Both of my kids see a doctor here. My oldest sees a psychiatrist here as well. But it’s impossible to get through to a receptionist. Sometimes I’ll be on hold from 30 minutes to an hour JUST to make an appointment or send a message to their doctor. I stopped in the office the other day to try and see what was going on with my sons medication since the doctor didn’t call me the week prior, and someone was at the desk for behavioral health, and someone was at the other desk for normal appointments. I’m just confused on why I can’t get through to someone on the phone. I shouldn’t have to come in person in order to speak to somebody.
Amazing place & doctors! very friendly staff\ front desk receptionist. I searched for so long for someone like Dr.Broach! he listens, he understands & he help. he allows me to feel normal again, he don't just throw medications at me to shut me up (and I talk a lot) he actual CARE! He checks in with me to reassure new & old medications are going great. You don't find many doctors around like SIXTEENTH STREET! FUN FACT: I have yet to meat him in person. Over the pass months I have only connect with him VIA VIDEO, PHONE & EMAIL.
My girlfriend is currently suffering because she doesn’t have her prescription. My girlfriend has contacted this office for the past 5 days and she STILL hasn’t gotten back to her. Even the pharmacist has left urgent messages, and this office has done absolutely nothing to help her. Each day that passes she grows more sick. NEVER go here for psychiatric services. They do not respond in a timely manner and do not care for their patients. We will be switching psychiatrists as soon as possible. This is unacceptable behavior from a “health” clinic.
The absolute worst place!! DO NOT GO!! I called one day prior to my appointment to make sure the office would accept my new insurance. I was asked the name of the company and assured yes. I asked if there was anything else needed to be done and I was not told I needed anything specific just the information. I come in the following day to my appointment and waiting for someone to check me in- where it takes five minutes for me to even be acknowledged. Then I’m told nobody is available and I need to check in at the other side of the office (the side for children, very irresponsible on their part). I get asked my name and am told I am checked in and good to go. I mention the insurance change and explain that I just turned 18 and my parents have moved away to a state 13 hours away, but did send me a photo of both sides of the insurance card (which holds the insurance information. I was not specifically told I needed the card for them to take a copy of). The [VERY rude] lady at the front then told me that she needed a copy of the card to take a photo copy of. So I told her I have the photos and I can send them to an office email or screenshot them and send them to wherever. This is when she quickly and snippily says “I am not giving you my email. You need to print the photos I can’t just look at them.” (All of this was in a rude tone as if I should have already known this, but once again I just turned 18 and this was my first time alone at a doctors office, you’d think the CHILDREN SIDE of the office would be kinder than any of the other staff). The conversation continued like this: Me: “Oh okay so you want me to hook up to an office printer and print them? You just can’t accept the email?” Front desk person: “NO! What I said was YOU need to print them.” Me: “I don’t understand how can I print them? I can’t go home I live an 30 minutes away, but with the current traffic 1 hour.” Front desk person: “YOU need to print them.” (In my head I’m wondering to myself if maybe she can suggest how I’m supposed to do that. There is nothing around that I would know of as I’m not from the area. Instead of being rude and growing to become obnoxious while also talking down to me she could have offered help). The person sitting next to her then joined in to tell me I was in the wrong when I continued to explain that I wasn’t understanding what was wrong with me sending the photo for her to print. My eyes were welling up with tears as I obviously need to go to the doctor to be seen and was being denied that even though I do have insurance. We were now 15 minutes past when my appointment was made (which was 8:00 AM, right when the office opens) and there was nothing I could do. I admitted defeat, said “okay then no thank you” and walked out of the office. I proceeded to cry hysterically in the parking lot for the next thirty minutes as I had no clue what to do. I most certainly will never be going back and I recommend that nobody EVER goes here for any reason. I’ve been going here for four years as it is where my parents old insurance was covered, and it has ALWAYS been a bad experience in some way, shape, or form. Today was enough for me and I hope will prevent others from ever stepping foot into the office.
please get a new receptionist!!! The one who answers for all four health clinics. She is a very rude woman and needs a different line of sevice! You should not be working in healthcare if u can’t be nice. In fact, especially the one your talking to about making new appointments! That’s the first impression. This lady hung up on me for telling her to have a better day that she’s having. Lord, save these people.
My mother requires a lot more attention and care and they are always so helpful with everything. The medical clinic provided me with top-notch treatment. I felt truly cared for and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking medical attention.
Dr. Jay Pludeman is excellent. Having not gone to a doctor in years I feel very comfortable to have him. The process for signing up with the clinic and getting an appointment wasn't too difficult. They were a month out on the first visit which was typical when I was shopping around with other providers.
As a disabled Man, tried "telemedicine" twice with My Dr. Here, never called for scheduled appointments TWICE, then the call center told Me My Dr. tried to blame ME saying I never answered the phone. Why the #$&@ would I NOT answer when trying to renew My prescription medication??!! Bounced around the call center for 45 minutes with this b.s.!! Get Your act together People!! These are OUR LIVES Y'ALL PLAYING WITH HERE!!
