My husband and I travel pretty far for haunted houses, and have been to many! This one happens to be local to us. I'm SO IMPRESSED! This was personally the scariest I've ever been to due to excellent design. I won't spoil too many details, but let's just say I've never ever seen so many scary faces staring at me keeping me guessing at every split second! Very, very well done. They do not put groups together and they give an ample amount of time before putting the next group in, which is important for us! 10/10 for us! The merchandise area was also very cool, with cute Halloween trinkets... and the selfie station designs were impressively intricate!

I'm from out of state, my family just moved up and they chose this Haunt to attend for Halloween. Being someone that has worked inside a Haunted house for years, I have to say I was very excited to go to a haunt outside of my state. This one is definitely one I'd recommend to someone else. However, I will say tonight we did the Blackout Night version and although was fun. It could have been better. But that could be the haunt actor in me, as I saw opportunities for improvement throughout the haunt. But again, DEFINITELY WILL ATTEND AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

I was extremely disappointed with this haunted house. The lighting was so poor that one couldn't really appreciate all of the props set up. The path was so closed in that each "room's" theme couldn't really be properly expressed. The actors were relegated to jump scares and weren't able to express their characters properly. The lack of themes was probably my main gripe. You are basically just following a narrow path while periodically actors try to surprise you while you look at the props. The experience needed to be catered to each group as they traversed from area to area. I've found the most effective haunted house/trail works best when each area is essentially a scene that the group encounters, where the actors are precisely placed to facilitate the theme. I've had experiences where you walk into a room and suddenly the lights cut out and then a strobe light would come on with music and actors in zombie costumes had entered via secret doors to surround you. This haunted house felt very low effort and didn't properly utilize the location. I love Halloween and would like to see this attraction improve, so I hope that they take this criticism as a constructive tool to better the experience.

Awesome Haunted House Haunted Houses are not my thing but I have been to this one 2 years in a row. It just gets better each year. They have a great crew there. You can see that they love what they do. I will admit it... They scared me!!!!

What a great haunt! We went with our grown kids to the black out night and they got too scared and dipped early. We go to a lot of haunted houses and this one was one of the fun ones. I even screamed lots.

After waiting in line for 10 minutes, we upgraded to the speed pass, however, we were entertained by several actors while in line. One of the actors ended up being the owner, who is very dedicated and passionate about the experience. The haunted hospital itself was pretty awesome bringing many screams from myself and my husband. The gift shop and photo ops at the end was a great addition! Would recommend to anyone who wants to experience a true haunted house! Be sure to check out the cemetery before entering, it will get the hairs standing on your arms.

The best part of the haunted house was the ACTORS! They were all so talented and their makeup was so amazing! You couldn’t tell what was actors and wasn’t in the haunted house because makeup was done so well and the actors were so good. The line was fast moving. The haunted house was inside. Actors entertained you while in line, Taylor being one of our favorites to watch! The actors didn’t touch you. At the end, there is an amazing photo room to take pictures in and someone readily taking photos for customers. The staff at the beginning and end are so friendly unlike many haunted houses I have been to. The gift shop was great. Honestly the best haunted house I think I have been to overall. They have all their customer service and quality figured out and are very eager to make it better for years to come. You can tell the staff is passionate about everything they do. I look forward to seeing what they do next year. Highly recommend.

We had a great time! There were some fantastic jump scares and kept us all on our toes! The escape rooms were really fun too!

Well executed Haunt, excellent lighting, audio, & detailed set work. Actors utilize sets well, blended in with props with great timing on jump scares. A+ on makeup and costumes. The location at the old Pollak Hospital is an incredible venue with a dark history & sets the eerie scene from the get go. The incredible gift shop offers 7 different highly detailed photo op areas & a variety of Horror & Halloween themed merchandise. Aura Swag is plentiful with awesome designs! Aura is an amazing Haunted Attraction experience-Highly Recommend!

Length between groups were plentiful! the set up was eye catching.... when you weren't blinded by the darkness 👻😍🖤🖤🖤 actors were great and makeup was on point! We came from Springfield and I'd consider us haunt connesuiers, and they did not disappoint 🤩 Now it'll be a traditional stop 🫶 oh and their gift shop was awesome!
