    Food is always hot and tasty and doesn't feel or taste like fast food. It was a very good meal! A great value too. Customer service is great with extremely nice managers and staff. The restaurant was easy to locate, was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Food is fairly priced. Worth giving a try.

    More than reviewing the food (which is very good BTW), I would like to leave my comment for the people that work here. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly. They will always have a smile on, and will be very cheerful. I frequent this spot for lunch almost all the time during the weekdays. The staff ensures that the tables are cleaned regularly. They are also very efficient in getting your food moving 'through the line', which ultimately ensures that you are in and out in less than 2 mins! Food is fresh and the warm items are actually really warm! I will always recommend this spot, and I will keep coming here! :)

    This place is great when the GM is there - she is always extremely friendly and recognizes me. The other hourly managers on staff are also great. When the younger people are working on nights/weekends - that's when there seems to be trouble with customer service and orders - BUT...with the way the workforce is right now, I am glad they're there at all.

    Ordered a Bowl Ive had in the past From this location, and the Portions are Very small, Literally I looked on the website to see if I had selected by accident a "Half-Order" option when entering my online order... The Chips were Stale, The Quality of the chicken is FAR from what usually is-Its cubed and has off flavor. Wont be ordering from this location ever again. Also-My delivery order was Very fast by courier... And the food was hardly room temperature, Concerning for food handling at the location. the Chicken should at least be Somewhat Warm and Rice at arrival (duration for courier from location to was 11min). What happened to Quality at this location?

    I felt like I was being served by a racist, first off I was treated poorly not greeted properly served small portions and the white man behind me was called sir.. I was so uncomfortable I eat outside in my truck with my children... I really feel like if you are black you shouldn't eat here unless you want to be treated like 2nd hand ish ...I'll never come back here again... I also asked him for a customer service number and he said he didn't have one 🙄 ridiculous.

    3rd time in a row that I truly felt unwelcome here. Just even walking in the door. Qdoba employees please smile. Even just a little. You may not feel like it but please don't make me feel I am your enemy for ordering or picking up food. I felt as though I was in a prison line asking for something I shouldn't. I am not trying to be humorous, that is the truth. They also seem to be piling on rice and cutting back on meat and veg. Not sure if I will be back. I gave it 3 visits. All were the same. The Restaurant business is the service/ hospitality business, please act like you are hospitable and appreciate my business a least a little. As you can see, I was contacted about this. I did not want or take any coupons or free food. Just hope they address issues with employees. I truly was fearful if I used a coupon they would know I complained and give me the special sauce. Just seemed like that type of service.

    I have been to this location many times. I will be 100% honest I personally do not enjoy food from Qdoba period. I prefer other restaurants in this category over Qdoba and would choose them. I go to eat at Qdoba with my mom because she enjoys it. With that said, every time we go to this location the service and food have much to be desired. Tonight was no different in those areas; however, in the food safety area, there were a couple MAJOR issues. I'm not just complaining either, I have a professional academic background in culinary, have taught culinary and worked in foodservice in many roles over the past 20 years. I also have earned my ServSafe certification from the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, which I assume, this location should have employees that are certified as well. From my side of the counter, there were quite a number of issues but the following are two major ones that I just cannot overlook. The employee making my food was not wearing a head covering (doesn't matter that he is bald) OR a beard net. His beard was grown out about 5in past his chin. Not wearing a beard net is completely unacceptable! Also, two other employees were not wearing head coverings while making food on the line. This included the manager on duty. Restaurants that do not comply with basic food safety practices are not places I would recommend eating at. If these practices are not being followed who knows what other safety practices may not be followed. This is how people get very sick and foodborne illness is nothing to mess around with.

    Very enthusiastic about the Packers. One of the employees either was hard of hearing or couldn't speak English well. They still got my order right it just took a little longer. Which is fine.

    I order from this Qdoba location for the first time; and the service was absolutely terrible. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional; especially the female employee with purple hair. This particular employee made an offense comment; regarding my order and attempted to have her fellow employees in agreement. Overall, the experience was horrible! I would recommend not visiting this location; unless you want to waste your money on extremely small portion sizes and be met with unprofessionalism.

    I had a negative experience at Qdoba where a manager was loud, abrasive, and tried to overcharge me for a small cup of pico. When my wife questioned his behavior, he accused her of wanting free food. Additionally, he refused to provide his name and insisted comment cards were only for rewards members. Disappointing customer service and lack of accountability.

    Great taco, but they have to learn how to listen when you say light rice, only one scoopful. Majority of my food was rice and light on the protein. I will be truthful should have paid more attention

    The food has always been good! I went in the bathroom once and it was attrocious! I’m very impressed that they followed up on the above concern right away! It speaks to their dedication to customer satisfaction.

    Food was decent, what is normally expected of qdoba. However, the customer service was subpar. I was very friendly and respectful while ordering, even apologized for taking a few seconds (with no one behind me) to decide. The lady at the counter looked so annoyed right off the bat and was not friendly or courteous the entire encounter. No reason to have a nasty attitude for 0 reason. I’ve worked customer service similar and know the hard work it takes but it doesn’t help to treat customers like trash. Won’t be back.

    Not very friendly service. Seemed like she just wanted to slap the food in the bowl. No smile or anything. Gave me extremely small portions. Not even a full scoop of anything. And for the chips they offered, it was very few. Like 8 chips in the bag. Not friendly at all. Compared to the Qdoba on 124th- which is 5 stars.

    Came here for lunch and it happened to be Valentines Day. Everyone was so nice, they were very prepared for the rush and we were even given the holiday discount even though we didn't even realize there was one going on. Wonderful experience and the food was perfect!

    Only go here if you like very small portions. My friend and I used to come to this Qdoba every day we had class at the Tech. However, the last 5 times we have gone the portions have become absolutely ridiculous. I eat at Qdoba at least 1-2 times a week and every other location I have been to gives a normal portion. Consistently now, the Pewaukee location gives a 1/2 scoop of rice, a half scoop of beans, and a half scoop of protein. If you order a bowl, you will literally see the bottom of the bowl around your portion. If you have a burrito, be prepared to taste mostly the wrap as that is what makes up most of the burrito. Everyone else in our class you has gone has also noticed this and the past two times it ended up being just my friend and I who went rather than the 10+ guys that normally would go. They all agree the portions not worth the price and a total rip off. This is so disappointing as the staff is usually very friendly.

    Prices really went up a lot. You're looking at $10 for a burrito bowl and 12 for anything special. A bowl, side and drink will cost you about $18. I realized it's cheaper to go to a local Mexican restaurant where they serve you at the table.

    Is there a shortage of food? I literally do not understand why they give the least amount of proportions possible, this is every time, the pinto beans a restocked to the top of the bin yet they give you a plastic spoon worth of beans. I can literally count on one hand how many strands of lettuce they give you. Okay I get maybe giving you half a scoop worth of meat but for lettuce? Then the audacity to drown the bowl in sour cream. I don’t understand why the rice isn’t covering the bottom of the bowl, they literally give you less then 100 grains of rice. The top of the lid is literally untouched by the food and that is a huge indicator that you did not get enough food. Basically 10 dollars for 5 dollars worth of food that is subpar in taste and quality. YOU CAN LITERALLY SEE FROM THE SIDD OF MY BOWL THAT IS NOT EVEN A 2 INCHES WORTH OF FOOD THAT THE BOWL IS PURPOSELY DESIGNED TO LOOK BIGGER BUT ACTUALLY IS SMALLER!
