Don't sign up unless you don't plan on ever cancelling. Because even if you do cancel, they still charge you and don't tell you. Massage chairs are so worn out they just hurt more than the help. I went in store to cancel and the girl never told me I'd still be charged another month and when I called one of the workers said they could give me a refund and when the manager called me back he said no

It started off good until your employees started to Judge me the males in there all act different when they not around each other. It supposed to be a non judgement environment and they need to fix their attitude. They chose that job not me. And if it’s personal address it to me but don’t just talk behind my back and look at me weird. Because I’m happy with life

This gym overcharged my account twice they offered me free months in place of returning my money and then they still charged me this the whole reasons I canceled my membership with them years ago and I see they still at it thus time I quit for good planet fitness will overcharge you so you better keep checking your bank statements. planet fitness in austintown

Kicked out because i cancled said i owed 189 because of payments not coming out ask for a print out of when it didnt come out to match to my bank statement manger came over said wipe it clean u just cant have another membership ALL because i wanted prof of the months they say i didnt pay

Not as bad as I originally imagined, they have all the equipment I need. ( This may vary location to location). Lights aren't too bright, machine are good shape, place is clean. My only complaint would be no built in locks on the lockers. Other than that pretty good. 👍👍👍👍

I have a black card membership and my guest who has always gone with me and used the massage chairs was declined since "she's a guest" according to the blond girl upfront. but we have used the chairs many times befor. There are no posted rules otherwise. I would appreciate it if a manager or genarel manager would reply to this

Restroom is dirty and most paper towels are empty always sign up for the tanning and never get in or the bed isn't clean while everyone is just hanging out at the desk

Amazing place and workers. About 6 months ago i wanted to start working out, i decided to come to my local planetfitness… this was the best decision i have ever made. The workers were immediately nice to me and very welcoming. Even though i asked so many questions on how to use certain machines and what membership would be best for me, they were always helpful. If it wasn’t for the workers here, i wouldn’t have the motivation to come everyday, i feel as if the workers are my friends and they make my experience so enjoyable. I usually come during evening hours so I do not know the names of everyone, but Damien, Zack, Chad, Haleigh, Jacob, Javion, Megan, Chris, Chandler, and even the GM Carl and AM Dillion are so nice. 10/10 recommend coming to this planetfitness, you will never feel that you don’t belong.

Probably my favorite PF. It's hardly ever busy when I come. The staff is friendly and seems like a pretty clean place. There's inky 2 things I'd say bad about this gym. Which is its kinda small and I wish there were more ab machines.

Had a funny moth ball smell but otherwise it is a fairly large PF with double machines of most items.

The staff all seem to be competent and friendly, but Carl really makes a difference. I've never seen a dirty locker room or bathroom when Carl is working, and the paper towel dispensers are always full. This guy is a keeper.

Great gym with all the equipment I need to meet my fitness goals! Great staff, always making one feel welcomed regardless of what you look like. This place is also very clean and offers the right atmosphere to workout.

The best manager austintown location was let go today . Damian Z. was friendly with everyone! Everything ran smoothly and his coworkers loved him . I’m not family or a coworker but a regular paying customer and Damian made the place feel like home ! Such a shame your district manager made such a stupid mistake. What a disappointment, been a member for years first at the alliance ohio location then austintown location. Damian you will be missed!

Not enough equipment, on a Saturday this one still seems packed, get a new location that's actually got room to move around in

Not 5 stars because I don't have any previous experience anywhere else to compare it to…. But my new member orientation today went very very well the new trainer is very knowledgeable and very informative I learned a lot and I'll definitely be going 2 or 3 or 4 times a week. Very clean, not too crowded.

I love how I always see staff members cleaning on and around equipment! Not all gyms care about their members but i enjoy coming here and people are more willingly to help each other than at the YMCA. I appreciate all the lovely staff members! Thank you!

I called up here because I was locked out a half an hour before close at the Niles location and they refused to let me in when I was knocking on the glass so they hang up on me. I called back they hang up again on me so I call back this time option 2 is no longer available to speak to somebody. So they somehow changed the menu but this is a judgment free place that welcomes all their customers and members remember.

Very clean facility. Staff is super nice and helpful. My sister and I will continue to keep coming here.

Most people are familiar with Planet Fitness, but it's been 20 years since I've been in the gym, and I felt comfortable while trying to get back in shape...well, a good shape!

Planet fitness is great for entry level fitness! Very clean and updated!

Absolutely stunning gym! Clean and the staff is very friendly! More than enough equipment for everyone! People that go here are also very friendly! HOWEVER... they are only open till 7 pm on the weekends... Makes it impossible to workout unless I go before work. I hate that. I mean at least be open til 9 or 10 on Saturday!!! Something!

Every time you ask to use the massage chair suddenly it’s broken paying to much for a membership next time you’re ll ask for a tanning session to see if that’s also broke

Great place and clean. I tend to go to the on in Boardman more now that they moved, but the Austintown one is still a good option.

It's a great atmosphere and the people really make you feel like you belong!!!!
