Just went in for a haircut after getting my haircut there for years. I had a different barber this time, but wanted the same haircut. I showed the barber pictures of a person with the same haircut like I usually do, but then they told me my hair already looked like that (even though it's been a few months since it looked like that), and asked questions about how I wanted it cut that showed she didn't realize what I was talking about at all. She asked if I wanted the haircut trimmed mid-forehead (unlike the picture) and if I wanted it tapered in the back (which could be a term that still describes the haircut if you mean just trimming up the back), but nothing implied a tapered down back or a fade. I asked her if she knew what I meant, even after the questions that showed she didn't, and she said, "I mean, I guess so" with attitude. Most haircuts I've gotten there were great, few alright, but I felt uncomfortable with a barber who was ready to cut my hair without knowing what I was talking about.

We brought our almost 2 year old for his first haircut and Paige was awesome! Super quick and such a good first experience. She even filled out a cute certificate for a keepsake. Will definitely be coming back :)

Had two decent haircuts here but the last time there will be my last time. They were a little aggressive with the clippers that day and within the first 30 seconds, half the hair on my head was gone. You could always go over it again if it's too long but you can't put hair back on someone's head. I guess I'll just be wearing a hat for the next month...

Heavy girl with dark hair, thick glasses and a mustache spent all of 7 minutes on my haircut. It was obvious she was either frustrated or in a hurry or both. I don’t know what you would call what I got but it wasn’t what I asked for. Scraped the $hit out of my neck with the neck trimmer like she was trying to hurt me, she wasn’t, but it was hard enough that it felt like it. Asked for a fade and got something resembling a high and tight. Hogged out my beard/sideburns with the clipper with no effort to blend with beard so I guess I’ll take care of that. It’s just hair and it grows back, but yikes. Will NOT go back.

Cathy is a fantastic stylist! Very friendly, amazing to talk with, and always nails the cut/ style perfectly! Highly recommend!

Great place when you can get in. I would say maybe 1 of 10 times a walk in is available. The girls there probably get yelled at a lot for that. We just shrug and leave, but it's super frustrating. 15 minutes after opening we were turned away today after I had checked the openings 10 minutes earlier and there were over 5 spots available. Please take "walk ins welcome" off your window; it's just not true. My boys do enjoy the service they receive there when we plan ahead to make an appointment.
