What a fun weekend place to escape to for R & R. Village has been very nicely constructed, if a history enthusiast you will love it. Lodge is beautiful and the rooms clean and comfortable, food at the barn is ok but definitely could be improved on. The greenery is beautiful as well. Not much else surrounds this complex, quite secluded here which is a part of the charm.

This seems like a nice place. It looks like there is a lot to do. We are only here for a night stay but there appears to me a lot of activities in a nice setting. Very nice pool. Would recommend if you have kids that enjoy pools.

The perfect location every year when our family gathers to attend the Fulton County Fair over Labor Day Weekend. Great rooms, comfortable and spacious.

My family and I have been staying here during vacations since it was first constructed… often in the Spring and Fall! It is the best hotel I ever stayed at… comfortable beds, fine furniture, and an entertainment center and other amenities that always satisfies. It’s quiet and clean—no cleaning aromas that you often have to tolerate in other hotels. The associates are very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team are exceptional. They really care about your comfort. The pool is great for the kids. It’s always super clean. Finally, the breakfast area is unique with a giant tree in the center and it makes you feel like you are in your own backyard! You will definitely enjoy your stay! We have, for many, many years! Erie wouldn’t have it any other way! Cheers!

Immaculate room, quiet, comfortable and not next to the interstate. Appealing pool and lovely grounds. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in the area!

I really enjoy the balcony and view from my room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The various meeting rooms are spacious and well lit. This was my 10th year staying here for the annual Harp Gathering, and it is always a great experience.

Nice place, only rented an event room for a family holiday party. We've had to move around but we've used Sauder twice now and I think it's our new place as we can bring in our own food for our traditional family pot luck. We really appreciate that, as outside food has been a sticking point for other hotels who want us to use them to cater the party. The potluck is what makes the gathering special, so thanks Sauder!

The rooms are impeccably clean. My means of measuring, the edges and corners. There is no accumulation of dirt because the staff must take extra time and effort. This is compared to major chains where dirt accumulation at the edges is evident because of a quick cleaning of the middle only. The furniture is not worn like I would see at hotel chains. My rate is $100 versus $160 at a nearby Hampton Inn. The breakfast area is spacious and the food is great.
