Kelly was great with our puppy and explaining all the little details and was very patient with us answered all the questions. Our visit was very pleasant and will be returning.

Staff are efficient and friendly. The vets themselves were magic with our puppy who is normally very hard to get to sit still for any length of time. They were also very accommodating with our requests. Highly recommended.

Dr. James is an amazing, caring Vet, who knows his stuff. The lady's on reception are proficient and personable. The team as a whole are welcoming and care about your animals, like they are their own..

Very caring vets and reception staff. We have brought all 4 of our cats and dogs in for check-ups and various surgeries. Can be expensive but all vets seem to be these days. Ask about specials for dental sometimes they have discounts on for those.

Very impressed with the service care and most importantly the price, Dr Tan prescribed my pet older dog antibiotics for a most probable cause being a throat and chest infection without having to do expensive x Ray's and so on. Thankyou again for your great service

I could not speak more highly of our experience here at Seaford Veterinary Hospital. We bought in our five year old, unwell pet chicken to cross the rainbow bridge and the staff were so amazing. Their compassion, professionalism and friendliness made our experience so much easier. On top of a fantastic price, we were offered footprints which I will frame. I called up and was able to get an appointment same day. I already suspected what was wrong with my cat and the vet did an examination and confirmed he has Colitis.The vet told me what to expect with his recovery and gave me the option of injection or pills as some cats struggle with pills. A few days later after treatment my cat is looking and acting like his normal self. I liked how we didn't have to do unnecessary tests but the vet did say we have that option if he didn't improve or got worse. I found the price very reasonable for an examination and treatment.

My dog loves coming here and is always treated special. My biggest worry is getting my pup back. She loves them and always wants to give them a cuddle.

Absolutely horrified. Dropped my pup off at 9am as requested. She was sedated hours before surgery was commenced. Asked the vet reason for this… was she anxious etc? No this is just routine practice for them apparently. Surgery was substantially delayed. Not even a phone call to let us know what was happening. Very distressing.

Vanessa is like a angel. she is the best veterinary nurse so compassionate and tremendously helpful Just a beautiful lady. She loves animals like their own and will go above and beyond to help. We are so gratefully grateful for her help. She deserves a raise. Thank you very much.

This team of people were amazing 💖 my cat Gizmo i had for 22 years was put to sleep yesterday. It was the most gut wrenching & horrible thing i had to do, but their compassion and understanding made it so much easier. It was great that the vet i spoke with a few days before that was so open and honest about it being the end of her life. As much as i didn't want to hear it, he told he to take her home for some tlc until her time. I can't thank them enough for helping me through that process as well as organising her cremation in a kind and gentle manner.

Can't thank the team enough. Sadly had to have our beloved, loyal old friend given the big sleep today. Our utmost respect for the compassion and understanding shown by all staff. We had a difficult dog who hated going to the vet and wish we had of taken our pooch to these guys from the start.

I have been using Seaford vets for a couple of years now. I find their team very caring and compassionate. Sadly we had our Boxer put to sleep last week but the team was very understanding and caring throughout everything. They are highly recommended.

The Veterinarians themselves are lovely and show a lot of love towards all our animals. However cannot say the same for one of the receptionists we’ve had to deal with. Their level of customer service skills are almost nonexistent. Last night I was questioned whether our dog has had obedience training when he is just an excited 6 month old pup in which they don’t have the capacity to control even on a leash. We found them quite rude on numerous occasions therefore I’m giving them 2 stars. Unless I directly see the interaction between them and my animals, how am I so sure they are treating them with respect and kindness if they can’t even treat me in a decent manner? If it wasn’t for the veterinarians themselves and most other staff I would leave this vet practice for another. The professionalism this person holds is appalling. Maybe consider a career change than belittling your customers

I am beyond disappointed by the actions of this veterinary clinic. As someone who has rescued a number of roaming dogs from the street, I am well aware of the typical process and this clinic certainly failed us at this time. To add salt to the wound, they do publically boast about taking in and caring for another stray/lost dog only a day ago and whilst I’m so glad that you were able to care for Bronyx I am terribly angry and disappointed that they did not extend the same care for my baby, rather they chose to send her straight to the local pound without a single phone call to me. My poor puppy who escaped our home today and a lovely kind Good Samaritan rescued her and took her to the closest vet (Seaford Vet). My beautiful girl has working microchip. I found out she was there from a community Facebook post and upon arriving to the clinic we were faced with lies and discrepancies. At no point did this clinic even attempt to call the details on my dogs microchip. They first claimed that the microchip didn’t work. Then they hid behind legislation entangling themselves further in their web of lies. I wonder, do they get a cut from sending pets to the pound? $300 dollars later and my beautiful girl is home, but the trauma inflicted and costs could have been so easily avoided should the clinic have shown a duty of care or compassion to at least attempt to contact me first. I am beyond disappointed. My baby girl has not left my side all afternoon, I hate to know how this is going to affect the behaviour of my 11month old puppy.

Avoid at all cost. I arrived just before the closing at 8pm to get my dogs checked out but got refused service because both ladies there wanted to go home. No compassion and if they are not willing to serve customers or help companions within their hours of opening, I'd suggest they review their hours of operation or perhaps a career change. As someone who works in retail, the hours are that, supermarkets don't refuse customers just because it's a few minutes before closing! Poor form and customer service.

So caring and compassionate today when my beautiful 18yr old cat Peaches had to be put to sleep. Thank you everyone at Seaford Vet ❤️😢

We tried a couple of other vets in the area before coming here several years ago. These guys have been compassionate and wise through some ups and downs. We trust them immensely with our furry family.

Like all Vets they're not cheap but they have first class vets with a huge amount of experience and they are very understanding in your vulnerable moments. Great staff and I have had 3 dogs now that have been taken care of there ...most recent was just yesterday. Great Vet practise with even better vets. Highly recommended.

This Vet has been nothing short of amazing the last 2-3 years with our German Shepherd. Which have been an emotional rollercoaster. Every single time we have gone in the compassion and care they have all given has been nothing short of amazing, special mentions to Tegan who has been there from the beginning, and has been so amazing. But our biggest thanks is to Vet Michelle Eads, she helped us get an extra few years out of our girl and was always honest with us. She took so much love and care towards our stubborn girl that we honestly couldn’t too asked for anyone better to take care of her. Would just like to also mention that on the day she passed Leah and all the ladies at Carrum Downs were also amazing too. Thank you for the beautiful flowers, we appreciate everything you have done over the years for us, even if it was just handing us a box of tissues. From one very thankful Richter Family.

Been going here for 5+ years for our cats and couldn't be more happy with the care they receive from the Seaford team who are always friendly and helpful. They don't rush you like other places and have provided advice over the phone when I'm unsure about my cat's health or behaviour. They go above and beyond for our fur babies :) Thanks team, keep doing your thing. 😍

I couldn't be happier with my experience there, I went there absolutely distraught and in shambles having to put my cat down and the staff were nothing but lovely and 100% professional with me. They showed me compassion and care the entire way and even wrapped my poor boy up in his blanket and put him back into his carrier for me once it was done. I couldn't thank them enough for the amazing job they did. Amazing staff, amazing care and amazing job they did couldnt recommend them more.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I wish I could this place NO STARS!!! Every single staff member was extremely unhelpful, condescending, and downright rude. The most egregious incident involved an attempt to charge my wife twice for the same medication for our dog. The audacity reached new heights when they defended the additional charge by claiming it was compensation for the time spent dispensing the medication. This explanation was not only ridiculous but also showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The staff told my wife verbatim, "it's compensation for my time having to stand here and dispense the medication." Besides the issue with prices, this 'Vet' seemed like they were NOTinterested in making customers happy and taking care of animals.
