The wife and I went to Merge for dinner tonight. Did small plates and wings. Pictured are the Umami Bombs (Fried mushrooms stuffed with beef, Korean BBQ sauce, and teriyaki and topped w/ spicy mayo), the Jalapeno Cheddar Pepper Jack Corn Dog, and Double Fried Wings in Sweet & Spicy Gochujang sauce. Also had drinks. I had a MKE Fresh, which was excellent, while Andrea had the Merge Old Fashioned which she found slightly watery. We aren't big drinkers, so this doesn't have much bearing on our overall review. Service was fast, food was amazing! We will definitely be back to try everything else on the menu!

Fried chicken was soggy and not crispy (see images). You can see that the edges of the breading are turning pale like when your skin is in water for too long. Pick-and-save chicken is crispier. Tteokbokki is bland and watery. You can tell that the sauce doesn’t even stick on to the rice cakes or noodles. 2-stars because the chicken doesn’t taste horrible, it just doesn’t taste anything like Korean fried chicken.

Went for dinner with a group of 6 on a Friday night and we were seated almost immediately. Just walking in, the space was clean and had a cool vibe to it. The server was polite and since it was our first time they made sure to throughly go through the menu. We ordered a some small plates to share with the table and had their Korean fried chicken wings. Everything we ordered came out with perfect timing. We had time to sit and enjoy our small plates before our entrees came out. We never felt rushed after dinner and when the check came the server was able to split our check 3 ways- which we asked to do right when we ordered to avoid messy check splitting at the end. Overall, it was a great experience dining and Merge and I can’t wait to go back again.

My sister wanted to check out this restaurant for her early birthday dinner. And after looking at the website and looking at pictures. I decided let's go, she really wanted to try the Korean wings and Soju. I'm glad we went because those Korean wings were so damn tasty. We got the sweet n spicy, buffalo and honey bbq and man I would get them again.. The tres chicken taquitos were yummy and I really enjoyed the banana milkies and the yogurt Soju. The inside is on the smaller side but it's super colorful, artsy with modern touches. I would go again when I'm in town.

We are in town for a concert and we’re trying to decide where to eat. We put some restaurant names in a bowl and picked. Merge was picked and it did not disappoint. I got a eastender for a cocktail. It’s Green grape Soju, yuzu marmalade, fresh lemon juice, agave and soda. It was a bit on the sour side but delicious. We got the loaded fries. This is seasoned Fries topped with grilled beef bulgogi, lime crema, sweet and spicy sauce. The fries were cooked perfectly. They were able to remain crunchy with the sweet and spicy sauce on them. That sweet and spicy sauce was amazing. Great flavor. We got the large wings. These were fried to perfection wings with soy garlic and more of that sweet spicy sauce. I couldn’t stop eating them. . Crunchy and flavorful. We also had the cheese corn dog and the jalapeño corn dog. Great flavor and great crunch. I also tried the beef bulgogi. Also extremely flavorful. The umami bombs had a great teriyaki and spicy mayonnaise sauce that complimented the Korean bbq sauce. The service was topnotch and the food was fun and delicious.

I have been a long time supporter for take out and dine in of Merge. I have actually never had any problems til yesterday. My sister and I ordered take out and I was very much disappointed. Our wings & drums had so much feathers on them! I know it is not easy cleaning chicken wings but at least remove the 🪶 feathers that can be seen. It was not very appealing/appetizing to see feathers on my wings. I ended up tossing out a good amount of wings because they had full on feathers on them.

SO GOOD. Everything was delicious and fast. I've been wanting to try a Korean cheese dog for a while and it did not disappoint.

Keep in mind, it’s bar food! The wings were good! I’d recommend getting more creative with flavors and dips because you have a good thing going there! The fries were okay, I wish I got the loaded ones to make a proper judgement. The drinks were extremely sweet and sugary. I feel like some more soju cocktail options that are less sweet would be amazing. Maybe some house-made yakult soju (please lol). I’d come back to try the tteokbokki. It was a slow week night, so it was staffed appropriately and service was as attentive as needed. There is a wings Wednesday discount I’d like to come back for too!

I went here during a busy Saturday night so there was only bar top seating available. The environment was so laid back and cool. I had always wanted to try a cheese corn dog and here I was able to experience it. It was really good! Only thing is I forgot to mention no mustard so I wasn't able to enjoy it to the fullest (personal preference and my fault) For sure want to bring my friends here, feels like a place you can get some good food and drinks and hang out with friends!

Super unique crispy breaded wings and a really great signature flavor throughout the menu. The flavor combination of sweet and savory and creamy and tangy hit every note to perfection. Their kimchi ranch is amazing! Atmosphere is low key yet colorful and creative. I'll keep coming back for these unique and cravable flavors. Pictured are cheese curds, beef Tequitos and sweet and spicy wings.

Was a very clean restaurant and pleasant experience. Waiter was right on it and willing to please the customers. I would recommend them to anyone.

Stopped in the other day for a quick bite and a drink and I have to say that I am not disappointed! The service was great and the atmosphere is phenomenal it made me feel super satisfied. I also want to recognize one of the bartenders I believe his name is Avery! He really made sure I was taken care of and he deserves recognition for the service he gave me. Super friendly, helpful and energetic! Will come back

Food was better than the service. Wonder if it's normal to serve a stew with no spoon. Only chopsticks. Asked for ranch. Didn't receive it until after the bill. No check up after food was dropped. Wanted water refilled the server put both cups in same hand. No way of knowing if I even got the same cup back. Server had zero to no knowledge about the menu. The quality of service is honestly why I won't return.

I ordered the Korean corn dog and steak fries. It was delicious! The cheese pull from the corn dog with that donut like dough, sugar, ketchup and mustard was THE BOMB, it did not disappoint. The sauce on the fries was amazing, the crisp and flavor of the fry was amazing. Definitely will be back!

This place is good for wings. But that’s about it. I got the tteokbokki and it was like eating table salt. The ingredients were heated from frozen produce found at the Chinese supermarkets. The rice cakes were not the long ones but the sliced up kind. There was nothing but cabbages in the dish. Not worth the price at all. Thoroughly disappointed. I would rather eat instant tteokbokki. Oh and the bulgogi fries. 💀💀💀💀 Pick and save fries with 3 shreds of meat on it. At least it was properly seasoned.

the food was decent.. the place was nice overall. Our server was absolutely terrible. Didn’t check in with us & the place was completely empty. He sat at the bar and was on his phone & talking with the bartender. Bro didn’t even give us silverware. I wouldn’t even have tipped if it were up to me. I’ll never come back. Was a first experience and will be my last.
