I just got the chicken vera Cruz salad. I love the fresh ingredients. However, this time, they left off the fresh corn and cilantro. The very tiny pieces of avocado that I did have, I could count on one hand. Kind of disappointed this time😏

i used to love this place and ordered here all the time but lately their food just isn’t the same, not enough add ins and there’s never enough sauce (super dry noodles) and they charge you to get extra of anything. last time i ordered here i got food poisoning and i’ll never go back. update 1/24/23 i came back to this place to give them another chance and i got food poisoning yet again. i even ordered something completely different from the previous time they gave me food poisoning. this place definitely needs to be shut down from health services! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I just came here with my team mates to celebrate our first win! and the first thing we hear are the workers complaining about doing their job! wow. as we eat, they stare at us while shaking their heads! great customer service really great people. 😑

The floor was so slippery, not only people warned us at the door, I twisted my knee trying to stay up from slipping and sliding on the floor. Seriously bad as ice. Reported it, just got an eye roll. Not a safe place! Been here an hour, still not even tempted to clean up! Just today in the news headline" A Burger King was sued almost 8 million to a customer that fell" in Florida.

This location gets worse every time I go there. This last time the food was completely unedible. I got mac and cheese with chicken and broccoli. The broccoli had started to turn and the chicken was burnt. I understand that everyone is understaffed right now, but I'd rather my food take longer, as long as it's made the right way.

Noodles has slightly grown on me but is still overall disappointing. For me I think of dishes with noodles as probably my favorite foods, but here I find that the quality is lacking. They offer a wide range of options but I have tried the Mac and cheese, which is just noodles with a cheese sauce and shredded cheese not mixed together, and it just is not worth the crazy prices. I have also tried the buttered noodles, and it comes with seasoning which is misleading given the name. The chicken noodle soup was mostly broth and again, below average. The food is alright in general and the cookies are very good, but the prices are just crazy for the quality and portion sizes.

We’ve tried this location a few times. If you order the tortellini you literally get six. So like $1/small tortillini. The pesto sauce is BAD. Portions are small. Food is bad. Disappointed

I have mixed feelings about this one. My to-go orders are always ready on time which I very much appreciate but lately the food quality has been declining. My most recent order had two dishes that were both pretty dried out and barely any sauce with badly burnt vegetables, it was just very unexpected and disappointing. Hoping they can get this ironed out.

It was way too loud and busy so we decided to order our food to go... The Minute Made blueberry lemonade is delicious!

$12 for mush noodles and cold chicken. How hard is it to warm up chicken?? Honestly shocking how poor service is today

Ordered both my items with gluten free noodles instead came home to find one of them wasn’t gf. I very clearly told them I had an allergy.

Sometimes the food is good, but more times than not I leave disappointed. Probably a 1/4 of the time I feel like I received what I should’ve. Just a bummer to spend $30 bucks with my kiddos to get dinner and it’s all cold. Yes noodles are hot. But my chicken is cold, and that drives me bonkers. My kids say their broccoli is cold, noodles are lukewarm. I’d rather go to Bluemound they’re much more consistent in my experience.

We were the only people when we came in so the guy that took our order took the time to make conversion. Everyone was honestly so nice. The food came out quickly and it was really good.

It was crowded and they ran out of a lot. It took a long time for the cashier to take my order and we waited over 20 minutes for a dine in order. When it finally came out my shrimp was cold and so was my daughters broccoli. Usually we have no issues when we go but it was a bad experience this last time.

Terrible noodles. All the teenaged workers talking and messing around while our food was sitting on the counter. Do not come here. Pretty unclean inside as well, wouldn't be surprised if the health department shuts this place down. There was also a female worker in the back working extremely hard cooking all the food with no help from any of the other employees or cooks, feel bad for her.

5:15pm, Thursday (1/19/23); I ordered a chicken noodle soup and 3 potstickers, it took 15 minutes. Food was good, hot, but 15 minutes for a simple order, really? and when I got there it was not that busy, and they had 7 people working at the time. Sounds like a management issue or process flow issue as the people looked like they were working "hard" but results were not producing quickly.

I was shopping at the Shoppes at Fox River Parkway and came to eat the Noodles and Company for lunch, I’ve never eaten here before and I didn’t really have a great experience the floors were filthy and the restrooms needed attention, I just get a bad vibe about the kitchen. Food was decent but portion was quite small, I don’t Think I’ll be back to this general location.

This location gives you like 2/3rds of the actual portion. All other local locations give you atleast 1/3rd to 2x more. That being said, the quality is still good.

Floor was very sticky and store was filthy! Friend went to bathroom after we ate and said that the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. Wonder what kitchen looked like? Won't patronize again.

I have not been to a Noodles in approximately a year. On this visit, I ordered Mac and cheese with a roll. There's no chance anything was made even relatively fresh. The roll was at least a day old. Very stale. And the noodles were also at least a full shift old. The mac and cheese I remember is yummy and flavorful. This tasted bland and watered down. On to the restaurant condition. The bathrooms are now gender neutral. Sorry ladies! But both were dirty and gross. The eating areas was just as dirty. The floor is slimy, tables not clean, trash full. I won't be back to this Noodles.

Horrible experience. I ordered through door dash because I was working a 10 hour day. I received my food very quickly which i appreciated because I had a short amount of time to eat because I am a hairstylist. The receipt on the outside of the bag had my correct order on it, but the food inside was someone else’s order. I call and the manager says she will remake it but i have to drive there to get it. I said i’m ok that’s super inconvenient because I am working. I tell her I can try to leave during work in about 3 hours and come pick it up. she apologized said okay, i will have it prepared by 7pm, i’ll relay the message to the other staff. So I leave work during my shift, and pick up my food.. Come to find out not ONE person knew what I was talking about what so ever. The other manager offered to remake my food but I was already standing around for 15 minutes and did not have time to remake my whole meal. SUPER disappointed and I won’t be ordering from this Noodles location again.

Confused cashier billed us 3 dinners for 2 people, credited us as soon as we pointed it out. I HATE paper straws!!!

Went there to get some quick filling food when me nor my partner were up for cooking. We ordered in store to go and it took a little longer than expected, which the staff acknowledged and apologized for. The actual food once we got it was all good with only two minor issues. One of the dishes was a bit cooler than we'd like for that dish. The other was that one of the dishes everything seemed like it was rushed together and wasn't well mixed, which is a minor issue at best. Overall great tasting food at a good price with friendly staff. Would definitely see myself going back in the future.

Not a usual experience. Soda machine was out.I had to ask 3 separate times for help.food was not all that hot but still ok.The restaurant could have been more clean.Saw people resting heads on register instead of cleaning tables.I was very disappointed 😞

Amazing food and location! Definitely recommend the chicken pad thai! It was perfect! Edit: went there again and had a bad experience. The noodle was undercooked, eggs were poorly cooked and staff fixed it by reheating the bowl which ruined the taste. Looks like a hit and miss. If you find a teen in the kitchen cooking then might suggest skipping. I had a good experience when a slightly more mature guy was cooking in the kitchen.

We were super excited to try their zoodles and cauliflower noodles. But while mine was good, their cauliflower noodle dishes were not. They skimped on the tomatoes, spinach and mushrooms. There was barely any sauce and it was bland.

I ordered the regular size chicken noodle soup and asked for extra noodles. Instead I got 3/4 of a bowl filled with broth and a bunch of huge chicken strips. I think I got about 6 bites of noodles. I won’t eat the chicken by itself, which is why I asked for the extra noodles instead. You would think that would a be a request they would want to accommodate, seeing as those noodles are cheaper than chicken. There were no crackers in my bag either. Unfortunately I’m still hungry.
