This place is the best! I have been going there for the last 7 years for jewelry repairs. I recently purchased a ring from the pawn shop. Three diamonds were missing and the prongs were loose. At first I regret buying the ring, but I took it to Dr. gold and they fixed the HELL out of this ring. I was regretting making the purchase from the pawnshop but after they repaired it, it looked like a totally different ring. They charge VERY reasonable repair prices. The jewelry in Dr. Gold is to die for. If you need to repair your jewelry, take it to Dr. Gold. Again, the repair costs are very reasonable and they will clean and buff the hell out of your jewelry. My ring had scratches on the back and the jeweler buffed them clean away. Jeffrey helped me and he was very nice. These pics do no justice. I’m so in love

I I never leave reviews….but I cannot speak highly enough of this place. My sister in laws ring is from here and is why we tried it in the first place. A year ago my ring was purchased here. They go above and beyond for you. We just bought this bracelet and the service is just so amazing. They work with you on pricing too. They take care of you! As an added bonus, they do all the work there, so you don’t have to wait weeks to have your jewelry done. Plus, while they were cleaning the bracelet for me to take, they also took my ring from them, AND my husbands ring…he’s never had anything done to it in 10 years….and they re rhodium all of them complimentary. Dr. Gold is a lovely establishment! Allen and all staff are always extremely welcoming and friendly. I have been there to sell jewelry I have owned for several years, but no longer wear. The staff is always helpful, offers detailed information about my pieces and not bothered that I come to sell instead of purchase! Rebecca was extremely professional and accommodating with helping to design the ring, giving expert, thoughtful advice that helped make the ring turn into an unforgettable piece of jewelry with so much meaning, where form meets function. In fact, what would have simply been a sapphire turned into one of the most beautiful certified sapphires I've ever seen. They know their stuff at Dr. Gold, and the customer service is top tier!

I brought my stainless steel bracelet here to be repaired. Charged me way more than expected compared to other places. Customer service was also sub par. Mary wasn’t attentive to my concerns over my bracelet and couldn’t answer my questions on the process of repair. It would’ve been nice to have a suggestion to strengthen the other side of my bracelet. However, upon asking, they wanted to charge me wayy more. I went to JB Jewelers and they took care of me in such a nice and positive way that it was basically like nothing for them. If you’re looking for repairs here, go elsewhere. I only leave the extra stars because Lee was very awesome on the phone.

I came in to sell some gold chains (broken ones) and have a diamond pendant reset into a different setting. Lee helped me from the moment I walked in until I picked up my piece. My experience at Dr Gold was exceptional! They redesigned my low profile engagement ring to fit my wedding band and designed the band to match one I saw previously but couldn’t find. They also set my original engagement ring with CZ so I could wear it traveling. We have since returned to buy additional gifts for family members. I have worked with Lee, Amy, and Mary in the front and Keith in the design studio. They are all wonderful with excellent customer service. I am dreaming of some custom pieces and this is the only place I’ll consider taking my business. 5 stars!
