas of the tables such as the sides or underneath where children touch often. I didn't even see the seats wiped either.
