Totally unprofessional and disrespectful towards their clients I had an appointments for hair cut and colour, when i sat on the chair i was using my phone, barber without saying anything put the apron on top of my phone and me. When the hair colour was done, staff started looking at each other, that who was going to wash my hair, even after the wash chair was empty, staff was not washing my hair. Staff who washed my hair then asked another girl to dry my hair, that girl didn’t know how to simply dry hair. She was taking so much of time just to dry my hair as it would be done by a person who have never used a dryer. I literally have to stand up and ask them to dry my hair properly and then they quickly started Acting. Just unprofessional and never even apologised to waste my time. They take a lot of appointments but lazy staff to work upon it. For a 45 minutes job they wasted my 90 minutes. I wont advise anyone to visit them.

‼️Women Haircut Alert‼️ Do it at your own risk! Because you will lose the most precious gem - your hair. Anyone reading this review, please don’t ignore this. The staff is newbie (I tested them twice) and they project them to be highly experienced. A guy with a 15 years experience worked his hands off my hair to give me the worst haircut of my life right before the wedding. My story: So I had been to this salon twice. First experience wasn’t great but not as disastrous as this time - something I could still live with. Excited to go through new haircut before an overseas travel - my happiness was turned into a ’NIGHTMARE’. So while making a booking this time I clearly stated my reasons of disappointment last time and wanted a wonderful haircut this time. Khushi referred me to Rizwan considering my pain about last time . And I clearly told Rizwan that I had to grew my hair for 1 and half year before I go through a haircut so please sure it is an amazing one this time. Overconfident , he said yes. Don’t worry. You are in the right hands. Stupid I was to believe him. How unfortunate I have been to trust these guys again. I was seated upstairs and he was called by other staff twice in the middle of my haircut for another customer waiting downstairs. Lost vision, hair blinded this guy, lost track and rushed his hands across my hair. In rush, he just finished my haircut in 12 mins. I was surprised - thought he might be skilled enough. I went for a blow dry and left the salon soon after. Paid them $45 for a haircut and $30 for a blow dry that lasted for next 10 mins - and I called back is this how a blow dry is? They said come back we will do this again. I had a flight to catch the same evening and I didn’t went back. I revisited a salon for a check - one of the finest salons in Dubai at Hyatt Regency. And he mentioned - this is the lamest job he has seen on a women’s hair in his entire career. He took pics of the disastrous haircut I went through with Rizwan at Relief hair salon Truganina. After repeated chats, they blocked me on Facebook without resolution and here I share the exclusive pics of his disaster. See how even and unsymmetrical my hair is. He believes it is a U shape haircut. It is technically no shape haircut. Shame on you guys - this is how you address a complaint? I will see you people very soon at the salon.

I booked my appointment for 3:30pm. For my previous appointment I went exactly at my appointment time and they called me very late to do my haircut, I was waiting in the chair for so long and decided to go early to my next appointment and I went 15min earlier than my booking time. It was 3:50pm and i'm still sitting in the waiting chair for them to call me for my haircut, but there is no response from them. I do understand they are busy, but what is the purpose for making appointments? If they are not looking after appointments remove it from the website. I do not recommend this salon to any of the people, no proper management and totally waste of booking appointments.

Vishal was in a rush and messed up my haircut. He gave me a decent haircut the previous time but this last time, I realised he doesn't have any real knowledge of styling & doesn't put in the time & effort to make sure the finishing is done as asked. Well for $30 this is what you'd get. Won't be coming here again.

Today I went for mundan for my daughter, they did best job.i am surprised not a single tear or drama from my daughter happily sitting. This is the first time for her in any salon. She is 2 yr old. All staffs are helpful and good service.
