    Ordered boneless wings on 1/31, and asked for them to be extra wet. Got home in the snowstorm after 30 minutes of driving to find considerably dry wings. Next day for lunch, I come to find out more than half the wings were just breading!!! No chicken at all!!! Called the next day to complain to store manager. Said nothing she could do,, had to pass it along to corporate. No solution from corporate still almost 3 weeks later. Wont be coming here ever again!

    Can this place be made into a different restaurant? Ordered twice and the first time the food was cold. This time I waited 10min past the pickup time on email/app and food is luke warm, wings are bare, and half sauced.

    We arrived at 4pm and servers were getting situated for their shifts. Since we had a short window for dining before our appointment the bartender immediately took charge and had us sit at a table in dining room and waited on us. He was amazing and very calm and professional. I asked if he was the manager and he said "No, just a bartender". Well sir, you did an amazing job and YOU are more than "just" a bartender.     Only Bar area open and 1 server for all the tables on a Saturday night, but 3 hostesses. Wonder why that made sense to anyone.. ever... cooks didn't pay attention to anything and 2 of 4 meals had to go back. The salad with 1 piece of fried chicken took the longest. Drinks took forever to get and Bar drinks took too long after that. Staff was nice and friendly I don't think it was their fault, saw no management anywhere. I think management is the failure here!!

    My experience here was worse than terrible. Came with a group of friends. We were all patient waiting for a table. Once seated, we had to wait forever for drinks, long enough I went to the bar to get my own which might have taken longer. I’m a server, I get being understaffed and things out of your control. All our orders were wrong (no celery or carrots, wrong sauces) and the wings were not even warm. The empty plates and glasses stayed on the table and we had to wait for our checks to be ran when the server had 2 other tables. I am a very patient restaurant goer but this was actually insane. I want to give the benefit of the doubt, but I literally can’t when I saw our server scrolling on her phone. A quick dinner turned to 2+ hours to get out of here. Soooooo bad. I never tip less than 25% and felt guilty not, but when your server avoids your table and just doesn’t care…I can’t pay that

    This location consistently gets our order wrong every single time we come, we had them repeat back orders and still some thing is always missing or wrong for example we will order extra wet and it’ll come in a dry rub. We always have to open everything to double check that our order is correct and on multiple occasions our food is Cold or tepid. It’s a shame because we love Buffalo wild wings and this is the only location close to us, and they used to be great. But as of this last year it has gone so downhill. And every time we try to give it another chance there’s something else that goes wrong. I would highly recommend do not go to this one, even if there was one 30 minutes away I would recommend driving to that one instead of going to this one. It will be well worth the trouble

    Atmosphere was great and the staff saved the rating. Our hostess was very pleasant and polite and our server/bartender was awesome! Mia is the epitome of what her position calls for offering suggestions, showing kindness and politeness, quick to respond to any of our needs as I have a special needs child. We have only been here 2 times in 3 years. Both times the food not what we hoped for, but both times great staff which may get me there again for one last chance.

    Clean place, nice bartender/manager. Very friendly. Beer was cold. Problem is I was one of only two patrons. I was there during peak time, and stayed for at least an hour. I had an issue ordering food since the kitchen literally had no movement. I didnt even notice any togo orders going out. Not anyone's fault, and the manager even offered to make my food himself. I'll be back, just hope it's a little more crowded.

    Put in a take out order. Told it would be ready in 20 min. Cool. Get there 25 minutes later. Pay for food. Front desk guy disappears. Proceed to wait 55 minutes without a single person showing up to the front. Ended up 30 min late for my appointment before I had to just leave, WITHOUT the food. Seriously.....just ridiculous. Would not recommend.

    I was one of two tables there on a Friday at 5pm. Service took 10 minutes to get to the table to take a drink and food order. Boneless wings come out and 2 of them are the size of a half dollar and about 1/4 inch thick only. The happy hour special wasn’t “hooked up at the bar yet” so I couldn’t do that. Paid online at the table and as I’m leaving the waitress says I was dine and dashing. I told her I paid online and walk out. She runs after me, makes me come inside and stand there while she looks for the payment to make sure. Then she goes “oh there it is” and prints out my receipt for me. Last time I will EVER eat here.

    There is a scan code in the middle of the table. The waitress asked me to use scan code to order and pay for our food and drinks. I explained to her my phone is too old to have that feature. The waitress insisted that I use the scan code. My daughter's phone had the capability to scan the code. From the time we sat down until I finished inputting our order took 45 MINUTES. Then the waitress came over to tell me I input something wrong. It was a nightmare! I'm NEVER going back to BWW again.

    Went in for dinner last night(family of 4), we were told by our waitress that we had to order through the QR code on the table. We asked if we could order through her and she said no, the manager is insisting everyone order through the app. We had to order, pay and tip before our food even arrived at the table! You read that right…TIP for doing everything ourselves!!! And since we’re doing all the work it should be cheaper right? Our bill, with a children's meal, water to drink and no alcohol was over $80.00 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Never. Going. Back.

    Staff is dishonest and does not follow SOP. I ordered 50 wings for delivery and got a box with 45 drums and 5 wings set right on top, as if I would never notice that... Do they really think everyone is so dumb as to not not notice that? It was ordered for a reason... Pretty much just got scammed. Bad management means you might order one thing and get a box of feces and nobody there will care. This place is highly likely to fail.

    Extremely unorganized. Accordioning to them, their quote on quote "rookie servers" try to remember your order without writing it down causing them to bring 10 wings instead of 6 as well as being charged for the 10, bringing food to the table that no one ordered as well. Were blamed for every mishap for having a party of 11 (we were one of 3 tables there that night). Were told by certain workers not to sit at certain tables but then reprimanded for not siting at those same tables in the same breathe by the manager and told that every issue going on is our fault and that we need to listen. Only positive is the food was fresh and made well.

    No longer in its prime. B Dubs is suffering from worker shortage. Food still gets out on time and is packed very well (we did takeout), but dining in is hit and miss. Hopefully, they can recover and return to full staffing so we can enjoy dining in like we used to.

    Walked in at 11 P.M. Left at 11:05 P.M. Me: Are you still serving food? Manager (Ryan) : Yes. But the kitchen is closed. Never felt so awkward in a B Dubs. Not about to spend money and an establishment that evidently doesn’t want you there. B Dubs corporate umbrella should consider closing their locations earlier on weekdays.

    The food is always great we went to celebrate my sister birthday and the waitress was just rude. My family told them that they did not know how to use the scanner and she said that was the only way to order food. But when I arrived she was taking other people order in person. She also followed to go to the table and said I already explained how to order food but ig I will say it again as I was sitting down. She barely came and asked if we needed anything. When I went back to speak to a manager the manager was also rude he looked like he was over it. Sad to see that the quality of staff is not good as it was.

    I have eaten here many times and always had a good experience. Not this time. First off there were maybe 10 people in the place. It took 15 minutes to get a drink from the bar, and when I got it, it was not right. I asked for a captain and sprite, I got a Tito's and seltzer. When I asked the waitress for 2 glasses of water for me and my friend she asked "are you sure, your drinks are almost ready". Once again had been here 15 minutes at this time, so yes I wanted the waters. When I got my food the fries were cold and seemed like they had been sitting there for a long time. The couple at the table behind us we're having similar issues with drink orders messed up, long waits and not getting water when they asked for it. The deep fried pickles and the chicken sandwich I had were the only decent things I got. Now had the place been real busy I could understand the wait, but this was unacceptable for the few people that were in there. I will be hard pressed to ever go back to this BWW's in the future.

    Walked into an empty lobby, and was told that my family could not be served as there was one waiter and they had a lot of to-go orders. I'm honestly shocked. I wouldn't have minded a wait. But to be told no you can't go here, when the restaurant is empty of customers? Why do you have eat in as an option then? Very unhappy.

    80° inside the dining room so they said they closed the bar area. We got seated and took a drink order. Could order beer but not wine. Sitting there sweating and drinking water we ordered our food. My wife ordered nachos which were delicious. I ordered wings (traditional) which came out as overcooked boneless. My kids ordered boneless wing kids menu and the fries were over cooked and stale. If you put a French fry in my kids hand and they say they don't like it there's something wrong. Service was ok. Checked back after a few minutes and I asked for more ranch she said it was going to be a few minutes. I already am not a fan of bww and this reinforces my belief that money is best spent elsewhere. I feel bad for the employees.

    Disappointed!! Here is a list for you so called Mangers that run this site. 1. I didn’t know Buffalo charged for ranch AND CARROTS when you order their wings. Thought that was included? Two times this has happened and all the other times I’ve came none of the waitresses charge that. So?? 2. Came with my family of 7 and the hostess said they couldn’t seat that much people. Offered to sit at two different tables even if we didn’t sit together. This IS AN OPTION! He denied us entry, told us he could not sit us not even that way I offered. So what could we do? Just walked out. 3. Poor service, sometimes see the waitresses sitting at tables with other clients or counting their tips when other tables still are waiting for drinks and orders to be taken. Terrible experiences….

    This Buffalo Wild Wings is struggling, they've had staffing struggles which I understand but our last two orders there were just horrible. We ordered three orders of boneless wings and only one order was sauced correctly. The fries were ice cold and the cheese sticks were over cooked. For the money they charge they really need to step their game up, I very much doubt I will ever return to this location.

    My husband, I, and my niece who came over to babysit our son had bw3s on 9/29/22. The next afternoon, hubby was texting me that he was in the bathroom at work. By dinner time, he was puking and running to the bathroom. By 10pm, I was feeling dizzy, nauseous, lightheaded and felt like passing out. Then the puking started. Then the puking and diarrhea started at the same time. I decided to text my niece who lives 50 minutes away to see if she was feeling okay, and she told me she had puked several times already. Called the restaurant on 9/30/22 at 11:35pm, and supposedly spoke to the manager who is supposedly reporting this to their general manager for a callback. BW3S also double charged my husband for the takeout order which is being refunded back. On day 3 of diarrhea, and had to throw out clothing today. On day 4 of being sick, and had to call into work sick! I have emailed the Waukesha Health Department about this issue. It's 10/3, and no followup from the restaurant how any of us are. Shame on you, and thanks for making 3 of us sick!

    I will not be buying from them again. Ordered 5 tenders with fries,. A drink and some wings 35 dollars. They took out an automatic tip even though it was an online order. Then pick up my order get home and I have the wings and drink that's it. The other part of my order is not there. In it's place are some boneless wings. No fries. So I paid $35 for basically nothing.

    We dined in for a birthday celebration on December 3rd, 2022 with 6 people at our table. 2 other tables were seated after us and 1 table was seated before us. The 2 after us started getting their order before we started getting our order, even tho we ordered before them. Then 1 meal at a time started coming out of the kitchen and it seemed as if they were alternating which table got the next meal. 2 of our orders came out fairly quickly, then 15 minutes later 2 more orders came out and then after another 20 minutes the last 2 orders showed up. The idea of a birthday dinner was to eat together not eat at different times. If anyone were to have waited to eat, their food would have been cold, instead the last 2 people ate after everyone else. During the time we waited between meals coming out, other tables were still getting their meals that ordered after us and even before us. and we didnt even get all of our food. When we complained the server went to get the manager and he blamed it on to many online orders and not enough cooks. He did give us some money off of our order but I still feel it necessary to share my experience here.

    This place used to be good. It's pretty bad now. The last time I was there they forgot to send my order to the kitchen while the person I was with got their food. The bartender didn't even check on us and he wasn't busy the place was almost empty. Just terrible service. I go to the Bluemound location when I can.

    Food was ok. They made one of the wraps wrong but it was quickly replaced. Apparently they don’t let you mix your wing flavors anymore? Also my sisters food came out before everyone else, then mine 15 minutes later and my boyfriend’s several minutes later. We were told things are made to order but it’s weird with only one person at the table having food.

    Prices have gone up over the years. The menu has changed a bit. But it's still a great place to grab a few drinks, watch some sports, and eat some tasty wings. We opted for the BOGO boneless wings special because it was a Thursday.

    My boss and I ordered through door dash today and the lady who answered the phone possibly Lana Amber or Mia had absolutely the best customer service I’ve experienced in mobile online ordering! Brianna who answered the phone just now was extremely helpful and we rated this 5 stars! Also our food was devoured in minutes!

    Placed a pickup order this evening. Tipped 18% Customer service needs improvement. Clerk just pointed at the bag on the shelf and said, it's right there. There wasn't any napkins or utensils with the order. And a Thank you would have been appreciated.

    If I could write a review without giving a star I would, They suck!!! My family of 6 adults and an infant and toddler ( please know the infant is bottle feed and toddler shares food with my son and daughter in law) were turned away because our party was too " big". When we asked for the manager they never came out. We were told they couldn't seat us. We reached out to corporate about the situation and were only offered points. We will never go back. We went across the parking lot to another establishment who not only accepted my family BUT also apologized for the rude and unkind behavior of their neighbors

    Went for dinner at 5PM Friday 3/25/22, place had one customer besides us. Ordered drinks, my wife's came soon, my beer sat on the service counter for a solid 10 minutes before it was served. We both ordered boneless wings, wife's came after a longer than usual wait, mine came much later than her's, wife's nearly finished hers before mine arrived. I ordered mine wet, but about half of the meat had NO sauce on AT ALL while the others had sauce just poured over the top. The dining area never open while we were there, only the bar area had people. Never so disappointed in BW3, it was always my go to place...not any longer....
