I'll change my review back to five stars when they bring back the bagel crust on the bagelrito. this taco version stinks compared to the original. so disappointed. DEAR CORPORATE, IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T "FIX" IT. if you made this change to save a dollar in your own pockets, all i have to say is you're being selfish.

Went 2 the Mequon store via DDash yesterday...yum! (My 1st E.B. experience!) Today, find one in my area, order in app 13min into the day. I get my bag and I get cold grey eggs, no good cheese-only the 1 greasy slab that fell off obv not melted, no bacon (I got paper thin floppy chunks when I scraped them all together (ugh- c pic) waste of money and clearly not even close 2 what I enjoyed yesterday. (Yes, I ordered exactly what I had gotten previously) so much 4 trying EB. 🙄

Long line at the drive-through lobby was not open Placed order at the drive-through. Got it wrong. Corrected it at the window. Still got it wrong showed them the menu. Still got it wrong and overcharged. What an experience.

Got to the register to order. The worker just looked at me, never greeted me or asked what she could get me, just stared at me until I ordered. Ordered 2 bagels, wanted one toasted. Neither one was toasted. They were not busy. Can understand mistakes happen, but when mixed with poor customer service, it's even more frustrating.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Extremely rude. Tried to pay with $100 bill and my order was $42. I get it if it was like $10 but I only needed $60 in change. And tried to tell me they didn’t have it. And then gave me attitude. And not to mention my sandwiches look like they were sat on (they were sooo flat)

I have had it with this location! They mess up my order every single time, but today was UNREAL! I went back in to get my sandwich corrected from the drive thru, and my doggie bagel that they forgot completely. I figured they would make a new sandwich since everything on it was wrong. THEY RIPPED THE SANDWICH APART ON THE TABLE AND JUST SLAPPED IT ON an untoasted bagel and added cream cheese. The 2 guys that work there are literally incompetent and the customer service here is absolutely awful compared to all other Einsteins locations I’ve been too.

First and last time going to this place. I went through drive through but the menu had frost all over it, that was fine i understand completely living in Wisco things happen like this. What happened that ruined my experience was I tried to ask what she recommended and she was completely rude! To the point where I just ordered a coffee plain and gave it to my wife. Maybe I got the wrong person idk but it just ruined my experience to where I rather just drive somewhere else now. The lady I dealt with was skinny and Caucasian. Not that race matters, just wanna be descriptive incase she is being rude to other customers they can atleast talk to the right person.

The best breakfast sandwiches!

Great news place for a quick… real breakfast. The sandwiches are great. The pretzel bagel is my personal favorite. Dinning room is nothing special, but is always clean.

Food is definitely not worth the price. I get inflation and all, but $6.81 for an egg cheese and bacon beagle is ridiculous.

We have only gotten food here twice but both times something has been completely left out of the order. I don’t think we will be going back, we don’t want to keep paying for things we never receive. Also, my egg was green on one of the sandwiches I did get..

Our Corporate Catering order was exceptionally delicious. At the store they were very friendly and professional to work with. Most importantly our order was correct and the bagels were all soft and very fresh. The whole company is buzzing on how great the morning snack was. Thank you Einstein's on Sunset!! We ordered: Bagels: Blueberry, Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon Sugar, Everything, Plain, and Asiago. Shmears: Garden Veggie, Plain, and Strawberry The variety was great, I highly recommend for any Corporate meeting or treat. :)

Not sure what the problem was today but I waited in line for almost 20 minutes for nothing. The truck in front of me had 2 big dogs and about 3 different people petted them, fed the dogs pup cups and let the dogs lick their hands. They touched the computer screen and the credit card machine without washing their hands. That is absolutely disgusting and I didn't even get my food because dogs are very unsanitary and I do not want to get sick. I will never come back to this location. You really should know better

I never was paid for the refrigeration work I did at this location. I've talked to 10 diff. people and nobody will help me. I lost $600. Because your maintenance company I was in contact w went bankrupt. Nobody will return my calls or reply to my emails. All u people collect yer paychecks and don't work for free. I don't work for free either and am about to come in and take my parts back that I paid for & you will b without a cooler

Worst location ever. You can never go inside. Door is always locked and only drive through is open. Website says open for dine in or carry out but during business hours they keep the door locked. Also when I went to leave and drive around the back an employee was vaping while standing half out the door. Gross!

Used to be 5 stars, but not having dine in is bad. There's so few places open early in the morning on sunset that it's frustrating. The people working were super nice though.

Normally the bagel burritos are decent, but this time it was so burnt I couldn’t even bite into it, literally rock hard. They had to have noticed how black it was when they went to wrap it. I had to throw this away because It wasn’t even edible. So disappointed. Picture doesn’t do much justice but I’m telling ya it was CHARRED.

Quick service every time I've been in. Bagels, breakfast sandwiches and coffee are all good.

At 12:45 p.m. I went into Einstein on 27th and Oklahoma. Not only was I not greeted after wandering around the counter for a moment 1 employee says I'll be with you in a moment and there was literally nobody in the store except three employees and myself. The employee disappeared behind the dividing wall, never to resurface again. After standing there like a lost egg, I decided to leave because it was easy to sense that I would not get proper service. The appearance of the place looks disheveled and not clean. No indoor dining as they used to have and the one up on the east side of Milwaukee looks like a bomb hit it. The minute I walked in I walked out. So very disappointing. Einstein used to be a nice place but quite honestly it is gone Milwaukee ghetto as far as I'm concerned. Too bad, maybe they got robbed a lot or something but they should either close it down or do it right.

I'll go to Brewster's up in oconomowoc. E.B this place has the worst customer service I've experienced in forever. Yes work sucks we all agree, but if you really hate it that much, find something else, no need to spread the misery. Waited 35 min, for a dozen bagels and then they didn't give us the cream cheese, and wrote to corporate for a refund and was ignored.

I ordered ahead on the website for 8:00am. I made it there by 7:56am to pick up my food. The shake was melted and the food was cold. I voiced my issue and wanted my food and shake to be remade and she showed a nasty attitude. After they remade my food I went home and realized they got my order wrong. Instead of a French toast bagel they gave me a plain bagel. Worst experience ever. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Place is amazing. Everything is good there. Bagels are phenomenal. Only complaint they run out of power protein bagels way too much.

Walked in to order (no dining inside right now). There was a sign that said order an item ahead get a free coffee. So I loaded the app on my phone and the cost of the coffee was automatically deducted. The brisket bagel was delicious. The app recommended it on a jalepenjo bagel and I was not disappointed in the flavor. Not too spicy either. Wanted coffee that was dark roast and it tasted great. This particular store also had a drive-thru which is nice. Lastly, we saw outside seating for when the weather is better.

Only reason I gave this location two stars was that the coffee snd muffin were very good. The service was ridiculous. I went inside to order, stood there 3 to 4 minutes before anyone even glanced my way. I counted at least 4 associates working. She couldn’t ring me up on the register because it had no till. Finally rang me up and got my muffin. Then I had to wait for my coffee while she rang up someone behind me. The other 3 people looked at me snd kept talking. She finally came back snd got my coffee, plain black coffee... no complicated drink. The entire small order took 10 minutes when it should have been in snd out in less than 5. Horrible service.

So glad Caribou is back in Waukesha. Their drinks are better made with good ingredients. The building is brand new and very clean. The food is very good as well.

Food was tepid( but flavorful) and the coffee was meh. I’m giving it only two stars because it’s listed to have caribou coffee and it does NOT! No caribou coffee here please change this on google and I’ll edit my review.

Love the bagel sandwich options. The coffee is also very good. I found the staff to be always be helpful and friendly.

Can only comment on the drive thru but the food was good and the service was fast. Bagel selection is not as large as I would of thought but they were pretty good.

Today I waited ten minutes for another car to drive to the drive through window and as I pull up to take my order their was response so I said is anyone their and I waited for three minutes until I decided to pull my car to the drive through window with a note that said that they closed early even though you guys are supposed to be open till 2pm. if your going to close early next time write a sign at the speaker where people order so no one is just sitting their waiting.

Open til 2pm on weekdays? Not so much. Drove there for 20 minutes only to find it closed at 1:50pm on 4/29/2022. UNPROFESSIONAL if the team closes up shop early. Why bother going there?

I’m dropping my rating to 1 star. Especially for only having the drive-through opened. They should just close this location. So unreliable. Many times you can’t even come in. No we’re short staffed. Just close it already! So tired of wasting my time, driving all the way over here from Brookfield to meet up with a local friend.

This was the worst breakfast I have had in my entire life, their hash browns are just a mushy ball of potato. The service was also horrible. McDoanlds is better, cheaper, and much more convenient.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, the food came out quick, hot and delicious.
