That was the best Chicago style pizza I’ve ever had. I ordered extra cheese and the pizza was baked perfect all the way the the center. It wasn’t doughy at all which is not easy to do with extra cheese. One of the servers even carried my pizza out to my car for me. Excellent service. I’ll be back for sure !!!!

We have been going to the Loves Park location since it opened. Almost once a week. They also have catered our work Christmas party for years. The last couple times the service has been so bad. For years the wait staff was the best in town. Not so much anymore more. The problem seems to be more the manager than the wait person. Great food but you need to get it to the table to enjoy it.

Very good Pizza. We had the meat lovers classic with double crust (similar to hand tossed). The crust looked hand pulled and shaped, with rolled edge for a thicker edge crust. Definitely recommend eating here.

I believe that the quality of any pizza, purchased at any restaurant, depends totally on the person making the pizza. The works pizza that we purchased last at Marciano's was excellent and one of one of the best I have ever had. I only wish every pizza ordered could be as good.

It was so good! We came from out of town and were staying nearby for a soccer tournament. The pizza was excellent and breadsticks were amazing! Would definitely order from them again! Five stars for sure!!

My favorite restaurant best pizza ever!! I have been going to this restaurant since they opened in 2006 and so thrilled to have had the opportunity to get delivery from them directly even through covid pandemic. The food is always delivered hot and as prompt as possible depending on day and time of ordering. Weekends get busy a hour time frame but sometimes sooner.

Love this place. Quaint little Italian restaurant with excellent food. Been there numerous times and have never had a bad meal. The pizza, lasagna and especially the chicken parmigiana are all my personal favorites. Good salads. Service is always good. Friday and Saturday evenings are usually busy and seating indoors is limited so beware but definitely worth it.

I cannot say enough how much I loved loved loved this dining experience! The atmosphere is so peaceful from the lighting to the music! Our server was very attentive and patient. And the food is to die for LITERALLY! The best food I have ever had. I ordered the chicken florentine and gosh let me say please try for yourself😁

We have been ordering pizza from Macianos for several years. Last night's order was typical of our past experiences: an easy, quick phone order from a courteous employee, a delivery within 45 minutes by a cheerful driver, and a hot pizza just as we ordered, and a cold dessert (tiramisu for two). This was our first order of tiramisu and it was delicious. Our experience confirmed our opinion that we need not bother ordering from anywhere else!

I was taken aback when the delivery guy left our pizza on the front porch in the cold and NEVER even bothered to ring the doorbell. We never requested contactless delivery and even if we did, the door bell should have been rung to notify us. We have been regular customer prior to this delivery and never had this experience. I called the restaurant and the response was less than favorable to make up for this incident

The pizza was amazing. My boys rated it as in the top three of the pizzas They have ever eaten. (and they have eaten a lot of pizza)! The online ordering was super easy. the cinnamon bread was yummy. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Came to eat between my son’s 2 soccer games. We told our server no less than 3 times we were in a hurry. They said “it was not a problem,” the said everything was “fast.” It took more than an hour to get the first dish. We were late to the tournament and had everything to go…. I do understand problems might happen, but it is not acceptable not to own the problem or do something to resolve them. Never coming back!

Another employee where I work gets Maciano’s pizza and treats before she goes home and it always smelled sooooooo good. This Sunday I took the plunge and was delighted with my 14” double dough pie with sausage, onion, green pepper and mushrooms. What a treat! I will certainly order again!

Always love the deep dish. We moved to TN and nobody has as good pizza for miles. Came to town last week and had to bring home a surprise deep dish for the hubby. Thanks again for accommodating me for my travels.

Best pizza in town, Best Breadsticks in America. We ordered delivery, food arrived hot and fresh. Driver was nice and very polite. Placed our order and estimated delivery time was about an hour, our food arrived well before and hour, THANK YOU maciano's, we appreciate everything about your restaurant and service.

We catered for an event in Roscoe, IL. The phone call to take my order was a great experience; descriptive of what items were included in the catering package we wanted, very smooth, and no missing details. The day of the party the delivery was right on time. The food was very good - even my Chicago family members said the Italian beef was some of the best they have had. We ordered for 25-30, had 22 guests and still have enough leftovers for my family of 5 for a couple days. I highly recommend Maciano's from this experience.

Pizza was excellent. Sausage actually had great flavor and green peppers and onions were slices. Crust I had was this and crispy. Nice quiet atmosphere. Soda though was week on flavor

We had our Dad’s funeral catered by Maciano’s. So I can’t really rate the atmosphere. Everything else was a 5 star plus! Excellent service, food, and value! Everyone who attended the funeral luncheon commented on how good everything thing was. The only down side was we had plenty of food and maybe could have ordered less. We will definitely be using Maciano’s again! 😊

Customer service is amazing, the guy that works the front is really nice. Food is disappointing. I originally left with tortellini for take out and all the sauce poured into the bag. I opened the pasta and the sauce was so thin and runny. They were nice about replacing it with a lasagna but the sauce was off as well. Maybe the cook is new? Every restaurant has their days and maybe this was a bad day idk.

I ordered food for a funeral luncheon and the staff was wonderful, delivery and set up was seamless and the food was plentiful and delicious!! Will use again in the future and would strongly recommend. Italian Beef sandwiches, meatballs and Italian sausages were fantastic. Guests really enjoyed. Thank you for taking the worry out of our stressful day.

I've dined in quite a few times since moving to the area about a year ago. Last nice was the 1st time we chose delivery. I ordered at 8:38 pm. My pie was delivered fresh and hot by 9:15 pm. I was shocked and it was made perfectly to our specifications. Classic sausage with spinach, crispy bacon and roasted garlic added. Also the delivery man was polite ,pleasant quick and kind! We will choose delivery more often

I have ordered from here several times the thin crust pizza.. Very good and tasty never disappointed. Cinnamon sticks and salads are also very good. One day soon I will ve trying deep dish and expect it to also not disappoint 😁 Moving to the area I was worried about finding a great pizza place I found it!!!! I ordered again got the chopped salad Delicious 😋 For pizza usually so pepperoni this time added garlic, spinach, and roasted red peppers thin crust; Highly recommend....

We stopped here with a craving for deep dish pizza. We got the sausage deep dish and it was unlike most I've had before. Instead of tomato sauce on top, they put large chunks of diced tomatoes... which I wasn't a big fan of. Also, they didn't put much of the sausage topping on the pizza. The service is good. They're busy, but they swing around all the tables to ask if anyone needs anything. I liked the atmosphere. It's a clean and cozy little place. Not sure if I'd come back again for the pizza, but it was a nice restaurant overall.

My family was in town for a baseball tournament and we stumbled upon this gem! The dishes were good size portions, came out quick & hot, staff was great and food was decently priced. Definitely enjoyed our time here.

Usual your pizza is really good. Unfortunately this time not so much. Very upsetting, and for the price of $56 for a 4 topping Medium thin crust pizza, small cheese, and appetizer chicken strips is absolutely Ridiculous. So many pizza places in town that are better in price and better pizza. Sad day. I will not recommend your place for pizza to anyone again!

I order an Italian beef sandwich w/ mozzarella cheese on garlic bread, wings. The wings were good and sandwich was too but it had an Italian sausage on it and no cheese, they messed my order up. But I ate it bcuz I was hungry and it was very tasty

My favorite Rockford-area pizza place! Food is terrific and you can’t go wrong with most of their dishes. For the price, you get a pretty hefty amount of food. Highly Recommend as your next pizza place to try!

my family and I have been coming here for years and it’s always delicious. We came back Into town recently and stopped by. We ordered pasta and my favorite, the breadsticks. The pasta had so so much flavor along with the sauce. Our food was hot and our server was so nice. The breadsticks are still my personal favorite, the coat of olive oil and garlic and Parmesan goes together so well. Then dipping it in the marinara sauce is the best.

The amount of food you get for the price is good but man was the food horrible which really was disappointing. The amount of oil in my red sauce (no meat) was beyond unenjoyable, they have really gone down hill since Covid with not any flavor. Definitely won’t be back anytime soon. I hope the other food or pizza they offer is still good. Stay clear from pastas, garlic bread or overcooked sausages.

When we are in the mood for a Chicago Style pizza, Maciano's is our local pizza of choice. Had not been here in a while but once again the pizza did not disappoint. Only one waitress was working, probably can't get help like every other restaurant in town, so the service was a bit slow but not unreasonably slow. Pizza is very subjective but if you haven't tried their Chicago pizza I recommend you give it a go.

Wow, this is hands down the BEST pizza and bread sticks I've ever had. The bread sticks are like nothing else. The property had wine available to purchase. The seating area had more of a fancy look than that of a typical pizza place. Very clean and modern. I'd come back over and over again if I lived in Illinois!

Great food! We ordered pizza, wings and a slice of chocolate cake. Delivery took way too long for a Friday night so I’ll be doing pick up next time.

Well just got my spaghetti and meatball dinner delivered to me. Must be "who cares" Friday because the tiny serving of pasta I got was swimming in the sauce. The meatballs were mushy. The delivery was fast. Do not want to order from there again. From reading the reviews I noticed that people who ordered dinners were disappointed .

We ordered a large pizza for dinner. It was ready for pick up within 30 minutes. It was still hot when we got home. Our pizza tasted great and made to order. We will definitely get pizza again from Macianos in the near future.

Called to have a couple pizzas delivered to the guys at a Discount Tire center. Girl that took the call was very pleasant. Let me pay ahead of time and add tip for the driver. It was delivered promptly to the guys working for lunch. No complaints from the guys whom devoured it.

Absolutely the best lasagna in the Rockford area. Their Caesar’s salad really rocks, too. Add to that a friendly and dedicated staff. What more can I say?

I ordered the spaghetti Bolognese, with Italian sausage. The sausage was awesome as well as the spaghetti. The bread is great too . My wife ordered the chicken Florentine and we got some chocolate cake. All was great! I hope they look into there meatballs though. I won’t order it cause I felt they don’t taste that great . Would be nice to order and toggle between the two. I am sure they could solve it. Guess they seem mushy and bland too me when I have had them in the past. Won’t stop me from ordering other things in the future but if you don’t tell the chef he won’t know.

Refused to deliver to me because I was "outside their delivery zone" (in NW machesney park, they've delivered to me before) I didnt realize pizza places dont drive more than 10 minutes anymore. They were happy to refer me to to Harrison location, which is literally twice as far. I've only been once but I wont be trying again.

The pizza was one of the best thin crust pizzas we have had in a while. On the other side of the coin, when we went to pick it up I went inside and they said it wasn’t quite ready yet and that they would bring it out. They never did. After about 15 min I went back in and there it was sitting nice and cold. No apologies either. Good pizza, bad service. That day anyway.
