I went to McDonald's yesterday night and the person who served us was not smily at all. He don't like his job the way he was speaking and serving. This is managers job to make sure the customers go home happy. I live in Italy and the rule there is customer is always right and customer is king because your business will close down if you don't get no customers.

Whenever we go, we don't forget to order ice cream from McDonald's. It has become our tradition

McDonald franchise is a small branch situated near the river bank of chenab and at the site of tool collection on wazirabad by pass Road, is a small franchise for passer by, s motrest,s , along with their families to rest and have some usual mcdonald food for the rest of their journey, they offer nothing special as in their usual big cities branches.

Felt very disappointed after visiting this place.. thought that i wasted my time and money.. First of all very poor behave by the staff... no attention with customers and gossiping with each other... second a very casual behave with deals they never asked if it was to dine in or to carry... I requested to convert my drinks un pet as i was on bike but they never realized to consider it... I am a regular customer of KFC and they are much much better than them in evry aspect like food qualit and customer services... will never suggest anyone to visit this branch at all....

The place is simply the best for dine in! The staff is very good... Great ambiance... Overall it's exactly what you expect from a McDonald's 🤷‍♂️

I had loaded fries and a coffee. The fries were crust and had cheese and jalapenos on them, which made them taste awesome. Would not think twice about having them again

Visited this McDonald’s for the first time on my way back from a road trip and have to say it was one of the cleanest and nicest McDonald’s I’ve been to in Pakistan. The staff was welcoming and friendly! You could tell from the taste the food was fresh. This McDonald’s had sweet and sour sauce in stock which for some odd reason other branches I’ve visited did not. The washroom was clean too and did not smell! This is how every McDonald’s should be!

Food is fresh & taste good. But the staff is too much slow. They all staff is busy in gosip including manager. People are waiting their food. They were no headache. People are shouting for their foods. Very bad behaviour of staff.

burgers are served hot and fresh. nice place to break your journey from Lahore to Islamabad. washrooms were super clean and parking was free of hasle. Quiet and cozy ☺️ atmosphere. kids have dedicated area for playing. a point worth to recharge yourself before travelling further.

Nice and clean atmosphere comfortable sitting area main Road approach both side to the Islamabad Road and to the Lahore Road Good for visitors who visit River Chanab along with families. Also good for who travel Lahore to Islamabad or Islamabad to Lahore by GT Road.

1. Super slow service (took half an hour for 01 Chipotle wrap and a grand chicken spicy. It was 10:30 am, no rush, we were told it will take 07 minutes. ) 2. Order wasn't as per specifications (requested for the burger to be cut in half, which is actual option, it wasn't). 3. Ice cream/ shake machine broken 4. The food wasn't upto usual McDonald's standards or taste.

The name has lost its charm. We now try to avoid going to McD as much as we can. The lady member of the staff, for ordering at self ordering machine, was extremely nice and helpful so a 5 star for her.

This McDonald's has an outstanding location, just close to the Chenab River bridge on GT Road on the Wazirabad side. We have been there a few times and every time there has been a parking problem. There is enough parking space but is poorly managed. People do wrong parking and block spaces and the security guys present in the parking area do nothing about it. When we asked them to tell the customers who had done wrong parking to come out and remove their cars, they simply told us that they are also customers like us and we will have to wait. They need to understand that in Pakistan, all good restaurants manage their parking well and if they don't, people stop going there. As for the food, it's ok..... the typical McDonald's burgers and fast food. Though it's basically a self service restaurant but they do provide quite good serving facilities. Overall, it has always been good to be in this restaurant less the parking thing.
