I have been having some issues with my throat that causes me to snore and wake up Doctor SANA MAZHER on the first visit only evaluated my mental health, second appointment cancels and no one left me a voice message. Which was a waste of time and a waste of money since I had to get off work early. Reschedule for two months later because that’s there only availability and now third time cancel without leaving a voicemail again. I would rethink choosing this clinic, very unprofessional.

This clinic is the worst in Milwaukee Wisconsin, nurses are rude and inconsiderate. The physicians are incompetent and uncaring. The "doctor " I saw refused to treat my condition choosing to send me to emergency room again.

I’ve been a client for over 10 years, it was a good clinic before but today 2023, they treat you like a number $$ all the doctors rush the appointment don’t listen and just rush to get to the next patient, I explained all my health problems and all doctors just look at you and ignore everything, I’ve tried to tell them what research I’ve done and still they discard everything, all they want us to see you again and refer you to another doctor within their ring, it’s annoying I w been struggling for 15+ years and yet every time I try to get medical help they ignore my cry for help. I’m officially changing doctors!!

Dr. MARCON and the walk-in clinic is about the worst medical professional I have ever dealt with. No follow through, condescending, very uncaring. Anybody who works at this clinic should be ashamed to work with her.

Mixed feelings about the clinic. The only reason why I still go is because of my daughter's pediatrician. He is amazing! I always dread calling. I'm on hold to speak to an operator typically for 30min to an hour. I have had referrals from the clinic sent to different locations and somehow the other clinic never receives the referrals. I work for another clinic and we also have this issue with receiving referrals from 16 st clinic. The staff is really nice though.

I've used the urgent care service and received vaccines from this location. The providers I saw made sure to take the time to answer all of my questions. The medical assistant who took my blood pressure and collected information was friendly and thorough. The front desk staff were friendly and ensured I didn't wait long to see a provider.

The doctors are good but the staff are so rude and disrespectful other races.

I went to the emergency room. The ladies in the front desk were really rude. Then the doctor didn’t have a solution for my condition never going there again.

This clinic is the worst, appointments keep getting canceled back to back from different doctors. Go somewhere else and save yourself headaches and pain. This clinic is the worst, they don't communicate well and cancel several appointments one after another, making me waste my time and causing pain. I recommend that you go to another place that works for the patients.
