Waited close to 2 hours for a pick up just to find part of my order missing. Pancakes and eggs were cold and idek how my cheesecake was hot. Waited inside for my order to be finished and was asked my name 2 times and on the third (after waiting an hour)I was told that they didn’t have my order. Manager made no attempt to apologize for the wait and the staff pretty much ignored me. I usually give the employees the benefit of the doubt in situations like this but I just can’t see how this is okay.

You know what to expect when going to a Denny's. This place delivers what you expect, and the workers are polite and attentive. The food was good, not great, but definitely good. The service here was great for being understaffed. I know what to expect and I'll go here again.

If you’ve been to a Denny’s then you know the cuisine. Terrific and fast diner classics. This comfort food is taken to the next level in Pewaukee by the service of this location. We always have a great experience but seek out our buddy Omar whenever possible. He greets us warmly, remembers the extra tub of butter and is more than accommodating of our photo requests. This is an Excellent Denny’s.

THIS Denny's keeps screwing up my orders! STOP apologizing and get it right! 🧐 I don't believe a college degree is necessary to work there. But, attention to detail is seriously missing at the cash register. If I pay for it, you give me what I ordered! T-bone Steak Breakfast ordered w/pancakes, but NO PANCAKES?! 😤 THIS is why your Yelp review is going to go from 2 stars to one! UNBELIEVABLE!

I dined in with my girlfriend recently, and our server, Bonnie, did an amazing job! She took great care of us, even with our difficult orders, she got them perfect. Food was delicious as well!

Went with my book club and had they most amazing hostess there! She had the cutest pink hair! (If my old cat lady brain is remembering correctly I believe her name was Abby.) She even had read our book of the month “Where the Crawdads Sing”! Amazing!!!! Service was absolutely amazing! Update!!! Sweet waitress Cambel took such good care of me and my book club. She was so educated on the menu and helped my friend with allergies find something perfect for her. She made us LOL with her jokes! 😂🤣 Such a cutie!!! She listened so politely and smiled as each of us showed her pictures of our children ( and some of us grand children!!! LOL) (i also showed lots and lots and lots of pictures of my cats 🐱) i love dennys and all their sweet hearts.

Pretty haunted. Server had a ghost in her that made her accent change. Enjoyed that. Super clean and friendly but definitely haunted

Went there for their potatoe soup. Told it was no longer available. Then had their beef vegetable. It was like they opened a can of soup. Wanted a side salad with french dressing was told they dont have any. So I then requested 1,000 island, again not available. Such a disappointing visit. Wont be going back. At least not to this restaurant.

Walked in one waitress said to a waiter this one's on you, he then stated "no" looked at the chart and said "no" again then Said "but ok" looking irritated. We got seated ordered 2 shakes @ $4.99 our waiter brings us 2 metal shake mixing cup less then half full when asked he said " our old machine broke and this is what their new machine makes". The mayo on the blt tasted funny and our burgers had no flavor at all and my bourbon bacon burger was so greasy it made the bun soggy and left your hands thick in grease. The ladies bathroom handicap stall has no lock. Not a good experience at all.

It took forever to get our food and when we finally did it was just warm. Our waitress only came around to check on how we were before our meal came, once the food came she didn't come back, only to give us our check. We had to ask for our dirty plates to removed and our waitress had an attitude about it. We were there to celebrate our granddaughters 9th birthday, which is her choice every year for the past 5 years and this was the worse.

This is the best Dennys location. Usually. Some of the newer staff seem to be struggling but whoever cooks here knows what they're about. Except the hashbrowns. Why do people struggle so with hashbrowns? Also the new table ketchup is awful. If anyone at Dennys sees this remove the affronting ketchup from the restaurant and get some proper heinz or something. Edit: As of March 30th, 2022 they have normal ketchup again, heinz. Thank you Denny's.

My food was good, my husband said his country fried steak tastes a little off, and my brother in laws' steak was not properly cooked. The waitress rang up his order wrong and refused to ask for help after he said something more than once. Once the manager came out and he showed her what he ordered in the menu it was rectified.

I wish I remembered the waitresses name cause I would definitely call her out. She was a young pregnant lady that was absolutely amazing. I have always loved Denny's food but service has been spotty at times but this was one of my best experiences here. Food was fresh and great. Service was great.

Placed at a greasy table. Menu's were filthy. All the condiments on the table were greasy and empty. Our waitress seemed really stressed. She was really nice and tried her best to keep up. The family she was waiting on were kinda rude to her. Food wasn't that great. Under cooked. Food was on pictures spitwad on the wall. It was Just gross.

We had the best and nicest waitress in years, and I am not exaggerating. So Aubrey, we thank you for your kindness. Now the food is fantastic. I wish I would have taken a picture, but if you look at the menu your food actually looks exactly like the picture or better. Some competitors photosd fool you into thinking you're getting something delicious and savory. I also give Denny's a thumbs up for adding a small thermos/karaf of coffee to the table so you don't have to keep waving down a waitress/waiter for another cup of coffee. This visit I had my husband with me. We ordered three different entres and two beverages, our bill came to $41 and some change. I haven't seen a bill that low in years nor have I received such great service. Thank you Aubrey.

Late nite dine in: good tasting brisket sandwich w/ American cheese (meat wasn't too fatty) on grilled bread with french fries. Waiter did a jood job.

Was okas far as food. Burgers are pretty good Slow service and everything was kinda dirty.

Food was fine. I normally don't have an issue coming here but today was an exception. When the server took my card and check to be run up front he brought it back to me at the table and he had added an automatic 22% gratuity without consulting me! When it was brought to the managers attention she retrieve the money for me from the sever (who already had the cash) instead of just voiding the payment and letting me choose my own tip. That's extremely shady! The service was fine up until then but that's just not right. Be extremely vigilant here.

Our server was whitney and she was very great from start to finish. I use to be a server an I have high expectations and she met everyone of them and more. Thank you for your excellent service. If you go in on the weekends and she their sit wit her section.

It's absolutely terrible. Is this because we didn't dine in? Biscuits have minimal, watered-down "gravy." The rest of the meal looks like it was prepared for a toddler.

Went with a family of seven and were served by Aubrey. She was very efficient and helpful while we were placing our orders. She occasionally checked back and made sure all our wants were met. She was very friendly and did a heck of a job serving us all

First of all I see a lot of bad reviews but I can tell you the place is amazing it was really really clean I was looking everywhere and the workers were really nice and the food was amazing it passed my expectation I had a ton of food and it all looked close to the picture that never happens anywhere amazing thank you Denny's will be back soon and the employees keep up the good work I know you work hard for little pay I appreciate you guys and gals👌👌👍👍 I just wish I would have taken a couple pictures of the food and the inside the building to show you what I'm talking about but just show up for yourself and you will see seeing is believing😬

I recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. We waited over an hour for our food, and when we asked the server for an update, they responded unprofessionally, using slang and repeatedly saying “five minutes.” Despite their assurances, our food never arrived on time. To make matters worse, I noticed another table that arrived approximately 10 minutes after us received their order before we did. This clearly suggests our order was either forgotten or mishandled. The server did not apologize for the delay or provide any explanation, which made the experience even more frustrating. The lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable, and I feel that my time was completely wasted. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

We celebrated our family Christmas get together with 9 of my family members. Irais was our waitress and she was exceptional. She did not need to write down any orders, got everyone’s order correct, and she always made sure we didn’t need anything. She was excellent. Dennys is lucky to have her.

It is always a delight to be greeted by Sophia every morning we go in there. She always has a smile and a great greeting for me when I walk through the door. She gives very prompt service to our table and is a pleasure to have as our waitress.

Yesterday my son and I were in for lunch for our mommy son lunch date. Patty was our server. She was amazing! Our food was amazing and she was so kind and such and great smiling face to see. When we came in we were greeted and seated right away. She made sure to check on us continuously through out our time there. My son really enjoyed her as well. As she is Mrs. Patty now 😉. This is one of my favorite Dennys. The staff is friendly and the manager Sara is so sweet to all of us old folks. The pumpkin pancakes were delicious My coffee was great The dining room is meticulously clean I like that they are so involved in the community with the no kids go hungry donation program. Great people and great food. Good value also

I went to Denny's yesterday, and now I'm better prepared to say. My waiter, Omar, was so kind and polite, and the Bacon Bourbon Burger was a delight. Just as I ate the last bite and mouth was full, Omar asked how it was? I smiled and said, "wonderful".

Abby was an absolute amazing server, very attentive and friendly!! She was busy but despite the rush still made us feel cared for!! Coming to Dennys more often :)

I miss seeing these around all over. The variety was AMAZING and the food was DELICIOUS. Our waitress was wonderful at her job except lacked the personal touch. She was the only waitress I saw and was taken care of entire restaurant, she did it well, but was constantly moving. Didn't ask how it was, as she was running non stop, but she did it well. We enjoyed our visit, I took my 4 year old grandson. He did try talking to her but she blew him off, I explained, she was very busy. But in all truth it was Awesome I can't wait to go back.

I took my daughter for an early lunch/late dinner at about 3pm. We were seated quickly and had our drinks and appetizer quickly, as well as our main dishes. The food was all hot and delicious and our waiter was attentive and very pleasant. The only disappointment was I was hoping for a piece of chocolate cake but Dennys now has a limited dessert menu and chocolate cake is not on it. Overall, I was pleased with our visit. Good job Dennys

Super friendly and helpful staff. I am a door dasher and they are always working hard to help me to get my orders out the door as fast as possible. Never missing items and they always make sure I leave with the proper drinks, only making them when I arrive to pick up every order.

Had an amazing dinner with my friend and Melissa was our server. Definitely made sure our food came out fast and made me feel welcome. Definitely ask for her if you come here to eat. Excellent service 👏🏽👏🏽

Food is absolutely amazing but the service is very questionable. We had to ask 3x for lemons, no one came back to offer refills…we were going to try dessert but I think the server forgot about us.

Manager Tameka was rude gave me food on more than one occasion under cooked burger, beyond spicy nachos when I asked them to be made a certain way with jalapeños and she still made them with them do to this was sick 3 days from food poison. Also no apology for bad service and yelled me cussing me out. Saying you just trying to get free food and also my son threw up right after eating food from food poison

We arrived today as a large party. We were seated in the back. Waitress took our order but it took 45 minutes to get our order. The waitress offered us complimentary orange juice on the house. I asked for my Chicken Fried Chicken to have the Gravy on the side but had to send it back because the gravy was still poured on the my chicken. Not pleased at all. Also, notice the White Patrons received quicker service and food was delivered to them without haste.

We sat down with a table of 5 around 10am on a Sunday. It wasn't very busy when we arrived...but it definitely picked up and all seats were full. We knew it would ..given the time. That said the waitress was overwhelmed and it showed. Not a big deal...we were trying to stay patient. But she would walk by the table and ask if we were ok and turn her head before we had a chance to really ask for a refill for our empty glasses. Or syrup for our empty syrup bottle. I think the food was a little rushed. You could tell by the lack of presentation. The restaurant it's self was clean and presentable.

The service was outstanding! Our server was friendly and keep coming around to make sure we had everything. Also the guy serving the coffee keep coming around and was also very friendly. Will come back since you don’t get service this good often! Great experience

Not busy. Not sure why service was slow. Low staff? Good hamburger. Salmon cooked right. A bit salty. Caramelized onions helped the veggie mix taste good.

Great niece, her husband and children were visiting for the holiday. After Christmas of Lights at Country Springs, kids were hungry and Denny's was the place to be. Had Jeffery as our server, new to the Denny's Family, definitely an amazing person. We appreciated his attention to detail and his patience with all for us. Thank you!! Keep up the great work!

We arrived late in town from out of state and couldn't find any nice restaurants open. We really didn't want to go to Denny's but there was not much of a choice. I'm so glad we did! The food was amazing (salmon for me and chicken for hubby). We had an appetizer and salads. All perfect. Our waiter, Isaiah C., was very attentive and had a great personality. We were impressed with it all and highly recommend!

Food was great but the service was....odd. there were hardly any people there and yet service was slow and had a weird vibe. Can't quite put my finger on it. The wait staff was just odd. Food was great though! Double bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and swiss.

Poor customer service. Employees smoking at front entrance the last or first thing I want to do is walk through a smoke plume to my food. Manager was rude and the least bit friendly and didn’t ask how the food was as she knew it was burned and orders were incomplete. Waitress was very good. Food was good but could have been hotter. My complaint is about Sarah (blonde and arm in a sling) she was loud, obnoxious, disrespectful to the employee's and actually seen her push one out of the way. She also kept scratching her head and handling the food continuously. Very gross! You could see all of the employees were getting fed up with her.

Patti is my every Friday morning waitress & has been for years. She does s great job, is very attentive & brings all our food in a timely matter. She is great & no one could take her place!

We had breakfast/lunch as a family of 7 on a Saturday. Restaurant was pretty busy, but very clean. Our food was all delicious, came out very quickly and our server, Whitney, was wonderful. She kept up with our many drink refills, was extremely friendly and efficiently handled all her tables. All in all, a great experience.

This place is my home away from home! The servers genuinely feel like family and always make your day the best it can be! From the amazing waiters like Yoni to the cooks in the back, you can tell that all the workers at Denny’s put great care into making your experience exceptional. I can confidently say that Denny’s is the best place to go for food and friends!
