I had one of the best doctor's visit to this Clove Dental centre. I had visited here for the first time and had a free assessment for orthodontics treatment. My appointment was already booked through an online website. I visited there in time and had to wait a bit before meeting with the doctor. The place is extremely hygienic and clean. It is a small clinic yet full efforts are given to keeping the place clean. When my turn came, I was led into the consultation room and I met with Dr. Motwani, who was also the Zonal Head. He was very friendly and made me comfortable right away. I was asked the required questions and was guided accordingly. Dr. Motwani is very knowledgeable and understood my requirements easily. He explained the procedure to me in detail and was diligent in checking up. Not only this, despite it being a free assessment, I was given the consultation with all the patience and time. I really liked the quality of service and the hygiene of this Clinic. Definitely recommend 👌

WARNING: DON'T FALL FOR REVIEWS. DON'T GET BRACES DONE BY NOMI. (Deserve zero star) Totally unprofessional team of kamla nagar who doesn't care about patient once they join there. I paid 55K for a treatment that costs 20-25k anywhere else. The only reason I joined clove is because of a good doctor who convinced me to get it there. It's been around a month I've informed dr. Nomi and the branch that two of my brackets are out and the wire is hanging open. But instead of providing solution there or somewhere in their many delhi branches, they just didn't care about it and i had to follow up to get an appointment after 5 days which she cancelled as she went for new year trip. After that, they again moved my appointment to sunday first week of jan 2024,and then the next Tuesday, then the second sunday, now again she got it postponed to God knows whenever she feels like doing the job she is getting paid for. "Paisa milgaya abb kaam kyu karu" this is their mentality. Listen, moneyis not an issue for us that's why we people join here hoping for flexibility and digital support. In my three visits here in kamla nagar branch, not a single time did sheasked what I'm expecting,what i want my teeth to look like.She'd do her work in 10 seconds and leave without talking to the patient. Is this what they teach at training? To treat patients like a robot? Enough, I'm changing my treatment to yamuna vihar centre now. I urge future potential clients to read this review and not get treatment from here and this pwrticular doctor.

I visited Clove Dental (Kamla Nagar) recently for getting RCT in one of my teeth, and I had a very pleasant experience with them. All the dentists here are super friendly in the sense that they explained each and every step of the procedure to me very calmly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. People fear visiting their dentists because of judgment, but I never had to face it with them. Their work is, of course, equally good as their temperament, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist near Kamla Nagar, Delhi.
