Great products from india. But extremely poor customer service (hoppers crossing). Store rep is too busy to even respond to customer property to provide an update on the order status ( unable to search even with Order number)

Nice store, nice stuff, best to look for sales in this store as it's a bit pricey but if you get a sale you'll be happy.

Such great service and good communication from ordering to pick up. Love the quality of Early Settler too.

Ordered a coffee table in May, said delivery would be late July. All good. Late July comes and goes without any update. I write to customer service and they say early Aug. Fine. In mid Aug I write to them again and ask what's up. They say end of Aug. We are now in September and they have just said mid September. All these updates are only after I have chased them, and they have not provided any other comfort or reassurance or empathy. Terrible terrible customer service will never buy anything from them again and let's see if this table ever arrives.

Cannot express enough how AMAZING the customer service is at this store. The sales representative (Brodie) has been a superstar every time we come into the store and has been sooo patient with us (we were very indecisive) and Brodie and other staff were always very helpful and friendly. I have never come across a team as helpful and as kind as these guys at the Hoppers Crossing store. Plus, amazing products (we love our new couch 😍) we definitely will be back to purchase some more stunning pieces!

I have waited over 4 months for my item after being told it was in stock originally. Received a text that it had arrived at the store - and I would be charged a storage fee if I didn’t pick it up this week. After 4 months of waiting. Do not buy.
