Placed an order on the mobile app because it says it will be open until 1:00 AM. They changed us when we got there it was closed. We had called all day and they would say the manager was not in. When we went she said to contact the app that the store hours were reflected on the app. Which is not true at all. Google has one set of hours and than the window and the app has another. No one has contacted us to help us out at all.

I did not order any food n friend bought Me a Coffee. Restaurant was Clean n little Crowded but when leaving seemed More Crowded. So Must Be a good Well Liked Fast Food Restaurant.

Good burgers but a little expensive, with the box you’ll have enough to get full, also the chocolate brownies are delicious 😋

I asked for more ice and he says we are limited on ice but I hear the machine dropping ice plus he even said they were buying bagged ice . SMH

It's ashame that the restaurant manager and employees do not take more pride in keeping the place clean. The soda was warm , no ice in dispenser, a/c was out and the smell was over powering. Although I cannot place all rhe blame on the employees. Public officials should really do something about the amount of homeless people in that area. Love Jack in the box ,but the location really needs some TLC.

Food was fine, service friendly, just to much clutter of cars all around making it hard to get in or leave.

The owner GM of this place needs to immediately fire the white haired woman working the drive thru Friday May 12, 2023 morning. She was asked to speak in English and did at first, but when I asked her to please put the drinks in cup carrier and food in a bag because it was an Uber Eats order she decided to not only get completely nasty and disrespectful she decided to say she didn't speak English. So I asked in Spanish why she didn't speak English and she said because she was from Mexico. I told her "but you are working in Laredo, Texas" to which she responded people in Laredo were Mexican not gringos. Restaurants especially fast food ones in Laredo either need to hire bilingual employees who speak both or else start hiring Laredoans and not paying less money for employees from Mexico. This GM/Manager needs to contact me asap. Discrimination is illegal period.

We had ordered a oreo shake through the jack In the box app, to our surprise they had no more oreo shakes when we arrived. The employee at the window offered to replace it with fries, instead I asked for my order to be cancelled. They then responded saying I had to cancel through the app after speaking with the manager. I was surprised when I realized none of the employees knew how to use the app. Not even the manager pavi who was super unethical and rude when speaking through the phone, because she was not even in her own store they told us we won’t be able to speak to her in person cause she won’t be in the store all week. After seeing that the order on the app was no longer and in progress and said completed I asked if we could just get a refund and she responded no money would leave her store because no money came in her store. She was not helpful at all only giving me a 1(800) number and repeatedly saying there was nothing she could do because it was our error.

Close to where I live although there are other locations and quick service.

Something is always missing in my order, I don't understand why they wouldn't double check to make sure orders are correct. Very disappointed

This place is so good! I love the hamburguers and the fries are top. This place has a parking lot and many tables to have your meals there. The attention was great and I got served quickly. Nothing to complain here, I had a great meal and breakfast, everything was tasty.

Food and service is absolutely great and fresh! Don't really eat there much but when I do it's great! Used to call it "Jack in the crack" as a kid but it definitely lives up to a better name!

The food is great and quick service, but the drinks fountain didn't have coke available at the time and also a lot of the tables were dirty.

Very insecure many druggies asking for money no lighting too dark food wise it's somewhat ok only thing the night shift people burnt my buns and gave me cold fries bit other than that I don't recommend coming here at night

I came to jack in the box. The worker that’s here said that they were closed I looked up this restaurant on google and it said 0100 it closes. She said well they never changed the times on google. So I asked her what about the time on the window it says 12.. she said will were closed? It was 1130 when I pulled up up to this restaurant. Either jacks employees are lazy to work or jack is slacking on communication with times with the staff.. i have worked for this company for 6 years and never encountered this problem.. smh not only I’m confused on the times this restuarant opens but she was also telling me to go all the way to zapata. Wow I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here nor to work in environment like that..

The staff very friendly and nice. The place very clean and the food so delicious

Food was good, reasonably priced. Place was clean. Only down side was personal amd that was the sweet tea. Im not a fan of lemon tea and the sweet tea tastes like a brisk sweet tea with lemon. Overall would return for a quick lunch

Stop To Eat Breakfast On A Holiday Weekend (Sunday July 3) They we’re short staffed and still got my order in less than 5 minutes freshly made. The cashier (Jesus) gave us excellent service and was really friendly! I do recommend this jack in the box 100%

Wish we had this bad boy in the northern states too. Delicious burgers, tacos and breakfast! So good. This is another much have while we are down south! I have never had a bad meal at any Jack in the boxes EVER. That says a lot. Great food, service and prices. Please open one closer to home.
