The waitress was great. But the food was pretty bland. I and my wife both had the #1 combo, the chimichangas, enchiladas and tacos with barbacoa beef. The meat was really bland as if it had been boiled in water. The rest of the meal was decent.

We decided to check Casa Tequila out and glad that we did. We went on a Wednesday evening which is a perfect time to go. There were plenty of tables available and were seated immediately. We had the best server ever. She was an older lady who knew how to take good care of her customers. She was very attentive and helpful. We had the chimichangas with black beans and chicken fajitas. Everything was really good. I can’t forget about the salsa and chips which were fantastic. We had a really good experience!

The food was excellent. I ordered the shrimp enchiladas in the green spicy sauce and my husband ordered the chicken tostadas. I thought I would get a few big shrimps in my enchiladas and hesitated before ordering but boy was I wrong. The enchiladas are made from the very small shrimp. They are seasoned really good and are extremely flavorful. Maybe it’s because they are small and many. Every bite had a several shrimp in it. Yum! I will definitely order again and will have a hard time choosing something different if/when I return. My husband found his tostadas to be excellent as well.

First time in Wisconsin, first time visiting this restaurant. We did eat but definitely not satisfied with service, meals or price. They gave me 3 tortillas for a platter of onions and peppers (what they consider) veggies fajitas.) Enough for 6 8 or maybe 12 fajitas, then you charge me a dollar for 3 more tortillas? Yall go south for Mexican food... promise you'll thank you

Stopped in since Uncle Julios is really bad and tired of Bel-Air so it's really the only other Mexican restaurant in the general area. Definitely better than those two but nothing that blew my socks off. The drinks weren't too bad and the food is content, definitely a nice atmosphere however. Pictured is the Steak Fajita Burrito with Blue Tropical Breeze (or something).

This place was INCREDIBLE! The food was delicious and definitely one of the most authentic tasting Mexican restaurants I've been to. 10 out of 10 if I could. Would certainly recommend!!! Also the servers went above and beyond. They were very friendly! Best restaurant experience I've had in a long time. We will be back!

The service was great. Our server was an older woman who was very nice. The menu has alot of great options & the prices are not bad. Our drinks were too strong, so I couldn't finish it, but no hard feelings. My tacos were a bit skimped with the meat, but overall good in flavor. I love the patio seating and how much natural light/wind you can get sitting out there.

Decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Margaritas were delicious but I do warn you the sizes are much bigger than you would ever expect. The prices are super reasonable which makes it easy for anyone looking to go out for a drink with a friend. The food was average but all the staff were so friendly.

No, no, just no :/ We eat Mexican food ALOT and this isn't an establishment that we would ever go to again. There were several open tables in the restaurant around 630. Our sodas had zero carbonation. An appetizer took about 20 minutes and we waited an hour for our food. I get the whole... hard to get employees/being short staffed and totally understand. But when food is taking that long, an apology or ...your food will be out shortly, or ...we're short on cooks or some kind of explanation would've been appreciated. When we finally got our food, we weren't impressed. My tacos were okay, but the steak looked like chopped up dog food. My husband's burrito had a weird taste, like they washed the lettuce in soap or something. And my kid's chicken breast was definitely pre-cooked and sitting for awhile with a burnt taste. The rice and beans were even weird. Oh, and just because we aren't Hispanic doesn't mean we don't know when the employees are swearing in Spanish... Server was good, margarita was good, and the chips and salsa were good but we definitely won't be going back. Total waste of $90.

So honesty here! We are new to this area but I find that the Mexican food is not Mexican food I'm not sure if it's because of the culture here but I am not used to it! I ordered carne asada plate my husband ordered a burrito asada so the beans taste like they got a can of rosarita and doctored it up the rice has too much cumin for my liking but still had good flavor and it wasn't crunchy it was perfect the asada was not asada it was more like cuts of steak but the meat did have good flavor it was a little dry tho. My husband said that he doesn't like lettuce in his burrito he found that to be weird but he said it was really good to him he enjoyed his burrito. I as most of you know that read my reviews know that.... okay I'm a cynic! I was impressed by their guacamole they used real avocados the downfall to this time was that I found pieces of the outside of the avocado but I called them and I told them and he gave me a credit for my meal which was amazing and appreciated because I was pretty sad about that. So upside real avocado, grilled onions! Found it odd that they cut up my jalapeno... Like why?

Went there for dinner today with the family. Initially started off good, waitress came within 2 minutes and got our drink order and they came back with them within 4 minutes. Food order was taken promptly as well. However, once the food was delivered then it went downhill. I had ordered a steak fajita burrito and she brought chicken. By the time she came back (20+ minutes) everyone had already finished eating, so I never got to eat. Additionally, she never refilled our sodas at any point nor did she ask how the food was.

We used to love casa tequila and I understand that everything has been extremely hard since COVID, but boy are we upset that we spent $20 on two orders of this! The quesadilla is smaller than a clementine! The portion used to be the size of a small pizza. Needless to say we will not be going back :( quality is now poor and we feel ripped off big time.

I love Casa Tequila; a very comfortable, nice atmosphere with excellent service and great food in plentiful proportions. It's reasonably priced and I've never had a bad experience in the numerous times I have eaten here. I highly recommend trying it out if you're a fan of Mexican Cuisine.

A peach margarita and some al pastor tacos were a great way to spend lunch with some family. The service was great and everyone had enough to eat. Plus the chips and salsa were delicious too!

We ended up going here on a Friday night after 3 other places had a wait and they did not. The queso was fantastic (sometimes it’s iffy at traditional Mexican restaurants). I also enjoyed my house margarita on the rocks. I got the chimichangas dinner with ground beef, carnitas, and chicken. To my surprise, the carnitas was very dry but the other two were great.

Fantastic experience. My two daughters and I visited just an hour before they closed. It was a bit of a special occasion but I didn’t want to be “that guy” by showing up late. The host assured me it was fine and brought us a delicious meal with top notch service. Highly recommend!!

The food was spot on! The servers were attentive and very busy. The atmosphere was so much fun I would like to take my family there for an outdoor meal.

Very poor and slow service. Ordered a burrito and tacos. The tacos were supposed to have no lettuce but came with lettuce. The burrito didn't have any sauce in it, so that was dry. The server never checked on us until we were done. My wife, who ordered the tacos ate half of 1 ( of 3) tacos before she bit into a big fat piece of pork. The meat was un season as well. When the server finally came. my wife told the server that her tacos had lettuce on it when she said she ordered no lettuce. The server did offer to make another, but she refused because I was done eating, and she was turned off because of the fatty meat. The server did apologize but still charged us for the meal. Was our first and last time at this place.

Eunice, our server was GREAT. Super friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable. The manager, on the other hand, was not. I wouldn't want him to be the face of my restaurant. Our steak was spoiled. It was obvious that this was known prior to arriving at our table. Being served rotten meat really threw me off. I'm really sad that the $40 was worth more than me getting sick.

Had lunch here with some friends. The two of them had the margaritas and they said they were some of the best ones they ever had! plus they were HUGE! The lunch was serviceable, we all had some sort of lunch combo. The waitress wasn't as locked in as I would have liked her to be[She gave us the wrong check and had to redo everything]. Service was good. Other than that, I'd definitely go back. If you go, def try their margs(don't forget to eat something first though)!

Atmosphere was definitely nice. Nice clean restaurant. Bar looked great from what I can see. Food and service was decent. Wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but if I am in the area and hungry for Mexican food I would stop in again.

We were seated in the bar even after requesting to be seated in the dining area where multiple tables were available…I can only imagine why. The chips tasted like cardboard and the salsa was watery. The rice had no flavor and the steak in the quesadilla was very tough and fatty. All around worst Mexican food I’ve ever had.

Great neighborhood Mexican restaurant! They have a large patio for those that enjoy dining outdoors. They have great happy hour deals and delicious margaritas. Chips and salsa with your meal when you dine in.

Normally the food we have here is great. Last night was a slight disappointment. I ordered the pollo California and the food was sparse. The chicken breast was small and flat and tasted like it was a frozen microwave meal the bacon on the dish was semi undercooked and the peppers and onions tasted like frozen microwaveable veggies. It's a disappointment when the best part of the meal was the chips and salsa. Sad because this used to be our favorite neighborhood Mexican go to for a delicious meal..but it seems like the portion sizes and quality have gone downhill
