    This “restaurant” constantly runs out of chicken. They lock their lobby during business hours. Frequently ignore cars in the drive-thru. I’m starting to wonder if it’s a front for criminal activity since they seem to not want to do any real business

    Let's start by saying I arrived at this location on sunset at 7:15 p.m on Friday 5-13-22. I pull up to drive through and the lady working asked if she could take my order. I requested a 12 piece original with mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, and fries. The lady then says " im sorry we are no longer serving chicken at this time because we close in 45 mins and we do not have any cooked." I said ok thank you and drove away. I was in complete shock that a CHICKEN fast food restaurant is not selling chicken because they close in 45 mins. It takes like 13-15 mins to cook the chicken. I at one point in life was a cook at KFC. I was disappointed that the workers at this location decided that on Friday they were closing early. I would normally say better luck next time, however I will avoid this location and advise others to do the same just out of fear that I will be left hungry when im told "we're not selling the main thing we sale because we close in 45 mins." A complete shame.

    Ordered a 16 piece family meal with 5 large side and only reviewed individual portions which is great trying to feed 5+ people. The chicken seemed under seasoned and barely cooked to temperature. We got upcharged for mediocre disproportioned food. Then refused to answer the phone before closing.

    I will never go to KFC AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give them no stars!!!!! Very unorganized, workers where rude, they had 100 pieces of extra crispy, no Mac and cheese. 47.00 for a 8 piece of chicken 3 sides and a 1/2 gallon of soda. Should of went to pick n save, you can get a 8 piece of 6.99, and they have a special two 8 piece for 10.00, don't know if they have that special all the time. The chicken is 100 times better.

    Ordered a 8 piece family meal and this is what was in the bucket. Where’s the drum sticks, the thighs ect. All I got were 3 large pieces and a bunch of small unrecognizable pieces. Def not what I paid for.

    When you roll up at 645 on Friday don’t expect them to have food. They’ll laugh and give you an attitude and tell you it’ll be a “bit of a wait” and then when you say that’s fine they go “you don’t even know how long the wait is gonna be, it’s 45 minutes”. An absolute lie. Completely unprepared for dinner on a Friday if that’s the case. Why this business closes at 8 on a weekend makes no sense to me but it’s clear these employees just want to get out early so they didn’t prepare enough food so they can start turning away customers. Absolutely horrid customer service from the order taker at the window tonight. Won’t be returning.

    This place is a joke. Quick pickup? The freaking place is locked. So I sit through the drive thru. Why order online if i have to wait in the drive thru? It's been bad for years here. Someone needs to inform them covid is over! Time to open the doors.

    In all honesty, this KFC restaurant should probably just close. I know restaurants are having staffing issues. However, this KFC is often not open on time or even close to the hours posted. At least change your hours and have food available when you are open.

    I understand there's a labor shortage but when there's employees just standing around and customers are backing up something needs to be done. I walked out after 20 mins of waiting for my order to be taken and another guy was waiting 30 minutes for his order to show up.

    I ordered 2 bowls which we've had many times. It was about 40 minutes before closing which may make a difference. The chicken in the bowls was more like fried coating..crunchy without chicken taste. Could have used more gravy and corn. They were edible just not the best that we've had at this location. Our order taker was very friendly and the service was ok.

    I ordered 8 piece chicken tenders and 2 sides and 4 biscuits. Absolutely horrible. It looked like they skinned the meat off of frog legs and fried them. Chintzy amount of potatoes and the gravy needed some of their herbs and spices added to them for flavor. The biscuits were edible. Spending $25+ for this meal. Never again.

    They closed early, and after we waited in the drive thru a few minutes (since we did hear a voice greet us), a man I assume is the irritated manager comes out to tell us that there is no one there, they are closed, and that it was an automated voice. He seemed shocked and annoyed by us. I'm not sure how we were supposed to know that they closed early and that everyone was gone. The lights were still on, and it wasn't closing time yet.

    Do not recommend dining in. The place is a hole. Completely disgusting and honestly I've seen cleaner nicer restaurants in the middle of the hood than this place. Not to mention they don't have mail and charge you extra for any condiments besides ketchup. I would avoid and go somewhere else. Food was hot and fresh.

    I see not only are there improving the restaurant they are improving the service. Food was good n prompt. The floor was a little slippery when I arrived from just being mopped however it was sticky on my way out and nothing was spilled on it another customer laughed with me in her way out that we were sliding on our way in and sticking in our way out. Maybe its the solution that's used on the floor not sure. Years ago when I came in the floors, seats, ceiling etc were nasty dirty even a little rotted etc n service was very slow rude n very unprofessional food always tasted old or just off. Today it was the complete opposite. Very polite and professional. The only reason for the four star was because of the floor. I don't blame the staff personally just hope they can resolve it.

    Literally every time I come to this kfc, they screw something up. Today I ordered the chicken sandwich meal. When I got home there were only about 6 fries in the container. If they are that lazy that they don’t want to make more just say your out of fries. I’ve also ordered there tenders on a few occasions and they are the size of a regular nugget. For the price, they are a rip off. Ive tried calling the number multiple times on different occasions and no one answered. I wouldn’t go here if I were you. I’m done with this place. The employees are always out the back door smoking “ cigarillos”. The altered mind might be why the orders are always screwed up.

    Nasty would best describe this place. Chicken is over or undercooked, manager was horrible lady and staff is worse than the chicken and manager combined. Close this location before you kill someone with salmonella or listeria.

    Just a KFC but have had many times been shorted the cookie from a box meal. I let them know, but just get a "sorry". I get that no one cares, but don't bother to say sorry, because it is empty. I will just go elsewhere.

    Drive thru order of some spicy classic chicken sandwiches and a Nashville Hot Tenders comb. That is some of the best chicken. Highly recommend.

    I just got yelled at by some guy not even working the drive thru for placing my order before drive thru lady was ‘ready’. He snapped at me that I ‘needed to wait’ despite being told by I guess the recording to ‘order when I was ready’. No actual greeting, just being snapped at and also told they don’t have sweet tea which is on their menu. Completely unsettled by that first interaction, I do place my order with the lady and wait to then find out after they took my card for payment they don’t actually have the extra crispy chicken I ordered and were just subbing in regular chicken without asking. I told them no that isn’t ok I ordered the extra crispy for a reason and giving original recipe or dark meat instead isn’t ok. They should have told me before I sat there waiting. Completely over this ridiculous experience I made her give me my card back and told them to forget they order. I’m over so over people being rude because they don’t like their jobs. Turn off the recorded greeting and actually treat customers nicely. It’s not hard…

    Today is Thursday June 2,22. About 6pm tonight when I was in the drive through, the girl I talked to was extremely RUDE!!!! Iasked a question and she purposely ignored me. And I’m giving all this time and date info, so KFC can know who she is and reprimand her. I would NEVER go to this KFC again!!

    Omg, we walked into the lobby, stood at the register for 7-8min and we were never greeted OR given an explanation that they were busy. We were completely IGNORED, and had to walk out UNEQUIVOCALLY these managers should be fired immediately... NEVER have I felt so disrespected walking into a restaurant. It's 24hrs later and I'm still extremely upset about this!!!!

    Got the 16pcs Family meal with bucket of soda. Online order was easy enough. Pick up was spot on. Got home and.....no slaw as ordered. Not driving across Waukesha for a slaw. I really wanted to give a better review, but leaving my slaw out is just poor. Double check next time please.

    Chicken was good but I hate eating in the car. Fried chicken in the car what a mess. Open the dining room! Can't afford employees? Taco Bell next door is open for dining in. So is McDonald's, Panda Express, Arby's, etc etc etc... Step outside the box and figure it out?

    Reviewing a drive-through experience during a busy dinner rush. I found the line to move slow and the lobby closed. It was clear to me from the cashier that they were short staffed. Much credit is due to the food quality. Despite this short staffing, the meat was cooked evenly tender and seasoned evenly too. Everything had the right texture flavor and tasted great. For my preferred meal of Nashville hot chicken tenders. I found that this location was remarkable for evenly seasoning the tenders. In this solitary experience, The staff did miss an item from my order.

    This kfc it’s terrible. How do you run out off chicken 😡😡 They are rude I never had anything. I came back on 10/04 and once again, they did not have a chicken pot pie I ordered the two thighs in the chicken is disgusting in the biscuit Is it hard! I’m so tired to come here and not getting what I want. The only thing good here are the chicken pot pies and they never have Them. I’m very disappointed. And another thing my dog won’t even eat the chicken!!!
