By far my favorite restaurant in Waukesha. BEST cheese curds (waters edge) my favorite wings, burgers are amazing and I love the southwest chicken wrap. The only two things.. I’ve been here 10 times probably and food takes FOREVER no matter if they’re busy or not. Also, they’ve severely downsized how much you get as a side (ex. Fries). It’s amazing though I love it

This is a neighborhood bar, the service-excellent, the food-served hot and tasty! Beer-ice cold. Everything is exactly they way you want it.

I've always had a great experience here! Be aware though, it gets busy quickly. That being said, they still get your order to you correctly and as promptly as possible. Great owner who cares about quality. He doesn't cut corners! Definitely have a burger if you've never been here, but come back and try some of the other menu items. I've had most of them and have never been disappointed.

The burgers here are top notch, definitely the best burgers around and you can have them make it however you want it. My wife and I also agree that their Kaufhold cheese curds are the best cheese curds we’ve ever had. I honestly can’t rave about their food enough. I’ve tried the wings too and they are awesome as well. Give it a try and you’ll be back again and again. Good tap beer selection too!

Fun atmosphere for friends. I came here with two other people. We found a nice spot and enjoyed our time here. There was live music when we went (Saturday night ~9 PM). I ordered the CBR flatbread and it was good.

I highly recommend the Water Edge Cheese Curds. They were delicious! Burgers were amazing and the S'mores Flatbread was fun to eat (a little messy but my son and I had fun laughing while eating it) and very yummy! We will be back!

Love this place. Easily the best burgers in the area and competes with the best I've ever had, anywhere. Also it's priced reasonable if not less than what they could be charging. However, the online ordering needs to be fixed. When ordering online it always gives you a half hour pickup time. However, there's no way to know when your order is actually ready. If they are busy, you wait longer (which is fine). The problem is when they are not busy - and you arrive as scheduled to cold fries, a lukewarm burger and a soggy bun. I'm not sure if the cooks don't care and fire it up when an order comes in - or if there is a disconnect between them and the online ordering system. TL:DR: When it's slow, to go orders are made before the "pick up time" resulting in cold fries and a soggy burger.

Went here on a lunch break, so not overly busy. However, there were still other patrons! Great sports bar feel! The servers were friendly, efficient, and easygoing! The mushroom Swiss burger was FIRE and the fries are honestly my favorite I've had in a long time! I paired it with a Miller Lite on tap.... Very crisp and CLEAN! I can tell these taps are taken care of! Wanna relax and find a smile... This is a great place to stop!! 😊

My co-workers and I order lunch from here every other week. The food is always hot and delicious. I appreciate that they're able to accommodate some minor ingredient swaps for us. The staff is always very friendly when we go in to grab the order. If you need a recommendation, my go to is usually the Thai wrap or the Santa Fe wrap. I like the salads too, but I have a hard time passing up the fries that come with the wrap. For your sweet tooth, try the funnel cake fries with the raspberry sauce. Two thumbs up!

This is the only way I can see how to reply to your previous message. How accurate is your story. You where drinking bourbon straight. I asked for the bill and it had looked like she added the drinks from the table when I closed out. Earlier I was getting her attention to confirm or deny it. Then you came up assuming she was cutting me off. When the game was over and we where all leaving. I had the bill in my hand and was paid. I was asking for clarification on the bill. If anyone goes to this bar I hope you don't go when the bald manager is working. It's a shame that he treats his customers this way. It's not a big deal and I was just leaving a helpful review to any other people in the area. I'm not the one with something to lose for giving a restaurant a bad review.

Tried Mainstream when I moved back to Waukesha almost 7 years ago. It's a tall claim I know, but in my opinion they have the best burgers in WI (amongst many other things like their chicken skewers, etc). It can get busy during Friday Night Live which is to be expected and you should prepare for... but the staff has always been amazing from my experience and out of any restaurant I've been to they are 100% consistent every time. A must visit if you're in the area looking for a great burger.

This is a great spot to have a casual bite to eat it to watch a big game! We went there for the packers playoff game when it was super busy and they provided just as great of service. I have been there a couple times before and both their burgers and wings are delicious!! The drinks are good too and priced appropriately. The staff is also friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Had a burger there 2 weeks ago that I'm still thinking about. Still can't put my finger on how it was different or better but it was. Possibly the best burger I've ever had. You should go here! Keep them in business so I can go again next trip to Wisconsin. ❤️

Long time satisfied customer, but tonight was exceptional. They handled my Grandpa's post funeral meal with incredible service, food, and good humor. They made us all feel like family, and gave us the best they had when we needed it most. We ordered the absolute full range of the menu and everything was top of the line. Easily the best wings I've ever had, they accommodated allergies without a blink of the eye, and everything else was absolutely incredible. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you to Dannica, Noel John, and the rest of team. Amazing.

The burgers here are incredible I had the black and tan and was blown away by the flavors. You can make any combination of burgers here including your choice of protein (including vegetarian) I need to come back again soon.

Phenomenal food, you can't go wrong with the burgers but the wraps (tucked in with the salads) are excellent as well. Generous tap beer selection, and the tots are out of control good! Overall a great place to grab a bite, and they have a stage for live music & karaoke to boot.

Great atmosphere and great service. My food was very good. It was my 1st trip there but it won't be my last. It was a great day to dine outside on their deck.

Nice place, good decor, easy to find parking during the daytime, and food is not too shabby. If you like wings, they do a good job but make sure to go on the days they have the .75 wing special so you get more bang for your buck. Beer menu is good with plenty of taps changing out regularly so you have new choices if you go there frequently.

Excellent burgers! I had the Blackened Blue, except I exchanged pepper jack for blue cheese. Fries were great. Staff was friendly and price was reasonable.

My friends and I had dinner here this past weekend. The drinks were good and the food even better. The atmosphere has a very modern Wisconsin tavern feeling. They have a nice stage near the entrance and were playing baseball on a projector. There is a ton of seating. The service was very good, everyone very polite. They have delicious vegetarian options - I got a bruschetta flatbread which was perfect. Thanks guys! Will come again.

Stopped in for a late evening snack and some drinks on my son's recommendation... We were not disappointed. I had the poutine fries and he had wings. They were yummy! The atmosphere is fun...it's compacted some...but I can't complain. We enjoyed it.

This place is great for a burger! Service is good and it's a bar, so you have bar atmosphere. You can easily find room away from the bar to comfortably bring kids. I will be back again for sure.

Great atmosphere! Staff was nice and working hard. BUT, the food was just bad. I read so many positive reviews about the wings and food in general. Either those people have terrible taste or we had an off experience. I'd go back for a drink, but won't eat here again.

Great food, especially the burgers! Fish fry good too. Service very friendly, but be prepared to wait a little bit. They're very popular so there's a wait during normal dinner hours but worth the wait.

Had a surprise party for my wife. They put together tables so we could all sit together, split up checks with no complaints. Ever since the 1st time we came here we've had great service. Can't find anyone that isn't helpful or polite. Thanks this time to Noelle!
