I went in at 5:50pm to order 2 breadsticks. It took them over an hour to get the order done. People were coming in and waiting as long I was, and many were booted out and had their orders cancelled. They were blasting explicit music on the in-store speakers and communication was awful. The food (even after waiting an hour for it) was lukewarm. The breadsticks we ordered also had mold. Absolutely unacceptable food and service.

They only seem to be open when they feel like it, regardless of the hours on the sign. This has been going on for the last few years. Not worth the hassle when there are lots of choices for pizza on Sunset.

Was in the store, workers decided to shut down the store because it was to busy, really? Laughed as they locked the door, stopped answering phones. Whomever owns this store should be furious. I understand labor is hard to come by but your current workers are going to put you out of business.

I went to this location hoping to enjoy a nice pizza. I ordered a bestest pizza with a side of cheese bread, but when I received the pizza it was a glob of sauce and cheese in a box. When I asked the worker who handed me the pizza if I could receive either a refund or a new pizza he told me to shut up and take the pizza home. I sadly found myself being disrespected by the staff and disappointed with the pizza. As the worker was making the pizza I noticed that he had no gloves on and he kept picking his nose while making the pizza. I hope that you fire that worker for being unsanitary and disrespectful. I will never come back to this location. If your reading this please order your pizza somewhere else.

I'm not one to leave reviews but I have given this location too many chances!! The guy with red hair working the register is telling everyone 15 min wait for food when it's 35 minutes!!! Let's talk about the same guy wearing one glove to touch the register, cash, the walls, food and his own drink without changing it!!! Garbage over flowing on to the floor in food prep area and employees socializing MORE THAN WORKING! This explains the 35min wait! This location is rarely open anymore and I can see why! Management doesn't do something you're going to lose customer's! I'm done I'll take my business to papa johns from now on, they are way cleaner and better customer service! Plus I can get my food faster! Go elsewhere you'll thank me!

Gone are the days where you can just conveniently stop by for a Little Caesar’s pizza (at least in Waukesha). I understand things have been rough since the hit of the pandemic but at least try to have a consistent schedule. These guys are literally closed all the time.

The pizza is good and cheap; but they're closed so often. It's extremely bizarre. The hours on Google change constantly but they're always varying. Today we called to order for pickup and the answering machine told us to order online. On the website, it says "Online Ordering Coming Soon!" so I have no idea how to even order food. We managed to get through on the phone as I write this. I don't blame the employees. They're understaffed, overworked, and underpaid; I'm almost certain of it. I blame the general, district, and regional managers or their equivalent. I think they forgot they run a Little Caesar's in Waukesha, WI.

the Waukesha location has gone completely downhill just after their relaunch. Restaurant hours are a hit or miss. Last week when stopped in they were only accepting online orders. What ever happened to the hot and ready slogan! A few weeks ago they were only accepting credit card orders NO cash. I can not honostly give them a Star due to the reliability. I wish they had better circumstances.

Hardly ever open, google needs to be updated for proper business hours. However when they are open they get busy but still efficient. Will still get pizza there when possible.

Tried to order some pizza for dinner tonight but unfortunately could not. There’s no online ordering. I then tried to go to the store and order in person but the doors were locked. the open sign and the menu boards were both on. I also tried calling and no one answered the phone! They need to shut this location down again!

Tried the new calzony and I thought it was pretty good!! The only local branch. They seem to have trouble keeping staff because the house have been inconsistent and the faces keep changing. Sometimes it's left to one person busting their hump to take care of everything... Good is good but always check your order and call ahead to see if they're really open.

Currently helping my brother move to a nearing neighborhood, we wanted pizza and came here twice in a row. Both times at 8pm, the site says it closes at 9pm. Both times it has been closed at before 8pm. An hour earlier than said.

The hours on the website and on google are inaccurate. This store is closed more than it is open. We catch ourselves going there when it says open online and then come there to a closed store with no lights. I don't really understand how that works or why that happens. It is just unfortunate because it is the only Little Caesar's around this area. Since COVID hit, the restaurant has not been the same and its who runs the business not the food.

Have stopped here a few times when it says its open and its never actually been open. Waited in the parking lot to order from another place and saw 7 people within a 15 min span try to go in. Better off going anywhere else if you want pizza

Service is almost always lackadaisical and slow, and products are not always available. The online ordering site is always offline and they don’t answer their phone, so the pizza portal (a good way in theory to avoid long waits and the unfriendly counter staff) is useless. Also, the posted hours continually change and they are frequently not open when they say they are going to be. They don't seem to serve lunch any more and they have been closed in the evening when they were supposed to be open. Staff is about 50% masked and of those that are wearing them, about half are wearing them correctly. Can't beat the price, though, if you have a bunch of uncritical pizza eaters. Update :. After about 6 months of closure due to no staff, they are open again. Pizza portal does not work (online ordering unavailable). Pizzas not immediately available, had to wait for both basic pizzas and bread sticks. Drink cooler was more than half empty. Cheese bread was unavailable.

Why does this place have the weirdest flippin hours? Its 830 on a Friday night and it's closed. The t-mobile store is open later on a peak pizza night than this place

Ordered online to avoid having to wait. Arrived 30 mins after placing my order, well after the estimated completion time provided online. Line of 7/8 people waiting to order, the pick up orders were not labeled by name on their system. So canceled out the idea of not having to wait. The poor kid at the counter was very overwhelmed and very slow moving with customers. Why advertise order online for no wait, if there is still a 15 minute wait to be able to grab your food and go? Sigh. I guess some things never change - this location has been notoriously spotty with customer service. Figured it’s been long enough to give them a try. Definitely won’t be back.

This was a terrible experience. They only do on line orders which isn't what was expected. I could deal this thst but I have a gift card and no way to redeem it on their website when you order and the workers were of no help on how to redeem the card. I havecreached out to their website on redeeming but have received no response.

When i entered the building, i asked for my pizza. I was told about 10 minutes. I got my order within that time. Their setup is nee where online orders are now separate from in house pick up. There are multiple registers to check out with now. Very nice and pizza is good too.

AWFUL! No one speaks English which means they are unable to communicate with customers. It takes over 20 minutes for the cashier to find then ring up an order as they cannot understand what the customer is saying. Terrible store...I will go 30 minutes out of my way to Muskego to avoid!

If I could zero stars I would. First off I went in store to pick up an order. There were 4 employees in the store. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to help me not one of them spoke English and were visably pissed that I didn't speak Spanish. Apologies for being born in America. I speak enough Spanish to get by and then was told it would be a minute. As I continued to wait I saw some truly disgusting things. One male employee was making pizzas while eating pepperoni then licking his fingers continuing to make pizzas whole at the same time a female employee with long braids also making pizzas was constantly playing with her hair and then the pizzas. Then wiping sweat off of her head and back to the pizzas. GROSS!!! After I saw this and took video I wanted my money back but the counter person that did not speak English fought with me and other customers that witnessed the disgusting acts until I just walked out without my food or money. Do not eat here. I am calling the health department and will be sending the videos I took as evidence as soon as I'm done with this rant.

Stores empty and wait five mins for someone to come to counter. Then no pizzas ready at 3 on a Saturday. Can’t understand a word the cashier mumbled except 15 mins. Walked out. Waste of time…

Placed my order at 5:09 didn’t get put into the oven until 6:51 then no more updates after that. Had to wait for 3 hours inside the building with about a dozen other people who were in the same situation as me. Several of us asked for a refund but were ignored by the employee. Wasted three hours of my New Year’s Eve waiting all to go home with no pizza and pissed off. This is the last time I will ever go to this location and I would highly recommend everyone to never eat here again.

The city or Waukesha can tell you this store has many issues with staffing. When we drive by sometimes the store will be open sometimes it will not b add normal business hours. However, we did place order online and went into the store to pick it up. Manager Derek was very helpful and polite.

  • 1/5 Spencer B. 1 year ago on Google
With all due respect to the employees here, this location is run with horrible policy's surrounding their working hours. On multiple occasions I've placed an online order, only to have it be cancelled and the only notification I got was via email as I waited for my order to be completed and the manager was locking the door while I waited. I understand that it is slow so maybe they shut down early and the workers are doing their best. In fact when I have successfully completed orders there, the people have been some of the best, and kindest folk you'll meet. All I ask is that the owner/franchisee realize how they're inconveniencing their customers further by arbitrarily cancelling orders and communicating it as ineffectively as possible. The shame is when I have completed orders without showing up to shuttered shop, the pizza slaps.

Placed an order last night online at 6:15, said it would be done at 6:40pm. I arrive at the store and to my surprised it was closed. There were also other customers in front of the store confused because they had ordered online too. Why would you keep the portal open if the store is closed? I want a refund!!! This is ridiculous.

  • 1/5 Brooke L. 1 year ago on Google
Went to order at 745, the app said our food would be done by 8:15, mind you they “close” at 9pm. They decided to cancel my order and I went in, and they said “we’re closing” at 8. Did the exact same thing to my mom who ordered before 7:45. Don’t recommend, they’ve been terrible with hours and orders. I get staffing issues, I have the same thing at my job. But if you’re closing early, make it known with a note on the door or put something online if possible so this doesn’t happen, and the male worker that was there was completely rude about it.

This place was great when I was younger. Just ordered and paid online this past weekend, it said pizza was ready and when I got there door was locked so I knocked and the person working inside just shook their head, very unprofessional! Left with no food, place is a ripoff!!

  • 5/5 Jax L. 1 year ago on Google
Pizza is was good as always but I just feel bad that there was only two people working in the back. But they still helped us super fast even with the lack of help. Just be careful for the crazy bread because I went crazy when eating it and now I’m locked in a random person’s basement.

  • 1/5 Jody W. 1 year ago on Google
I ordered 2 pizzas tonight and crazy bread. Went to pick it up and my pizzas are still not done an hour later. The people working don’t even acknowledge any of the people in the store. There are over 10 people waiting and who have been waiting as long as me. I have never experienced anything like this. I understand that times are tuff and places are short staffed but at least update the customers and don’t walk away when someone asks you a question. Never again will I order from this store!

Worst Little Caesars EVER!!🤦‍♀️ Never opened on time. Hours that are supposed to be opened, they're closed. No one ever answers, website ordering is down all the time. Worst Little Caesars in Waukesha + the only one. A bunch if teens working there, nothing is "hot n ready" like it's supposed to be. When it's open, 👀 there's a big waiting line, it horrible. Hopefully the owner sees this review and does something about it. This store should be in undercover boss so they can see the reality of the Little Caesars here in Waukesha🤦‍♀️

Ordered via the app. Food was made quickly. Quality was good. Very hot. Used the QR code to open the locker with the food in it. Didn’t need any interaction with the staff. Seemed to me like this place was operating smoothly. I’ll be back for sure. Thanks for dinner.

Food is disgusting....Little Ceasars was never top quality, but it was a nice change if you just wanted a quick pizza and the crazy bread was just oddly good....threw away have the pizza, way over cooked, no toppings, had a really odd after taste...really disappointed

  • 1/5 Justin G. 2 years ago on Google
The worst Little Ceasars location in all of Southeastern Wisconsin. I've given this place multiple chances to redeem themselves, and they continue to fail. What will it be this time? Out of hot n ready's? Incorrect order? How about just randomly closed during peak hours of a regular day? Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. I've finally run out of second chances for this place.

  • 5/5 Weiss F. 2 years ago on Google
This location was online orders only right now which works wonderfully for us. We put in our order on the app and went shopping. Only one person is there making the food and then handing it out to who comes in. He was very nice and doing a wonderful job being the only one. 10/10 will order from again.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and watched them while I waited. I was grossed out by no hair restraints or gloves as they prepared it. The manager said they are not required. I will never go there again.

  • 4/5 Chase K. 2 years ago on Google
Ordered online food was ready about 5 min after the app said it would be, which wasn’t a problem for me. They were busy I could tell. Food tasted great!

Is this place ever even open? Love Little Ceasars! Been coming to this store for 20+ years, and the last 2 years have been hit or miss, every time we try, they are closed.

  • 1/5 Sam W. 2 years ago on Google
Always Closed at random times, now it’s online only, and service is never great with people that don’t listen and seem like they’ve never been trained. The only upside is the pizza is okay.

As a former GM, I have a severe soft spot for Caesars.. I still remember cooking the sausage lol. Still the best value and always fresh. No frozen dough discs here!! I'd honestly still work for them if they paid more. 😆

COLD pizza! HORRIBLE service! Orderd for pick up. Waited 35 minutes after my pick up time and the dude brought out all the pizzas at once to the 3 people who where waiting there longer then me! Of course I failed to check the pizza before I left! Peppers were cold as if just taken out of the fridge! Cheese was hard and the deep dish crust was under cook and nasty. Dude WORKER even said sorry when I left! NEVER GOING TO THIS LITTLE CESARS AGIN

  • 1/5 REBECCA W. 2 months ago on Google • 1 review New
I went there and stood for almost 10 minutes before someone even came to the counter. They never spoke. They just stood there and looked at me. I told them what I wanted and they walked away for like 5 minutes without saying anything. I was beside myself. They came back and threw the order on the counter and walked away. I needed a bag and said hello could I please get a bag. She walks over and gave me a dirty look and threw it on the counter and walked away. The rudest staff ever. I will NEVER go there again. If this company can't hire respectful workers then this place will be shut down really quick.

Service is slow, and staff doesn't seem to prepare hot and ready pizza for demand. Understaffed? You will spend over 30 minutes waiting, whether you order in store or for online pickup.
