    If they had zero stars this JB would get it. Rude employees (most of the time) occasionally just closed when they feel like it around 11a to 1pm. Or excuses why they won't make something. Online orders only sometimes jamming up drive thru. This is the Jack in the Box on S Grand amd Bates. NOT the one at 4201 S Kingshighway! That one always has good service and food.

    Hi guys! It was my first time here and I ordered the Stacked Grilled Cheeseburger Munchie Meal. You cannot order this until 9pm because it is considered a late night snack. The meal came with a burger, fries, two tacos, and a drink for $6. The cheeseburger, fries, and drink were great. However, the tacos were not edible :(. They were probably made in the morning? Other than that, the food was great! The line moved very quickly and the staff were pleasant.

    Past 2 times we've tried to go here they've been "offline" and not making food. Update: after a few months I decided to give it another go today. But today it was that they're "terribly short staffed and not serving any breakfast food." Update 8/20: it's been a month or two and I thought I might give them the benefit of the doubt. But apparently they're not making breakfast food and are out of burritos today. Go figure. I'm going to start a YouTube channel and start taping it. This is hilarious.

    The staff is SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! They talked about buying, rolling, and smoking weed while I was waiting on my order! The female manager with the rotten teeth was right there! She didn't know how to apply my coupon and her menopausal attitude is ridiculous! I won't ever go back!

    Food was horrible I just got thru eating my tacos and started to eat my sandwich and I found 2 long hair on my burger and threw it away I will totally won't come here ever again .bad service

    Don’t go here. Workers are extremely snobbish. I asked the girl at the drive thru what the price was and she told me to pull forward. I repeated, can I get the price before pulling forward and she went off on me talking about she’s the only worker and don’t have time to look at the screen to tell me the price with only one other car in front of me. I pulled off cause ew. No one wants food from someone like that. Find a different career then love.

    Slow as heck took 15 mins to get to ordering box and now its been 10 mins since they told me to hold. This is insane as im a doordash driver im loosing so much money on gas and lost customers.

    Save your money, burnt onion rings, missing sandwich. I know they are bankrupt but it's because they hire people who are too incompetent to do the job. -10 out of 5 stars. Next time I'll try the local dumpster.

    New rule, can't get any ranch with tacos unless u pay .20 cents now, but yet they don't advertise it on the menu so I'm suppose to swipe my card again for one ranch? Then this is what my tacos look like. I will never go to this place again. They don't care about how they make your food.

    Nice enough wokers but this place is the worst. They were out of tacos and fries last time I went, tacos are what they're known for! They're always closed random times for some reason like computers being down, and always out of whatever food you want. Do yourself a favor and skip this location, go somewhere else in the City.

    Every, and I mean EVERY time I come through, they are out of something; or it's "broken". Came through tonight to get Chicken Strips and their recently-advertised pineapple shake. They told me they were down to burgers and fries only, and the shake machine was down. I will NOT give this place one more dime of my money. Jeez, at least Lee's Chicken HAS what they advertise

    Its always been garbage it will always be garbage. Mumbling workers you can barley here in the drive through ask you 17 times what you want on your 2 breakfast sandwiches only to mess both of them up completely. I knew better and still went but it won't happen again.

    Nothing good to say about this location besides sucks. Food was messed up, took more then 12 minutes to get food with only us and one car behind us, crazy! Then told us to reverse our truck to get behind a sign! I know what that means! So that doesn't hurt there time in drive thru. Glad I'm not a owner of a place like this. You can tell the staff does not care! Also, 2 weeks before this encounter, I pulled up to the drive true window and at 345p in the afternoon the lady said sorry we are out of food tell 430p! Omg what a joke this place is.

    Terrible. Ordered bacon cheddar fries with 2 meals today. Was charged extra for them. Got regular fries. Went back for the bacon cheddar fries. Was then served 2 boxes of fries microwaved with slices of American cheese on top and no bacon. First and last time at jack in the box.

    This place is just horrible. The staff is extrmely rude. I was trying to modify my burger and she said, "Don't none of that come on it," in a tone that suggested she was annoyed I didn't know every ingredient to every sandwich they sell. Her entire attitude the whole time was like I was inconveniencing her. People with no customer service skills shouldn't be in customer service. Then she told my my total and told me to pull around when I wasn't even done ordering. I've heard other stories from friends about this location and everything they said was right. Honestly, I'm glad I chose to just drive away. They had nobody in the drive thru line and the parking lot was empty so I'm sure the meat and fries had been sitting for hours on end and would've been gross. I won't be going back either way.

    Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences ever.... If THEY GET YOUR ORDER WRONG THEY MAKE YOU GIVE THE WRONG FOOD BACK and outstandingly I saw them put it in the next persons bag for them to eat. They refused to give me the ranch I said I wanted when they asked what sauces I wanted with my food then proceeded to tell me at the window that I had to pay for each individual ranch. You need to give people jobs that treat customers with a fraction of respect. This is an absolute embarrassment, if I were the manager at this location I would fire everyone and then fire myself for allowing them to think this behavior is acceptable. DO BETTER! FAST FOOD SHOULD NOT BE AN ARGUMENT ESPECIALLY WHEN YOURE THE ONE BUYING SAID FOOD. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND EMBARRASSED.

    This Jack in the Box is one of the few left open in South City. I still like their breakfast sandwiched out of all the other ones. It's fresh, hot and great size vs. other places. Plus you get a real fried egg and excellent crossiant. Their mini Tacos and regular Tacos are great too because of their flavor. I don't mind waiting for freshly made food instead of food that's just been sitting there for awhile. Kudos to the ladies running this restaurant.

    Showed up to order in the Drive-Thru and was told it was online orders only. Then I made an order online came to the drive-thru to pick it up and was told that they didn't have a majority of my order because they were out of the products. When I ask for a refund I was told they couldn't do that so that I told the cashier that he was going to give me whatever he had available equivalent to the price of what I spent I spent $50 couldn't get a refund and get the food I wanted get it together.

    Went through drive thru and you could definitely tell the young lady on the mic did NOT want to be there. She was rude and unapologetic for her attitude. The food was good, but will not recommend that certain Jack in the Box to anyone, for the ride service you get. Like you're not as important as she is. Disgusted me

    It seemed a bit old and dated at first. There were bars on the windows, which also seemed a bit concerning. However we decided to stop and order food because it was open 24/7, had other cars in line, and we were HUNGRY. So we took the chance. For some reason, it just seemed sketchy to us. However, we ordered, and they gave us all of our food, and got it all correct. Other than our initial judgements and assumptions, there really isn't anything else that could be said against it. The food was good, and we have full bellies now. I recommend it, especially if you're super hungry in the middle of the night!

    This is ridiculous pulled up to Jack In The Box for lunch . Got 4 tacos ALL 4 tacos was cold and hard. Would have took back but was on my lunch break I’ll never stop on South Kingshighway and Chippewa.

    This over night team is the worse to exist! Literally it’s never fresh the girl always sound like she sky high and mumbling. Food always cold. Weather you order it thur doordash or go pick it up yourself it doesn’t matter still trash. I get off late so it’s my only opt and I hate it! It’s really went down hill.

    As reported by some other reviewers, we were asked to pay $0.20 for a buttermilk ranch condiment. Seriously? We were also asked to back up 5 feet in the drive-thru so our car would be off the sensor/timing plate. Classy. **We were literally the only car (or customers) at the restaurant.** Super disappointing experience, which is saying a lot given that (for us) fast food service already has a very low bar to clear. Great job. $0.20 just cost this Jack in the Box a customer, as we're never coming back.

    I placed an order on their app and had to wait 45 to 50 mins as usual and when I had received my order I was never handed my milk shake and when I went to go eat my burger their was items missing that inhad paid extra for. I am currently trying to find the store I'd number So I can request a refund so if anybody has thar number for the south kingshighway location I would appreciate it.

    Absolutely horrible. The workers was rude. I first got 6 tacos that was still frozen in the middle. They wasn’t even brown. I brought them back and they had a big attitude about replacing it but they did. The curly fries was good.

    Consistently the worst jack in the box I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them an extra 3 chances, “okay I’ll just try one more time, see if they got their stuff together.” Each time, met with a barely friendly mundane greeting which I can’t even understand, limited menu (only burger and fries, etc), and after a surprisingly lonnnng wait… because there’s no one there - the food did not do JACK IN THE BOX JUSTICE. Barely warm, usually with an ingredient missing. Sorry y’all, you don’t deserve to represent The Jack. Get your tacos together.

    We were the first customers of the morning and it was an awesome experience. Given the early hour I hadn't expected such good service. The food was out quickly, hot and tasted really good. The short haired woman that served us in the drive thru was definitely on her game!
