5/5 stars! We had an AMAZING time at urban air were bouncing off the walls from the moment we walked in. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. The trampolines were so much fun, and the dodgeball arena was a highlight for my kids. They also loved the foam pit and the ninja warrior course. I was impressed by the safety measures in place, too. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommend urban air for a fun, active day out with the family.
Thank god I took my family right at 11am when doors opened! After a couple of hours a ton of people flooded the building and it was hard to walk around and not bump into someone. On The day of my visit as well, there was a couple of teenagers between the ages of what it looked like 13-16, having a make out session in one of the areas; where mine and other people’s young children were playing in. My son had made me aware. I went up to stop the kids and told staff. Parents should be aware of what their kids are doing and not be left alone. Who knows what else they were doing. This isn’t Urban Air’s fault, maybe have staff inside the climb up areas. Overall it was a fun experience.
I was very delighted with my experience at urban air today. All of the staff was AMAZING! However there was one staff in particular that made our day. Emily at the food court went above and beyond. She was super kind and exceded expectations to make our food and our overall experience amazing.
DISGUSTING!!!! This has to be the DIRTIEST and most overrated indoor playground i have ever been to. keep in mind we paid $50 a person for this! The bathroom sink’s were ATROCIOUS!! not to even mention the bathroom itself smelt like urine has been soaking into those floors for MONTHS. I recommend bleach🙏!! On the way up to the sky rider THE SAFETY NETTING WAS RIPPED IN 3 DIFFERENT PLACES!! Not little rips either, they were big enough for a small child to crawl through, you could also physically see the dust and the dirt on all the platforms, ALL the employees hate their job and very obviously do not want to be there, they are rude, unprofessional, i didn’t see a single employee monitoring a single attraction besides go karts, and they would gather in groups to sit and talk. They didn’t greet anyone when they entered, nor did a single employee even smile at anyone. There were 4-5 people per trampoline, toddlers wondering everywhere without supervision, kids misusing EVERY SINGLE ATTRACTION for example using the ninja course as a ball pit so anyone who actually wanted to do the course had to either dodge literal babies or just not do it at all. No rules were in forced, The janitor was literally wearing a ski mask. Like are we serious? How more unprofessional can this place get? I was SOOOO uncomfortable when trying to do anything because i felt like such a burden. I DO NOT recommend at all. I have absolutely no clue how so many people still go here.
Highly recommend this place it was our first time but definitely not our last exceeded my expectations and the entire staff is amazing.
This is probably the best and most fun trampoline/adventure park we have been to. There is so much to do, see, and watch. An issue I did have is that there was not enough seating throughout the facility for patrons/parents to sit and watch their kids. Most of the seating was paid, massaging chairs. And to note, if you sat in them and did not pay, it would continuously beep until you got up. Their was plenty of seating at and near the concession stand, and they even had a covered patio with picnic tables. The only other issue I had with the facility was in here. It was quite dirty with food all over the tables and floor. It seems they didn't dedicate any staff to checking and cleaning up the patio section at all. Which is disappointing because it was a nice area to relax in and get away from all the noise inside. All the attractions were great! And we all had a blast. They had a ropes course, zip line, playground, ninja warrior obstacles, rock climbing with other features to climb, go-karts, bumper and flip cars, arcade machines, numerous amounts of trampolines including pro, dodge ball, basketball and a jousting-esk area with foam pit. They had another attraction that spins, and you duck/jump over the arms, but it was closed. The majority of other parks we have been to were closed as well. I am beginning to think there is something wrong with the way they are manufactured or built because they never seem to work. The place is a bit expensive, but they do now offer summer and monthly memberships, and we took advantage of the all in all day package. It cost $150, and you got 3 top-tier child tickets, 2 adult passes, 3 icees, 2 sodas (free refills), and a pizza. It's a savings of over $90 if all bought separately. We came on a weekday and found it to not be busy at all. Didn't have to wait long for any attraction. They also have plenty of party rooms to rent for all kinds of celebrations. We had an absolute blast and would most definitely come back here.
MASSIVE indoor play place with trampolines, climbing walls, zip lines, ball pits, obstacle courses, go karts, bumper cars and more! Color changing neon mood lighting everywhere, pumping music, very high class joint! Sign in is tedious, bring sticky socks. 50 bucks gets you two kids and one adult access to almost everything. Absolute blast! Great for parties of any size. Good food. Edit: Reduced to 4 stars because they stopped selling alcohol and the crane games are rigged. Plus, all the prices went up, the kitchen is clearly understaffed, and half the drinks are out of order. As an adult I want to give it 3 stars, but the kids still love it, and that's why we're here. Edit edit: 3 stars because half of the deluxe attractions are closed and the other half are unmonitored, so the kids were disappointed and it's a waste of money to get the deluxe pass. The best rides are still available for 50 bucks per ticket.
We visited Urban Air using their online wristband special. While the activities were fun, the overall experience was mixed. Customer Service (2.5/5): Staff seemed very young and inexperienced. There were 6 attendants at the front, but no one greeted us—we had to initiate every conversation. They struggled to find our order and didn’t tell us it included socks, so we had to go back for them. At the ticket/gift exchange, we waited a long time for help even though several attendants were standing around. Activities: The go-karts were fun (3/5), but we waited 15 minutes to start despite being the only group in line. The zip line was enjoyable but lacked instructions—there are “pit stops” where you need to run, and I injured my toe because no one explained this. The arcades were great, with games like DDR and claw machines. However, there were no attendants near the trampolines or jumping areas, so parents need to keep a close eye on their kids. Amenities: Lockers were frustrating—they malfunctioned, and staff had to manually open mine. Even the manager admitted the lockers are an ongoing issue. There was minimal seating in the food area unless you reserved a table or had a party room. Family bathrooms were a nice touch, and the main bathrooms were clean. Party rooms are a good size for groups. Food (3/5): Chicken wings were okay—make sure to ask for them fried hard. Overall, we had fun, but the experience would be much better with improved communication, better-trained staff, and more attention to detail. Rating: 3/5.
