I went to the ER today and the PA that assisted me today was asking all these questions, at the time I was really confused and weak and when my mom spoke up for me for the things I couldn’t remember, she just brushed my mom off and ignored everything my mom said and kept talking to me. That was super unprofessional and I did not like the fact that she didn’t listen to my mom about half of my symptoms and what I had from the previous visits.

Dr. Fiore...wonderful, great team, compassionate, caring, great bedside manner, nursing and xray team is also fabulous. Parking...we are told to use the west entrance by ER, but there is no patient parking. Parking appears to be for staff, as cars were covered with snow at 7:30 in the morning. If there is parking, you are parking as far away as possible from the entrance, quite a difficult walk for someone who is headed for pain mgmt. Employees should be required to park on outer edges and there should be assigned patient parking which is closer to the west entrance.

The nurses were so sweet and kind and the ER ran so efficiently. Was really impressed during my visit.

Joann B. - I hope you did NOT have a great day. Be nicer to the families that are checking in. Your complete lack of empathy working in a hospital is beyond me.

If I could give them a zero star I would. Staff was rude, unprofessional, and not empathetic at all. I had a family member rushed to the ER and they left them in the waiting room unattended. Would not recommend anyone to go here

I recommend avoiding the ER here because the staff often lack empathy and seem to be in a consistently bad mood, leading to poor treatment. As a Waukesha resident, I sincerely hope the department director takes action to address these issues, as there is an overwhelming amount of negative feedback from the community. We need a response from the ER director saying that something about this on-going issue.

Recently our elderly mother was cared for in 4D. Every person, every shift she interacted with was phenomenal, no exceptions. Family was with her most of the time and we witnessed the expertise, patience, kindness and responsiveness first hand. It could have been terrifying and it was actually a very positive experience. We are all grateful.

We had incredible care while we were in the ICU with my father after he had a massive heart attack. Every single nurse, doctor - anyone we encountered - was kind and respectful, and went out of their way to make sure that we were provided with the best care possible. We are so grateful to everyone there who helped my dad, Conrad Farner. God bless you all.

My husband had a procedure today with GI Associates at the hospital. His nurse, Todd, was thorough, efficient, kind, informative and had a way of melting the nerves away. Just an exceptional human being. My husband was so fortunate to have him as his care giver and GI Associates is just as fortunate!!!!

I would not send my worst enemy to gain healthcare at this system. Because of Obamacare ProHealth is not receiving the money they used to, so ProHealth is diagnosing people with Cancer so that they can pad the bill and add all kinds of unneccesary testing to patients who don't qualify for "free" services. I have never been unhealthy. I went in and immediately, without a biopsy, I had Dr. Dux come into my hospital room and declare I had cancer without a shadow of a doubt. I currently had Covid and a black mass in my right lung at the time. Dr. Dux, was not my doctor at the time, and just came into my hospital room declaring I had lung cancer infront of my daughter and husband. The doctors at ProHealth wouldn't treat me until after I had a lung biopsy to prove I didn't have cancer. And, of course this was delayed because I had Covid. And, because the biopsy was delayed, I continued to get sicker and sicker until I became sepsis, because they were convinced I had cancer. Well after the lung biopsy, I proved I didn't have cancer and then the doctors gave me heavy doses of antibiotic to get rid of whatever I had, which the doctor's never identified. Because the doctors waited so long to give me antibiotics, they had to dose me with the antibiotics all at once and damaged my kidneys. I walked out of the hospital after being admitted 3 times in 2022 with a bill for $130,000 to prove to the doctors I didn't have cancer. Worst medical experience in my life.

I want to thank the doctors and nurses that were absolutely EXCEPTIONAL in making our daughter Sophie feel so welcome and comfortable during her day surgery at Waukesha Memorial and they were also so accommodating to us parents. RNP Ann's patient care skills were outstanding and so were Kerri and Abby. We had informative visits from Dr. Sharma and Dr Hertner, Sophia's ENT that helped us stay reassured. Thank you all for being HEROS, dedicated and loving healthcare providers! :)

Nothing but terrible experience everytime I’ve been here. On Tuesday I brought my dad here after he was in a car accident. The Dr. was rude, barely listened, and didn’t even examine my father. For reference- his car was hit by another car, causing his to do a complete 360 spin. When asked what parts hurt, my dad said his leg and his neck, and that it all happened so fast. The dr just asked if he wanted an xray, and said, well I can tell you, your legs not broken….No shit Sherlock, nobody said that. Basically, this Dr just did not seem to care and wanted to brush him off and outta here. The nurse was very nice, she noticed my dad’s face was starting to bruise. She asked if he hit his head, he said he was unsure, maybe, it just happened so fast…well let’s fast forward….they did an xray and cr scan, took his blood pressure, and nothing else and never examined him at all, then sent us on our way. They never checked his eyes, never truly even looked him in the face. They treated him as if they couldnt care less. We had to go back to a different hospital the next day as he was showing signs of concussion. Which he did have, and this Dr actually took our concerns of my dads prior back injury and blood clots in his leg. We told the Dr at Waukesha memorial that as well and he was so unphased . It actually seemed like we were a bother to him. Cannot stress enough how terrible we were treated here. Absolutely would go anywhere else but here.
