First let me say how much i love getting asked to give a tip to the cash register operator. They really earn it. Next, i waited 23 minutes for my 15 dollar sandwich. They said they were understaffed and i had some time to read the news so no big deal. Finally when my sando did arrive, it was disgusting. Dry, hard bread, and nothing else. At least my table was dirty. Thanks but won't recommend.

This location is horrible for their delivery. They are constantly late, sometimes even over an hour late. They also have a hard time getting their orders correct; one time they forgot 1 half of my pick two order. And now, today I received my sandwich with black avocado on it. I expect better customer service for the prices we are expected to pay... so disappointed.

We take the family here two or three times a month and the kids love the mac and cheese along with the cheap desserts. The grownups love all the meals and other than an occasional long line, this is one of our favorite places to eat. Reasonably priced and delicious food along with pleasant staff makes us repeat customers.

Go to Panera occasionally. I have found that eating there can be a hit and miss proposition. This meal was a little like that. There were four of us. Three of us got salads and the other got a smoothie. One of the salads had grilled chicken. Instead of small pieces, the chicken was stuck together into several big balls. Once you pulled it apart is seemed to be okay. The chicken teriyaki broccoli bowl was good, but just not much broccoli. They were out of bananas, so the banana strawberry smoothie just contained strawberries (which they mentioned). But then they never let us know when it was ready. Could have been a better experience.

Went to Panera at dinnertime for soup in a bread bowl. I was willing to spend the high prices for this item because I was sick. You can’t get soup in a bread bowl to-go at many places. Therefore, I’d say this is a specialty item for Panera. We were told we couldn’t order a bread bowl despite seeing rows of them behind the cashier. She said those are for tomorrow. I didn’t appreciate this. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1, because the quality of the food was good despite the disappointment. I don’t know if it’s a corporate policy or a management policy—to display tomorrow’s goods and state “no, not for you!” Regardless, I won’t go back to this location.

We love Panera! They always serve delicious food including soups, salads and yummy bakery items. Their coffee is outstanding, and the atmosphere and ambiance are great! It is a nice place to have food with friends or to dine solo. There is plenty of parking too. We went here for a Valentine's Day lunch. I had an Asian chicken salad, and it was very tasty. It was a generous serving with lots of tender chicken. The pumpkin muffin was great too. Panera is one of my favorite places to eat!

I have always loved the ambience at this location. People here are nice, friendly and welcoming. Have dined here before COVID, and now prefer the take out / drive thru. Love the app and customisation options, also you can save time and skip the line if you order for pick up. We are a fan of the new additions Green Goddess Caprese Melt & Signature Sandwich!

Morning and lunch they’re quick and easy. After 3pm they seem to stop making food and are always out of something. Nothing like a ceprese sandwich on some plain white bread… just weird

One of the worst locations. I was the first car in the drive through at 4:00pm and it took them 20 minutes to get me a Mac and cheese while there was only one person in the dining room…

I personally don't like Panera, I hate paying $30-$40 for lunch for two and have to bus after. No thanks. Food is just OK for the price but my wife likes them so we go.....

I really don’t know why I keep giving Panera a chance. Last night, I ordered a half portion Green Goddess salad and paid for extra avocado. There was barely any avocado or bacon, and the lettuce was the part you’d normally toss out. $11 for half a salad that isn’t even made correctly is shameful. To top it off, I ordered chips - which my receipt stated and was “checked off”, yet there was a roll instead.

Three most recent visits...May and June, 2023 1. Drive through...wrong "side" item in package...correct item on receipt 2. Drive through...wrong side item in package...correct item on receipt 3. Drive through...chicken was frozen and apple chips were not crispy (Fugi apple chicken salad) Panera used to be my "go-to" place for delicious and healthy fresh food choices. Now it's disappointing overall. Prices are higher than before (Salad 10.99. Pick two 11.99) and pickles are no longer included with sandwiches. Plastic cutlery is always in my carry-out bag despite that I specifically say that I do not need cutlery.

I just went through the drive through. Usually they are good, but this time I did a pick two of a Cobb Salad and soup with bagette. I got no bagette, and there was no bacon in the salad a just a small dab of avocado. Did not get my monies worth at all I should have taken it back. After $12 + I will still be very hungry, wont be going back to this one.

It took more than 20 minutes to get through the drive through for two cups of soup and a half a sandwich and my chipotle sandwich was missing the chipotle sauce (like the third time this has happened). $18, 20 minutes, and one screaming toddler later = absolutely terrible experience

You’re a bread company yet 2.5 hours before closing you apparently ran out of bread and slapped my sandwich on a hamburger bun and didn’t inform me. I would have ordered something else. So unacceptable. Not only is it half the size of a reg sand which it’s not what I asked for! What the h. Gross.
