Ashley at the Killeen store was fantastic. We came with a wishlist and a small budget. She was very understanding and super helpful. Despite not being a huge sale for her, she was very attentative and got us to our goal! We are very grateful for wonderful customer service and can't wait to pick up the engraved bracelet when it is ready. Thank you so much!

I have been here a couple times and both times were greeted with kindness and professionalism! They never pressured me to spend more or look at things that cost more. They were very nice and even cleaned the stuff I purchased before I walked out the door. Very pleased with the kindness and prices! I will be going back for my daughter's birthday to get something!

I had a great experience in Paramount Jewelers in Killeen TX. Ms. Ashley and Ms. Madison did a wonderful job helping me choosing the ring and the bracelet. They were very professional , courteous and very knowledgeable about what they were selling. I’ll go back there and tell my friends too.

I just love this store. My husband purchased our wedding rings there and omg Aaron is the bomb. I go back every 3 months to have my ring cleaned. The customer service was amazing, the lady who helped me gave me a discount to make 2 watches that I liked into my exact budget of 300$. The reason I rated 1 star is because I found the real price of those 2 watches being 80$ each. So I paid 300$ for 160$ worth of watches. Would not recommend for the horrible price tags, but the customer service was great. The store definitely doesn’t deserve those workers.

Diana was great, funny, and relatable. She helped me with selection and the sizing of my watch. I appreciated her patience so much. I would encourage anyone to work with her if they visit the Killeen location.
