The place just opened up today and had a great experience. The burger was really good and so was the jalapeno poppers. I don't know how the server did it but she did a great job keeping up with everyone in the bar. Look forward to seeing what specials they will have in the future.

Burgers and deep fried appetizers. Good flavors, crispy apps. Friendly service. Good selection of beverages. For a country bar grill it's worth the stop. The current owners have taken down some of the offensive posters.

Nice place to stop while in the area! We didn't eat any food, just a beer each, and the 4 of us were happy with the service.

Have only stopped here a few times and each time is enjoyable. We always manage to meet new people either locals or people passing through. Met a couple that drove from Minoqua that found Derek's once before while just passing thank came back because the food, drinks and atmosphere was so nice. Truly a diamond in the rough💎

Honestly every time I go camping I stop by at Derek's for a drink and a meal. The food is better than a majority of the food I eat and they have beer. 10/10

The bartenders were very friendly The food was good had pizza and sweet potato fries.
