Went there for vaccination with my kids yesterday and it was a shambles. They were not following booking order and some people were forced to wait 1 hour, whilst others pretty much walked straight in. Through the long period we were waiting the vaccination staff clearly just spent time chatting with each other and otherwise wasting time wandering around the office. At a time when 1 in 25 Victorian has the virus - more care should be taken to ensure that Children are not uneccesarily exposed to the virus by leaving them sitting in the waiting room for long periods of time. Appalled with this practice. Edited to include note to practice - you have requested I remove the review due to a named staff member - however my review did no such thing and the original text is still there. I don't appreciate the latent threat implied in your response. It may scare off some others from posting negative reviews of their factual experiences in your practice - however I shall not be so intimidated.

Some people couldn't wait that long and cancelled their appointment at the sense, I was worring about those precious vaccine will be wasted at the end of the day and kindly asked the reception girl that I have made an appointment for the booster jab one week late, can I replace those cancelled appointment as I was there already and some people cancelled their appointment, but the reception girl looked like didn't understand what I was saying and just said" No!" with a blank face expression. I hope they didn't waste any vaccine at that day!

This clinic has been a complete disappointment from the start. I went in for antenatal care for my pregnancy. Each appointment including follow up blood tests results have cost me $90. After being asked to refer my care onto Frankston hospital the doctor didn’t send it so I was told later in my pregnancy they didn’t have me in their system. I then had to see a different doctor at medical one for on going tests after some complications with my pregnancy he (dr Saha) was just awful. He started the phone consultation with the results the wrong way around and told me straight away that my pregnancy wasn’t viable (when it was) so obviously I was distressed from hearing this .. then after correcting himself he went on to be so so cold, absolutely no bedside manner or kindness. He refused to give me a referral for an ultrasound after hearing how scared and upset I was and continued to inform me of the statistics of how my pregnancy could end in miscarriage. (Not something you need to hear as an anxious mum to be) I left that phone call in tears. He didn’t say anything to reassure me and then told me to see my original doctor from now on who isn’t even there at the clinic right now. If you are seeking antenatal care this is not the clinic for you. The bedside manner is absolutely non existent and the doctors here could all do with a lesson in humanity for their patients. I have taken my care elsewhere now I and I will thankfully never give this clinic another penny.

Beyond terrible and can’t believe the hundreds I have spent at this practice to get literally no where ! Dr Psdi has refused for a second time to do a mental health plan .. due to not enough time .. after waiting over an hour for my appointment.. being told no no no over and over again . I will never be returning to this practice . It’s a shame because the girls at reception and even as far as pathology are fantastic.. but if you are looking for doctors to support your mental health , they simply do not have time to accomodate and assure patients… I had received an ECG , that started I had an irregular heart beat .. I was told I am fine and when I brought up comments on the ECG report , Dr Psdi snatched the paper out of my hand and states “ I can’t teach you how to read an ECG!!” You are fine !” Then continues to state it’s just an irregular heart beat .. that was half the reason I was seeing the doctor and to just be told your fine with no reason , then actually find out I do have an in regular beat .. I have been feeling skipping and fluttering in my chest for weeks now and I simply just need some reassurance after these results , due to suffering extreme anxiety . I will never return. I left without paying my invoice because I refuse to pay another $70-$120 for a consult where I am refused help and or time over serious matters like mental health! Do not and I preach DO NOT ! Go to this practice I was left speechless and in tears by the time I even got to my car! Extremely embarrassing due to the fact I have Psychiatrist appointments in 1 week that I need a referral and mental health plan for ..this is the 3 week in a row I have been told sorry not enough time for this .. come back another day ..but yet I’m still told to cough up money for the consultation with no help time and time & time again ! I was given wrong medication and wrong advice regarding birth control.. so many things I could go on forever. I will never return because I simply can’t afford to cough up so much money week in and week out to be told no sorry come back another day !! What a joke !! I matter and so does my mental health. Disgraceful.

Do not bother with getting a booster here wait has been well over an hour . Only one nurse on duty for boosters, this is typical for medical one planning. Also receptionists need to take lessons on manners, Morgan is a very rude person

Made an appointment for a booster. I am in my 70s, asthmatic and with other health conditions. When I got to the clinic, I waited for more than one hour and then I was told I could not have the booster because I had booked 12 days before the due date. Even when I asked for the decision to be reviewed, I was told they did not approve my request. Why did they keep my appointment instead of notifying me that they have decided not to give me the booster? To make matters worse, that was an extreme pollen day and I was risking an asthma flare up just to keep the appointment.

Medical One have a chain of medical facilities across Victoria, with this Frankston branch in a prime central location. They have an online booking system and ground level car parking which is super convenient. The GPs come from different nationalities and skill sets, and are constantly employing new faces over time. They have an in clinic small procedures room, as well as pathology nurse. With a pharmacy right next door, it's a one stop medical shop.

“Do no harm to myself” should be the oath sworn by these doctors. If you are in pain do not waste your time. In horrible acute pain I attended one of the practitioners bringing all relevant evidence of my diagnosis with me, he said “I don’t doubt that you are in pain but I don’t want to lose my licence” [so I’m not prescribing you anything]. I guess he took the view that it’s better for me to suffer mortally than for him to deal with bureaucracy. Found another doctor at a different practice and he too didn’t doubt that I was in pain and prescribed appropriate and safe relief. He didn’t lose his licence. Doctors need to start reading the case law of the Medical Board of Victoria or AAT. Horribly inefficient practice per previous experience. Avoid if you can. NB: I see that the “owner” has taken to attaching a request that people take down their reviews of this place for “naming” practitioners, when the reviews do no such thing. When practitioners are named in a positive light there is no such privacy protection requested. This is a bullying tactic. So, in case you are under any misapprehension that this is a sub-par, self interested practice the “owner” confirms its for you with this ridiculous intimidation tactic. PS Advice to the “owner”; please don’t try this with me.

Went here to attend the pathology service only. I didn't have a mask so they advised me I could have one but they would charge me. Fine, no problem, but then they said it was $2 per mask. I went next door to the chemist and bought 50 for $20. $0.40 cents each. Charging $2 is just plain profiteering off sick people, a 500% mark up (on retail prices) is ridiculous. I'm sure $0.40 per customer won't hurt your bottom-line seeing some of the other reviews about the charges for your services....

Medical one is the worst clinic that I have visited. Charge the patient 3 dollars for a mask by a lady called Wendi. When I went there to require a doctor certificate one week ago, they turned me down and asked me to go to find a new clinic and pay 20 dollars for that doctor certificate. The second time to go to that place. It is not because this place attracts me, but because there is a female doctor called Linlay, personally I think she is professional. So, I went to see her today, she was not there, then saw a male doctor. Got some pills for sleeping, and some cream for the hands and feet. They didn't ask for extra money when I was there. After I went home three hours later, they called me to charge an extra 90 dollars for their service! What kind of service did they provide? Only ordinary things! Never heard of providing simple and ordinary things need to be charged extra! When I refused, they threatened me they would not see me again. For God Sake, such a greedy, unprofessional place, I would not go there again. Strongly suggest avoiding such place. All I saw is about greed and unprofessionalism!

Would not recommend this place at all! My partner sat there for over an hour waiting for his appointment, then had to go up to the reception to ask why other people that came in after him were going in for their appointment before him. They also rejected him for his 3rd covid jab for no medical reason. Imagine waiting in a clinic for over an hour to then get told they won’t do it. This place is a shocking clinic. Please look at the following reviews by other people.

$133 for less than 20 minute appointment. Dr Rimi decided she would drag out the consultation so it was exactly 20 minutes on her watch. The appointment was less and I complained to reception. Talk about leaving a bitter taste in your mouth when your sick and vulnerable...it's all about money and ripping off your patients, charming. We won't be back.

The staff were friendly and attentive when we had our appointment. I've sometimes needed urgent appointments and the folks at Medical One - Frankston are often available. I'd recommend Dr Marat Grosman as a GP for anyone who needs a regular doctor. From how I saw him do things I got the impression he cares about his patients and cares about doing quality work.

Its a shame that Dr EL has left as I will be looking for another surgery after my last couple of visits. The new doctors I saw couldnt have been less welcoming. I felt like I was being admonished; I have social anxiety which can be seen on my history. This kind of arrogant behaviour is what stops people from going back to doctors Illness is not only a patient blame game but due to many factors and Dr EL was aware of this. She was friendly, something these other doc's certainly weren't. In fact, quite the opposite. The lovely ladies on reception are always lovely. Shame because my first review was five star and is included below. Dr EL should be knighted for her services to medicine! Empathetic, kind and reassuring. Edit;. In the interests of fairness the practice manager contacted me to try and resolve the issue. She was lovely. Very impressed by that.

This practice is a shambles, after paying for two long appointments with two different doctors because nobody told me that the first doctor I saw was leaving which meant I then had to repeat the same again with another doctor. As a new patient it would have been sensible to advise me. The receptionists mixed up two appointments. I’m The Doctor didn’t enter information into notes for consent to administer an injection. This caused me further inconvenience. The Nurse’s are totally ignorant and unhelpful to the point of rudeness. They left me waiting over thirty minutes before telling me she couldn’t do it my injection or do my assessment because she was too busy and couldn’t be bothered to be helpful and pleasant! She wasn’t busy at all and they were well aware that I was waiting. Receptionist tried her best to do the managers job, the manager wasn’t available and hasn’t had the courtesy to contact me since over the long list of complaints that the receptionist was aware of and asked to inform her about. The receptionist discussed personal and confidential details regarding my complaints and the appointment mix up’s with a waiting room full of patients within earshot. She also went into see the nurse whilst there was a patient in there and again discussed my personal and confidential health details with the nurse. I had blood tests but received no phone call prior to appointment regarding blood test results. There wasn’t any notification for either doctors appointment, two appointments have turned into four appointments being necessary. Needless to say I won’t be returning to waste anymore of my time and money. I have no confidence whatsoever in this practice it’s inefficient, unprofessional and incompetent.

Thank you to Frankston Medical One, and Dr Saha in particular for seeing me on short notice, and being so thorough. All the reception staff are professional, and friendly. Will definitely be making this clinic my regular one.

Me and my partner paid for travel consultations and had to strangely do them separately with two different doctors. We was then both given conflicting advice and after consulting with another travel doctor clinic we were told we had been given the wrong advice all together. Would not recommend coming here for travel advice or vaccines.

I had the pleasure of being welcomed by Laura and Jordyn this afternoon.. what spectacular service from the wonderful administration team.. I haven't been to see a doctor in such a long time and it was my first visit here.. its so easy to get caught up in how busy we are and forget to thank the tireless work of administration in doctors clinics... thanks for not making me feel stupid and fpr walking me thru everything I needed to do at a new clinic.. 10/10

They open at 8:00 am and received 10 minutes before to make sure I am a first person as I had to go to work. In my surprise the person try to avoid me and said could you wait for another staff to come at 8:30 am. And when I asked why she said I do for you as you are all over it and not understanding person. Unpolite and unfriendly staff, and I am not sure if she did my test right. Very unhappy and would never go back nor recommend them.

Lovely doctors here I like it, but very rude receptionist they told me to shut up and go somewhere else because they don't like that I'm telling the truth that they should provide the masks for people which they don't.. so I had to buy the masks from the chemist next door, which Am happy to wear a mask on.

Dr Chikere was rude to my daughter did not listen. had no empathy of pain from fall, you would think when your saying you can't breath deeply orsleep from pain he would subscribe some help. But no nothing. Would not recommend this doctor at all. Had to wait 4 hrs before could see another lovely doctor who did listen and gave her helpful advice and pain relief.

I called up here after seeing my gp as she recommended this as one practice for me to arrange my Pfizer vaccine. I am currently pregnant and was already anxious about having my vaccine done. when I called through on either Monday 2/8 or 9/8 (can't remember the exact date) I spoke to a lady who was so rude. I explained I had a referral from my gp to book in to get Pfizer due to being pregnant and she blatantly replied with 'god I hate these gps that think they can do whatever they like' I responded with 'excuse me?' she said, we are not just any practice where we will give out doses of Pfizer to anyone and just because your pregnant you dont actually qualify as per the DHS website to have it and will need to book elsewhere as we dont do it here for pregnant women. you lady, were disgusting and shouldn't be allowed to speak to the general public especially when you dont have your facts straight because, you are actually wrong and women who are pregnant are entitled to receive the Pfizer vaccine. thankfully I went elsewhere and had such a wonderful experience. if you want a good experience, dont go here as they clearly lack knowledge and respect or people.

Never again, came here for travel advice. Was extremely rushed, without proper consultation. My partner nearly received a vaccine that he had before that you are only meant to receive once (we were not aware, the doc didn't ask or make mention of that), I luckily questioned it as they had the needle pointed at him! The whole thing was a disturbing chambles. Let's hope noone dies from their negligence. The poor young receptionist seemed to be the only person there who had any idea what she was doing. We have to wait until Monday to hopefully receive refunds for variations we paid for that we shouldn't have been prescribed. 🤞

My elderly father, 90 attended a medical appointment at this Medical Centre. Dad had had a fall and needed his sore abdomen looked at. Dad lives at home and has daily visits by Community nurses who clean and dress his many skin wounds. When dad fell, he added a new wound to his arm. Medical 1 proceeded to insist that dad’s waterproof bandage be replaced. They replaced his large bandage and then charged dad $20 out of pocket for the pleasure!!! Patients should be informed of such a cost prior to doing this!! This was not done. Dad’s bandage was fine as it was, it didn’t require re dressing. Community Nurses had visited dad that morning, and were attending to his arm wounds. Beware of Medical 1 and their ‘up selling’. No pensioner should be charged $20 out of pocket for a service that was not requested or required. I’m very unhappy about this situation. ( Daughter)
