My girl used their services and it got to the point that even I, who has no idea about cosmetics, noticed that her eyebrows were bad. The first thing I noticed was that they were too close together. It was looking unnatural. Second thing I noticed was the eyebrows were too dark. I new that was way too unnatural. The third thing I noticed were red spots on the skin below the eyebrows, which I found out to be burns from some product they use. In conclusion, I am not paying this salon to do her beauty stuff anymore. Good luck everyone.

Hello. Based on the owner's responses to negative feedback from her clients, I absolutely won't never come! I read 1st, 2nd negative review, and thought, "ok, just give her a chance to acknowledge her customer's valid concerns and respond accordingly!" But looking at how many years apart the negative reviews were made to current, her responses are the same, harsh and defending her "business credentials," rather than acknowledging her clients sincere concerns! Can't force someone to take into consideration their poor customer service skills! If she hasn't learned after 7+ years, she frankly just don't care!!!! now ⌚ watch her respond negatively harsh, and crude to my review! start the ⏰

I had a great experience. My eyebrows look amazing. I’ve been searching for a new threader for months and I think I found the place for me. She was very informative and told me things about my brows no other threader or waxer took the time to tell me. She did an excellent job I will be returning.

I’ve been going to her for YEARS. When she first started out in the mall. I never leave there unsatisfied. I do a brow thread and tint every time and I always get compliments on my brows.

OMG!! This is the only way I can start this review. I am AMAZED with how amazing my eyebrows came out. I got them threaded, laminated and tinted. What a huge difference. I can’t stop looking at them. I will never go anywhere else. I’m so happy I found this salon. 💕💕

I can start by saying please don’t let these negative comments fool you!!! The owner is nothing like what these comments are saying! I did micro blading with her and she was phenomenal from start to finish! Prior to appointment she texted me informing about the service and she really cared about me getting the best results and not just after money. She answered every question and not once had an attitude! When I got to my appointment she was very welcoming and she took her time! She didn’t rush and she really cares about her work! I would recommend her to anyone! And on top of that the work is 🔥🔥🔥🔥

My experience at Ooh La La was different than any that I have had before. The owner made me feel welcomed and comfortable . The threading, tinting, and brow lamination was superb. I will be returning, and I recommend their services to anyone in need of trustworthy brow services.
