I feel sorry for those drivers who have to deliver here I got only two pallets and waiting couple hours already

They get 5 stars for the simple fact that the reviews from some of these other people are false and based on their own poor attitudes. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Arrived at 5:30 for a 7am appt. Was told to come in and park but receiving wouldn’t accept me until 6:30. At 6:30 was given door and immediately started unloading. Received paperwork in hand by 8am. Great job. No overnight and clean portapotty on site

Arrived at 0715 for an 8 am appointment. Check in took about 10 minutes and was given a door right away. Unloading was a different story. Took three hours to remove 8 pallets. The confusing part was all they had to do was unload and stamp the paperwork, because the paperwork said subject to count and inspection. Maybe the empty pizza box I found in the back of my trailer after unloading was the answer. They just decided to unload me after they went to lunch at 10 am. Docks are very close together so be careful of your neighbors mirrors. Plenty of room to maneuver helped greatly.

0 stars if I could. I had 3 drops this was my first. Appointment at 7 am. My next appointment was at 11 am an hr away. I didn't get in to a door till 11 am and didn't get out till almost 1 pm. I had 5 pallets for them. So I've had to sit the last 3 days waiting to reschedule my 11 am appointment. I'm not happy.

Skip. You will thank me. We do not vend, use, buy or purchase. Skip entirely. Grow the grain, Mill it yourself. Will be infinitely superior to anything this company can't or won't (it's a refusal at this point). They simply keep refusing to work with us. And at Cloverleaf Farms our motto is "We only work With companies Willing to work With us" US Foods has flatly refused to work with our company for The Fifth Year Running!!! Great place for delivery. Come at 9:30 am for 10:00 am appointment. Get the door. Unload at 20 min. They have a parking lot inside facility till 04:30 pm.

The absolute worst company to do business with. No customer service whatsoever. Damaged products, items not delivered but charged. No representative to communicate issues with. Website is a joke. If one could give out negative stars they'd be-5.

Took hours to unload for a appointment. $400 something lumper fee. Rude person at desk and hot outdoor bath room. Lol soon walk in there list of fee if late etc etc have fun

Appointment time was 7am. Arrived at 7am. Was assigned a door around 710am. Starting unloading about 730am. Still unloading at 11am. Not even FTL. Weight was about 11K. Shouldn't take this long to unload.

I arrived before the appointed time, they gave me a dock, they quickly unloaded it, and what is most pleasant, the documents were also ready right away, I thought I would wait for the documents for 1 hour or longer

Careful, docks are tight here. It’s not hard backing, but doors are close together. I’m on yellow line on both sides. But, my passenger mirror would have hit truck on passenger side if I hadn’t pulled it in. Unload times ain’t great, staff is friendly.

One star only because receiving answer phone,but only thing they are telling to you,it’s lie. They only care about their trucks. OTR drivers do not come here!!! My driver check in 6:30 am for 7am apt,check out 5 pm!!!

Great place to deliver to if you're a truck driver. Work fairly quickly was only there a couple of hours and I was late so I was not expecting them to be quick but they were. Very friendly staff! Plenty of room in the parking lot to back into the door. I will look forward to delivering here again!

Be careful , this facility can charge for late delivery. Doesn't matter what whas the reason. You have spare tire or traffic because accident - nobody cares Late fee $250. Also unloading time it's over 3 hours. BUT OFCOURSE - THEY WILL NOT PAY DETENTION !!! If they damage the load - they will say that it was like that. They don't mention that seal was intact - so be aware - you might be the responsible person. Also they don't have overnight parking.

Appointment at 1100. Arrival at 0900. Single file line staging on the private street leading up to guard shack. Finished at 1230. One of the better US Foods I've delivered to.

Arrived an hour half before appt. There were 5 of us total and we all got a door immediately. Plenty of room to move and started unloading me as soon as I choked the wheels.

I was there yesterday for a 7am appointment and they had my paperwork back to me by 815am. The lady in receiving was really nice.

I late few minutes from my appointment for delivery & they reschedule me to next day.and they charge me $250 for reschedule appointment.zero communication and disrespect to driver.

please avoid this place . i have 11:00am appointment today is 4:27 pm still not unloaded 9 pallets. they have no respect for drivers at all.

Receiving start at 0630. Check in by dock 1with receiving. Lumper is capstone 45-3087555. This place is gated and no security guard. Check in at 0630 for 0800 appt. Unloaded 0800

One star only for people working in the office. Otherwise, avoid this facility, had my first stop here, they unloaded all pallets from the trailer and said I'm good to go, then they loaded back pallets for 2 other stops, mixing all pallets, loaded doubles all the way ( not single - double - single) now after my first stop I'm overweight on drive. Crazy ! No restroom, only Porta Potty. No overnight parking Looong time to unload

Appointment at 12 pm...checked in 10 am..assigned me door right away..but started unloading around 12.30 pm...after 1.30 hour changed my door ...empty at 3 pm...they are slow ...

All the drivers that whine about waiting are the drivers that sit in the fuel island for hours.. no problem there... poor babies.. drive in your own country please

Arrived early per receiving office suggestion 6 hrs later I'm finally in door another 4 and maybe they'll unload this truck ☹️

Appt 9 AM. Showed up at 8 AM. Right away they told me they are 4 hours behind. Reefer running -10. I am 4th in line and they don't take anyone. It is almost 11 am. I just wish I read all the reviews before I took a load. It is just ridiculous to keep drivers like that. I have a return load already till 4 pm I just hope I will make it.
