    Panera is my favorite for broccoli cheddar soup, you just can't go wrong when you order this. My sandwich was delicious after my modifications. I always order from the kiosk so I can modify myself. I went after lunch rush and all the tables were clean. Back again- the street corn soup is FANTASTIC, it's seasonal so get it now!

    I’ve given Panera and this particular location so many chances, but this is my last visit. I just paid $11 for a paltry bowl of lettuce. On top of that, my pick up order was 20 minutes late. A few weeks ago, I got a green goddess salad that was inedible because it had a rotten avocado. Today, I paid for extra avocado but got one bite. In addition, my salad was missing other ingredients. I’m basically just tired of spending hard earned money on sub par food.

    I don't like to write negative reviews, and this is only the second one I've ever written. The woman at the drive-thru was extremely rude, and she slammed the window shut while I was talking. Then she sent someone from the back to deliver my meal, which made me sort of scared to eat it. She went straight back to the window when I drove away. I ordered this pizza baguette sandwich, and it came with no sauce and only five little pepperonis. Definitely not worth the 10 plus I spent on it.

    Sandwich was dry not stale. But dry. Service was good atmosphere was nice. I can't get over the food lately. I won't go again for awhile.

    Not sure what is happening at this Panera, but it feels like it's becoming the Burger King across the street. Went there yesterday, waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and got up to the speaker and were told it was going to be another 25-30 minute wait. I was ordering one bagel. We left the line. Went there last week as well and the wait times are extremely long.

    Absolutely horrible customer service. We had went there during a slow time. I had ordered a “you pick two”, and my grandma had ordered the rustic baked potato soup. The taller gentleman with a beard who had taken are order made it seem like we were an inconvenience for ordering our food with him. After we got the food my grandma said that the soup tasted a little funny and maybe it was the cheese. She stopped eating it and decided she wasn’t having lunch because it made her feel sick. She did not complain, or go back to the counter whatsoever. When we went to put our dishes at the trash area, the same man that took our order was changing garbages. My grandma made a comment to him that it was not good soup, and she also did not know it had cheese on it. He looked up and said “well next time I’ll put no cheese” in a sarcastic tone. She moved on. I went to use the bathroom before we left and when I came back out I could hear this man telling someone in the back about how weird my grandma was. When he walked to the front I looked at him and said “really? We are still here. We can hear you talking about her. She didn’t ask for a refund or for you to do anything.” He said whatever and rolled his eyes. I asked to speak with his manager. When I spoke to her and tried explaining the situation. She kept cutting me off, telling me she already told him not to talk about customers and that she was already handling that.” My grandma stepped in and just said “you guys should let people know if there is cheese on something now”. The manager said it actually says that on the menu, turned around to look at the board and said , “oh maybe it doesn’t”. The manager herself had long brown hair, and septum piercing, she was extremely rude. I’ve been a manager. Your job is to listen to understand. Not speak over a customer. After we left it was not more than 30 minutes that my grandma felt extremely ill, and needed to cancel the remainder of our plans to go home. My grandma is now back home getting sick from what she ate. Overall wouldn’t recommend. When you have a bad manager, who doesn’t care about their customers, you’re going to have crappy team members who also don’t care about their customers. And on top of that, a sweet lady who was just saying it would help for other customers to know something, is now home physically sick. Will not go here again. Absolutely terrible all the way around, and the manager couldn’t of cared less. Update: I spoke with my grandma who is extremely ill. We are at 7 hours later, and she told me the soup was extremely sour, which is why she lost her appetite at the restaurant, and even said anything to the guy. She thought it could make others sick.

    The last three times I placed an order online, two times the order was incomplete or wrong. Last time I placed the order I received a call 25 minutes later letting me know that what I ordered they don’t have it. Unreliable App and service. Not recommended.

    Panera is a great restaurant. Don’t get me wrong I love their salads and soups. I didn’t know they had breakfast and was so excited!!! I got a parfait because you can’t go wrong with parfaits. 😀😀😀what is this??? I paid 5 dollars for this? it’s not even half full and there is no granola on it. Go to kwik trip it’s better 💀💀They also forgot my bagel and then when I went there yesterday my soup was filled up halfway and the other one was the same and wrong. Step up.

    I wasn’t particularly impressed with this branch of Panera. I fully recommend the one in Delafield. I ordered a salad and the lettuce didn’t look incredibly fresh, but I ate it and it tasted fine. Soup was warm and seemed watered down. However, the cleanliness of this branch is horrendous. Toilet paper all over the bathrooms, dirty dishes piled high, crumbs and spills on absolutely every single table in the building, and all the while one of the employees were on their phone. Even the lid of my warm drink looked like it was kicked around for a bit before it was snapped onto my beverage. It wasn’t even busy when I was there. Also, if you have your stomach set on a certain dish, I wouldn’t recommend going here. They seem to run out of literally every ingredient.

    Got the Chicken Chipotle Melt with their *new* Butter Nut Squash Soup. As usual, I am not disappointed😉. Note to Panera: maybe a little more onion powder to balance out the sweetness in the soup & make sure the chefs making the sandwich evenly spread the Chipotle Sauce on the sandwich. They pulled a taco bell on me and put a blob in the middle. Not complaing because it was delicious as always! Plus totally Recommend their Mango Yuzu Drink😋 It's da bomb!

    This branch always gets my orders wrong. I normally get delivery and sometimes the managers will offer to remake my order correctly but only if I pick it up. The point of delivery is because I can’t get it sometimes. They have never given us a bread bowl whenever we order it online, and most of the time the food, even when picked up by me, is cold or made sloppy despite being their when they tell me it will be ready. I’d rather make the drive to Brooke field then come to this one right by my house.

    Delivery always takes way long than projected at time of order which is extremely frustrating especially at dinner time with kids. Food tastes fine normally

    We ordered using the app because there was no one at the front, The email said the food would be done in 13 minutes, it actually took 36 minutes for the food to be done. We had to clean our table and other 4 person tables had broken seats. The portion sizes were small for the price we paid.

    It's a freaking joke that they can't even have a single employee working the front to watch for customers that don't want to use the stupid tap to order system. Customer service is a joke considering there is no service of the customer it's all self-service.

    Yuck....restaurant has never seen a cleaning...we washed our own table. Restroom was horrendous....dirty...no toilet paper....gross wet roll of paper towels on sink ....for the price point of almost hot food I expect more .....

    Arrived for a pickup order and waited 30 minutes to discover that they had marked it complete. They remade it quickly but total time waiting for the food was close to an hour. They did not offer an apology.

    The soup was great and the salad was good. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The reason for the 4 stars send not 5 is because the water fir the hot tea was barely warm. This has happened to me on most of my visits when I get the tea.

    Lots of options to choose from. Peaceful atmosphere, friendly employees. Food is delicious had the chicken wild rice soup in bread bowl. Very yummy. Had the featured fiji apple cranberry beverage and I highly recommend it... so good.

    Panera bread has many interesting choices and a fair bit of variety, but because of their unfortunate emphasis on low fat food, much of it lacks flavor and it's harder for your body to absorb the vitamins in the vegetables they serve you. The coffee is also too weak for my liking, but I think for the average person it's a normal consistency. Expect to pay a little more than you anticipated at Panera and possibly not be full.

    Took my wife here because they had a code where a percentage of the profits go to our granddaughter's school. Although pricier than I expected, the portions were large to where we were able to make two meals out of it. Food tasted very good, and the service was outstanding!

    Do not order the chocolate chip muffie. 12 times out of 10 they will give you the chocolate chip cookie. May not seem like a big deal, but when it happens to you every time you start to wonder if they actually have the item your ordering or if they are messing with you

    The chicken Cobb salad had old lettuce in it. They substituted cut up small tomatoes for something, not sure what, but I don't like tomatoes. It was a very skimpy salad and not worth the price. I would have ordered something else if I knew how bad it would be. I probably won't frequent Panera much. Service was good though.

    We love coming here but why are you always out out baguettes? We have started to come less because we cannot have any bread to dip in our soups, and that is a massive draw of coming here. It’s has been literally everytime (5 or 6 times ) in the last 2 months and no baguettes at 7pm. We love the food but a huge part of the experience is always missing. Will start going to another location soon. Bake more bread because this happens every night.

    I’m writing this review to specifically complement Kaylee, who on her lunch break, stopped what she was doing to help me out. I was just about to take the first bite of my salad when it all fell out of the container onto the ground. I was slightly embarrassed and disappointed and she instantly took me inside to have a new one made for me, with no extra charge, and proceeded to clean it up all before I returned to my table. She was incredibly kind and made my lunch experience at Panera great. Thanks Kaylee!

    Just got dinner. Two bites into the steak sandwich it became painfully obvious the steak WAS RANCID! I took it apart and it was covered in slime and smelled disgusting! I can’t believe they would serve literal garbage. I want a refund! And I definitely WONT BE BACK

    I had such a long day and was hoping Panera was going to make me feel better but it didn’t 🥺. I was very disappointed in their Mac and cheese. It’s usually good but today the effort was not there. it was very watery and the noodles hard. No matter what the time is when a customer shows up, the food should not be made as poorly as what we received.

    At the Waukesha location, whenever I am ordering salads, they always screw something up. They never pay attention to what should be omitted. I always confirm my order in the drive through, but when I get it home, something is always messed up. This has happened more than twice, I should know better to check before driving away, but don't want to hold up the line.

    Fastest service I've had at a Panera Bread in a long time, and the friendliest employees running the joint. I was pleasantly surprised since many of my eatery experiences on Sunset have not been the most enjoyable. This Panera must be well-managed and well-staffed.

    This Panera can improve. It is the only one I have been to where the bathrooms are always dirty, and the hot water and coffee are usually cold. It may be just during the evenings, but this is a constant occurrence and should be rectified. Usually Paneras do a wonderful job.

    The lady working the drive-thru at around 6:45PM tonight was just extremely rude. Didn’t even get a minute into trying to order before just pulling away due to her lack of emotion and will to help us as a customer. We are just trying to order dinner, you made us feel like we were torturing you every time we spoke.

    I come here every so often during the day and I enjoy the service and the ambiance but tonight was a complete different story. The service was horrible and the teenagers were goofing off and acting as if there wasn’t a line if they weren’t whispering and talking about customers. Never experienced this before .

    I've never been to a Panera bread before, so the experience was all new to me. The broccoli cheddar soup bowl I had was amazing, will definitely come back to try a chicken sandwich. Definitely a good experience.

    Is there a particular reason I paid $10 for rotten avocado? Shouldn't the staff be informed that if an avocado is black when you slice it open, you probably shouldn't be serving it to customers? Just a suggestion...

    The chicken and rice soup is stupid good for what it is. I don't know what they do to it. I love their Mac and cheese too. It's inexplicable. You don't get a cheese pull or anything and it's some expensive mac, but it's some good comfort food for me. The cinnamon crunch bagels feel like you get to eat candy for breakfast and their coffee is pretty good!

    We visit frequently for coffee. Usually good. But they do need to do better when it comes to monitoring how full the coffee dispensers are. Often found to be empty, causing an unneccesary wait.

    I spent a lot of time putting the order for 5 people on one of the self service terminals, when I was ready and hit “place order” the terminal crashed, I had to put the order again. …. The second issue, this is the first time that I visit the Panera bread at the Sunset location, the coffee here was not the same as other locations, it tasted bad.

    I ordered through the drive thru. Ordered Pick 2. Wanted to try the new Bacon avocado melt and got a green goddess salad. Waited 20 min. Watched 4 employees good around while I waited. Got home—is this really the standard amount of bacon that comes on this sandwich? Bacon crumbles?? Poor quality. For $13 I’ll go elsewhere for a mediocre meal

    Me and a few of my friends came to ask if we could get some bread before they threw it away and they were nice until we were getting ready to go and they called the cops for absolutely no reason… they never asked us to leave or asked us what we were doing it went from “hey I like your bracelet” to calling the cops and giving them our licenses plates for no reason. This really made me disappointed in the service at this Panera and I will not be returning.

    Not really a Karen but… The quality of the product has gone down exponentially. Avocados are so hard and unripe you can’t even saw through them with a knife. The “new recipe” sandwiches are just shrinkflation and have bread slices as thin as humanly possible. Sandwich half is almost 8 dollars and is smaller than ever. It’s just sad. Last time I ever eat here and cancelling my sip club.
