I’ve been shopping with DJ Bitzan for over 4 years and I truly love this place. It’s not just a store it’s my 2nd home and everyone makes me feel like family. The establishment is always very clean and welcoming and everyone greets you with a smile! I’ve gotten all types of jewelry from necklace, watches, rings and earrings and I have a ways left satisfied and happy! I would most definitely recommend this place to all people in search of some top quality jewelry. This was my recent purchase.

Went on to another Jewelry store in town and was told it would take 3-4 weeks to get my ring sized. I didn’t want to wait that long so I decided to check at D.J Bitzan. I’m sure glad I did was greeted by Darryl as I walked in and he immediately helped me. I told him that I needed my ring sized and needed it by next week. He brought back to the wonderful jeweler Travis and expressed how I needed it by next week. Travis said he could make that happen. I also had an appt that I needed to get to so Darryl got me on my way right away. To my surprise I was just notified that my ring is done. Not even 5hrs later!!! If I could leave more stars I would. Great customer service is hard to come by these days and I got a dbl whammy of it today at D.J Bitzan. Thank you Darryl and Travis!

Exceptional service. I didn’t realize my wedding diamond needed to be reset until I came in for a visit. Fortunately, Erin mentioned It to me and was able to quickly get it in for repair. I was told it might take up to two weeks and the turnaround time was quicker than expected! Super excited to have a back so quick, cleaned and looking brilliant again.

I walked into D.J. Bitzan, hoping to find the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend. However, I knew nothing about rings. I was happy to find that the D.J. Bitzan staff were all patient, kind, and professional. All I had to do was give a broad idea of what I wanted the ring to look like and where my budget was, and with that, Daryl helped me find the perfect ring. Daryl did a great job teaching me the variables to consider when buying a ring and was very patient in answering all my questions. I was happy to learn that they had a financing option for $0 down, no interest as long as paid within 12 months. My fiancée loved the ring. The ring was a half size too big, but Jacob did a great job resizing it all for free when we brought it in. I highly recommend D.J. Bitzan to anyone looking to get an engagement ring or any jewelry.

From the first moment we arrived at DJ Bitzen the door was opened for us and we were warmly welcomed. When asked if they could help us in some way I said that I had rings that had been my grandmother’s and mother’s and was looking into having a new ring customer designed for our 50th Anniversary. Patricia met us in a consultation room. I had no idea what to expect, how it all worked or even, really, what I wanted. With a lot of patience Patricia went over many options and sketched out designs. She listened to what we said and took into account the sentimentality of the vintage rings. It was a fun experience! I picked up my ring yesterday and I can truly say it is breathtaking!! Even though I had no idea what to expect in the beginning, my new ring is far more beautiful than I ever could have imagined!

Walked in to get my ring cleaned and inspected, was greeted kindly by Jamie. She helped us with everything we needed and then recommended we get my rings sautered together because of wear. We are from out of town and they sautered, cleaned and polished my ring within 2 hours. Travis was amazing and sautered the ring so quickly and did such a great job! Would recommend!

Aaron helped me pick out the perfect ring by showing me all of the options and choosing a select few based on what I knew she would like. From there we fine tuned the last few choices to pick the perfect setting. From there he helped me pick the diamond I knew would look perfect. She couldn’t be happier. The warranty and gift package were a huge surprise for her.

I've used DJ Bitzan on several occasions. One, to inspect and refurbish my wife's wedding ring. They made it look like new again after 6 years and even though it was a rather complex ring, the pricing of service was very reasonable. Second I brought some jewelry in for cleaning. They had it done in less than 4 hours and it was free! Most recently I brought in a watch that was from a deceased family member. It needed a new battery and a link taken out. I was expecting to wait a week or so for it to be done. I brought it in around noon and they had it done by 4:30pm that same day. There's a reason this place has 5 stars. Great service and excellent pricing.
