My boys absolutely loved Pretzel they had cheese pepperoni and Nutella They are made fresh and lots of options too. If you haven’t been you definitely have to check them out. The pretzels are absolutely delicious

Was checking reviews to see if I should visit, EXTREMELY disappointed to see that all the recent 5 star reviews are seemingly made by company employees/ duplicate accounts, reviews for all pretzel stores in both Melbourne and Perth being made simultaneously. Terrible to see this business using dishonest methods to LIE to customers and boost their online ratings.

Ive passed this shop every time I go to Westfield but never did try until I saw it on EatClub. Decided to try it out since there was a promotion on it. It was amazing, the Pretzel was soft and slightly crispy on the top and it being served freshly baked made such a big difference to the texture. Only feedback I can give is please provide fork and knife as not everyone likes using hands.

Love it here. They’ve always been consistently amazing. This time we tried there new flavours snickers and Malteaser and they have been the best yet!

Great place to kill time, if you are not rushing, waiting time can be 15 minutes or more for your order to be served. A good place to hang out and catch up with friends for long periods of chatting. Pretty laid back ambiance making it a social media feed worthy. Price is just right not so expensive not so cheap either.

Pretzel is located on the shopping centres rooftop, just outside the entrance to the restaurant and cinema complex area. It's interesting to see how the pink, brightly lit whole store has been built in what looks like a Transport Container, as used on trucks and ships. We wandered past here on the way back to our car after eating in one of the restaurants nearby and were lured in by the bright colours, the aromas of fresh baking and interesting decor. We tried 3 different pretzels, cinnamon, cinnamon glazed and a traditional salted. Staff were friendly, smiling and happy to explain the menu choices. You can watch your pretzel being made from the raw dough, cooked in the oven and on the spot dressed with whatever toppings you've selected. The pretzels are large, and especially the traditional salted had a delicious thin crisp crust and a soft chewy centre, piping hot from the oven. Loved it and will be back!

If you're a fan of pretzels, this is the place for you! Soft and chewy with just the right amount of salt. Plus, the dips and sauces are fantastic.

Sorry but your Pretzel person at Doncaster today needs an attitude adjustment. Rude!! I never post reviews but this person 2 pm was one of the most unacceptable I’ve come across. My daughter had a duck and was keen to try your product. She was told she’d have to wait 15mins cos they were busy ( 2 tables … it was empty) then went she took our order… begrudgingly. We were the only people at the counter for 30 mins!! It toov another 30 for her to get our pretzel. 1 hour over all. Don’t offer the duck. We won’t be back cos that was just such a negative experience. And I felt sorry for the poor person she was obviously supervising. Equally as rude and demeaning to her!!

UPDATE: The team contacted me and I gave them another go, seems the issues were resolved as this time it was speedy service with a good pretzel and even a lovely thank you note on the box. ORIGINAL: My pretzel was burnt on the bottom. I ordered online and didn’t realise until I got home. Very disappointed

This Pretzel store is a hidden gem! The pretzels are always fresh and delicious, and they have a great selection of toppings to choose from. I highly recommend trying the garlic parmesan pretzel - it's a flavor explosion in your mouth!

I recently visited the pretzel store and was blown away by their delicious and fresh pretzels. The store was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I mourned the demise of Pretzel World back in the day so I was delighted to discover the plainly named ‘Pretzel’ with pretzels that tasted anything but. The cookies and cream was pure indulgence and absolutely delicious. I utterly adored the pink decor also

My friend suggested we try Pretzel for dessert, and I cannot express how good it was! Literally hit the spot, and very aesthetically pleasing. Perfect for the gram. It’s located within Doncaster shopping centre and it’s this cute joint up top, definitely recommend trying it. Tho, for the peanut flavour make sure you absolutely love peanut butter before getting it. 😅

Super glad Pretzel opened a branch in Westfield Doncaster last year in November 2020. I've visited this branch 4 times so far and always soo enjoyable. These freshly baked to order pretzels are soo soo delicious and highly addictive! The size of the pretzel is almost like a meal. 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐲 🥨 Cheese and Garlic 🥨 The Lot 𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭 🥨 Cinnamon Glazed 🥨 Biscoff Crunch The Cheese and Garlic is so heavenly, it’s like eating garlic bread. Just need a little more garlic butter flavour and some melted cheese on top would be so perfect 😋! The Lot is like having a pizza🍕, flavoursome pepperoni, jalapeno & bacon with parmesan cheese. If the toppings were smaller size, then it be easier to enjoy all the flavours together in one bite. Love the Cinnamon Glazed with generous amount of cinnamon and loaded with yummy cream cheese 🧀 glaze! My ultimate favourite is Biscoff Crunch! The sauce, the crunch, the flavour! 🤤 soo delicious. Sweet treats paradise right here peeps ✌🏻!!

Really liked my first time here, prices were reasonable, pretzels were warm and delicious and service was amazing however my second time the prices had gone up (understandably as all businesses do) and the staff where more dismissive and my pretzel was cold. Overall this place is really good if you want a nice pretzel, it’s just a bit of a hit or miss sometimes.

Be warned - these are seriously addictive. Made to order so it can be a bit of a wait, especially if there’s already a queue, but it’s so worth it and you really must eat these straight away for maximum deliciousness. “The Lot” and Biscoff are my favourite but I’m still working my way through their whole menu!

Ridiculous wait time that to me wasn’t worth the wait, over 20min for 3 pretzels (there was one gentleman with his granddaughter that waited 25min for 1 pretzel!) and they weren’t even busy..to which we were told “we’re NOT a fast food place” err but you’re still take away! There were 3 people working and didn’t notice much of a production line going on to actually get on top of the wait time! Tables were unclean, fly screens open and it was super windy and heaters weren’t on. I Said to the waiter “you’re heaters aren’t on” to which he just looked at me blank without a care! I don’t generally complain but I find it absolutely unacceptable that these things were not even cared about when there are businesses out there fighting for your custom and this one couldn’t give 2 hoots! It wasn’t just us that thought this way there were other customers waiting and were shocked. The only reason we waited was because my kids really wanted a pretzel, and then to be disappointed because they were crunchy. Sorry guys but I feel the only way that you would’ve listened to a customer complaint is this way because your staff didn’t care when we had brought these issues up. Good luck for the future but we won’t be waiting for any more pretzels 🥨
