Awesome!! Staff is friendly. Food is da bomb. Coffee is great. Time takes between order and getting food is 10 minutes or less.

It's ashame this place is so awfully managed that it takes away from some of the best food around. Management is running this place into the ground. No seating, store is filthy, waiting seats are destroyed, and with the 55 employees they have working they're still slow as snails. It won't be long until the doors are shut for good on this place. Bread Co down the road had a full parking lot and seating available for their customers. Imagine that!

We ordered and it took about 15 minutes to get our food, which is much longer than it usually takes. When we did get it, it was cold. Additionally, they were out of stock of most bagels (still early in the morning) so we had to substitute. When we did get our bagels, they (rather rudely) asked us to eat outside in the cold. Rather unimpressed.

This is my go to in the mornings, but not anymore. Twice I've gotten a bagel with just butter. First one was just slathered so much I couldn't eat it or touch it. Went in the other day got a bagel requested a small amount of butter, and once again couldn't eat out. It was so saturated it was dripping. Was with my boss, we told them about. They have my boss a free bagel! SMH made my decision easy to not go back.

Not happy today. I've been here numerous times and always left happy. Today i got there and specifically told the lady at the counter 3 times I needed all 19 bagels sliced. After driving almost 3 hours home I find out NONE of them was sliced. I can't imagine after stressing and repeating many times thatvI needed them sliced she would do that. If I lived in St Louis or closer i would have brought them back. 🙄

Canteen of coffee is $22 and a box of 6 bagels with one tub $11.99. Bagels and coffee were fresh and delish. Try the spinach florentine bagel.

The Nova Lox is my favorite! Like all things, prices are rising but I still splurge on my favorite bagels every once in a while.

This has become my favorite place. I recommend the chorizo sunrise and the vanilla latte. The people working here are delightful. The atmosphere is comfortable. Enjoy!
