This honestly would have been 4 stars if it weren't for the predatory corporate tactics used on tenets. The staff is kind and efficient, the area is beautiful, and maintenance is super prompt. I truly enjoy living here. Monarch Investments is who this rating is really for. They recently informed tenets that there would be a price increase and gave an incentive to sign a new lease 3 months early. If we did, then our rent would only increase by $120! The price would continue to climb every 30 days until our lease expired. This was coupled with a contract agreement that leaving early would be extremely expensive. Many places are looking to fill rentals asap and are not as cooperative when I've told them our lease ends in approx. 3 months, so we're backed into a corner or risking a massive price increase if we want to stay or maybe not having an ideal place to move if we wait. This comes from corporate and in no way a reflection of the complex itself. I know there is little they can do to help, even though they seem like they sincerely want to. Monarch Investments is just another greedy corporation that is fine with tenet turnover as long as they get their money.

Been residing here for almost a year now. A peaceful and spacious community. Lovely surroundings. Well maintained. Even during winter their crew would clear the road early in the morning, probably to assist those getting to workplace. Rent is reasonable. Their units are made of good materials relative to other apartments with almost the same amount of monthly rent we viewed before moving in here. Leasing office staff are pretty much responsive to our concerns. This lovely place is highly recommendable. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I have been living here for over a year and overall I have been impressed with everything about Heritage Estates from the apartment to the management to the community to the maintenance crew, First, I will talk about the actual apartment, which is small but ABSOLUTELY worth it for the price. My fiancé and I have moved around the country a lot with work and we are extremely happy with the space vs cost of this place. We moved into our apartment and they had just installed new appliances. The washer and dryer are small compared to your average washers but they do a great job with our clothes and are HE. We bought a king size bed which we were easily able to put in the bedroom with both of us having a night stand and dressers, plus extra room to walk around and get ready. Not a ton of storage around the apartment itself but there is a walk in closet. Second, the maintenance crew are the real MVPs. We have had the usual bumps and bruises happen within our apartment, and after submitting a claim online, the maintenance guys come the very next day and at the very least they take a look at the problem and tell you what's going on. We have asked them to do everything from snake our shower drain, replace our microwave that shorted out, and fix a cabinet, mirror, blinds, and AC/Heat. All of this they did in the middle of the pandemic and were even courteous enough to avoid times when I was teaching class from home. Finally, I will talk about the community as a whole which is very welcoming. On any given sunny day, you will see lots of people walking around the streets with their dogs (and you might even meet Sunny the Cat). The front office puts on lots of contests and has decent prizes for the winners (halloween contest gave away a PS4). The two dog parks within the complex are decent sizes for their purpose and are properly managed and mowed. The playground seems to always have some kids running around and playing on it. The basketball court and blacktop area are usually occupied with pick up games or young ones playing street hockey or hopscotch. During the summer, they have full landscaping crews come and take care of the complex and keep it looking green.

Brittney and Abby are the best. They are super attentive and willing to help with anything you need. They truly go above and beyond their job responsibilities. They were willing to literally lay on the ground and reach into the storm drain to help us retrieve our lost items. Thankful that I chose such a great place to live with such awesome staff!

Been living here for the past three years. Any time I need a work order fulfilled they are VERY prompt. Making contact with in 1 to 2 days if non emergency and fixing the issue within a week or 2 weeks if a part needs to be shipped in. Recently I called to get some expired and faulty smoke detectors replaced and I got it fixed within 3 hours! Great staff who are always happy to help whenever I talk to them!

My husband and I really enjoyed living at Heritage Estates over the last 5 yrs and if it weren't for the fact that we obtained jobs out of state, would likely still be there. The apt units are very nice and the community grounds are well maintained. The management team is very responsive to the needs of the tenants and will go above and beyond even when you move out. For example, our leasing manager Kirsten was incredibly understanding to our unique moving ordeal and a kept an eye out for my vehicle a few days after we vacated. This crew is a class act and any prospective renter will be happy that they rented w/ them.

So many great things! Property is well kept and looks beautiful. Quick maintenance and the office is always sure to take good care of you. Quiet community and very safe. Loved living here!

My husband and I were looking to sell our home of 40 years and find a simpler lifestyle and we succeeded in doing this when we moved to Heritage Estates. I spent a full day looking at apartment complexes in this area (at least 12) and Heritage Estates stood out as feeling like home. We are so happy with our choice. Any maintenance issue has been fixed within 24 hours. The complex area is very well maintained. Our dog loves it here as well. He loves to go to one of the two dog parks to play or just sniff all the interesting smells. I feel we made the right choice with Heritage Estates and would recommend this complex to those looking for a safe, clean place to live.
