Eric's has always been great except for today the sub I order and garlic bread was way to salty I mean way to salty and the pizza I order was wrong. I order a half sausage and onion and half sausage I got mushrooms instead.i called about it and they said sorry and that was it. I don't think Eric was there.

Darn good Pies! I love how people only write a review if they have an issue. We need to praise local businesses as this is a really good one! Quick delivery as well. I get it, sometimes people screw up. To say “they are usually great” and to only complain is wrong. Write good things when they impress!

My wife is a celiac, and when she found out Eric’s had gluten free crust, we decided to give them a try. When we walked in, Eric was behind the counter himself. Told him it was our first time and he offered a free appetizer right out of the gate. The mozzarella sticks we got were amazing. The pizza we ordered was also fantastic. Great homemade crust, both regular and gluten free. Definitely will travel back from Lake Mills to enjoy their pizza again.

Great pizza! Awesome crust good toppings(plenty of then) and I've picked up in store and ordered everytime it's hot and delicious. Wasn't a fan of the mozzarella sticks only cuz they are the wonton wrapped and I just don't like the wrap.

Pizza was made to order, I like the front counter fireplace touch. only negative thing I would have to say is I spoke to 2 people standing there talking about a pick up but they both looked at the 3rd person who was eating and she came out and took care of me.

The pizza was phenomenal. Definitely worth a visit. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. I even had a nice chat with the owner while I was waiting for my online order. I would recommend this to my best friend as well as my enemy lol. Leaps and bounds above pizza chains!

Best pizza in the area! Got the family combo, and it fed 4 adults and 2 yo.

We were disappointed, I had saw other amazing reviews so we thought we would try it. The breadsticks were burnt black on the bottom and on the edges and we ended up throwing them out. The boneless wings were good but the wrong favor we ordered honey BBQ and these were not. The cheesy garlic bread was wonderful and everyone wanted more. The pizza was alright we got a large sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, onion, and bacon. The hand tossed crust was burnt around the outside but It seemed a bit undercooked in the middle the favor was ok, but probably not a place I would return to. The couple of tables inside were dirty from previous diners and there were napkins on the floor.

Eric was manning the station , the calls were coming in, they've got a super efficient business the 15 minutes I was there for lunch. They've got a few tables outside with umbrellas, And inside as well. Couldn't get an updated picture of the menu... but the Italian bomber Sub was great!. They have a lot of different options, including gluten free pizza and sub bread as well. And veggie options. I usually don't get appetizers , but their boneless wings were excellent as well! Lots of options.

The staff there are super amazing! Their customer service is top class! They were super great to us. I have celiacs and we heard really great things about their pizza. We were on vacation and had no idea where we could eat and our hotel suggested this place. We got 2 medium 2 topping gluten free pizzas. It was $45 for the two pizzas. They tasted great! We got a ham and pineapple and the other pepperoni and sausage. It is a thin crust for gluten free. It tastes amazing and super fresh! Highly recommend you try this place if you have a chance.

Love this place! It's our go to place since moving to WI. Wings are decent and pizza is always perfect.

Disappointing experience. Delivery order over 20 minutes late without notification. Food was soggy. I understand being busy on a Saturday evening but poor customer service and below average food experience this time.

I have had multiple pizza interactions with Eric's. They never fail me!. I work in an industry that's driven by word of mouth... and live an area that almost Noone delivers to..... But Eric's does! I also have relatives that have been eating a full scale celiac diet for almost 20 years and also praise Eric's hand tossed for attention to detail and care in thier product. I hope the employees and management all see this review, as well as the future customers. Great pies, great service. 🍕

I went out of my way to try this place because a review said the gluten-free crust was amazing, but it is basically cardboard. One of the worst gf crusts I’ve tasted. (I’m sure the regular is great, but wanted to warn other Celiacs out there to not waste their time.)

Sub was custom and made to my liking. Came out fresh and hot. Better than the chain resturants.

I can't believe I have not written a review until now! Eric has high standards of quality for his ingredients. Everyone that comes to my house that want to order delivery always asks for his food. We always have a hard time deciding what to get because every thing we've had was wonderful! Pizzas and Subs are AMAZING!!!

Gave us the wrong pizza both times. Then it was cooked half way . Not a very nice guy very rude to us.

Had their meat lover's gluten free pizza. Very good! A bit pricey but worth it!

We love Eric's! Our favorite pizza in lake country, and great service too.

By far, Eric's has the best pizza in Oconomowoc. They use high quality fresh products for their meals. We call ahead by at least 1 hour as not to have to wait on busy nights. The restaurant is not large, but can seat approximately 20 people. They are tucked away in the strip mall between Piggly Wiggly and Robin's on Hwy P in Oconomowoc. I highly recommend trying their pizzas or sandwiches!

Sauce is run of the mill with no clear fresh tomato flavor. Pizza is massive with a simple crust. Crust a bit doughy, but to be fair we got par-baked which we heated 25 deg hotter and 10 mins longer than recommended. May be crisper in thier oven. Cheese is good quality, sausage and pepperoni both OK. Overall like most mass quantity pizzas but not worth the $$$$ price tag.

First timer, I had the Italian sub and I was pretty impressed. The ingredients tasted fresh and the sub was a very generous size. Total price for the sub chips and Gatorade was around $12. That's a tick high in my book but next time I will just get the sub for around $8, which seems in line with competitors and fair for the size. I would also like to try the pizza next time. They also seem a tick high in price but the taste and quality might offset that. I would recommend them and will be back.
