I decided to go with this pediatrician as a new resident in STL without looking at the practice reviews. The facility is nice, parking is easy. The practice as a whole seems poorly managed. They do not answer the phone until the afternoon for some reason. All my concerns are brushed off at every visit. I shouldn’t have to go to urgent care to get my child the help she needs when I have a pediatrician. Something is off here, look elsewhere.

My almost 6 year old son has been seeing Dr. Christina M. Ruby-Ziegler since he was born and she's amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else at this point. She comes off like she cares and my child is comfortable with her. I'm actually surprised to read any negative reviews about the staff. I've never had an issue one time. He's also always gotten his sick visits fast when needed. There was one time when she was booked he saw another Dr there for a sick visit. Nothing wrong with him but I definitely saw the difference. She's the best.

I went to Dr Epstein as a child. I took both of my children to him before he sadly retired. Dr Ruby has been wonderful, as well as the new Dr, Dr Reatherford. However, office staff is typically very rude, not accommodating whatsoever. Their office procedures for sick visits is absolutely ridiculous. They refuse to allow for you to make a sick visit appointment for the next day, only for the day of. If they dont have anything available for the day of, you're SOL. And they could care less about it. I was actually advised by the nurse's line to go to an urgent care instead. I would incur quite a deal of out of pocket expenses going to an urgent care, where those doctors do not know my child, their medical history or whats best for them. Most times than not, an urgent care will tell you to follow up with your primary anyway. DO BETTER or continue to lose your patients, Forest Park Pediatrics!!

My 3 children (24, 21, and 19) has been seeing Dr. Ruby-Ziegler since birth, and now my 2 beautiful grandsons (5 and 2) are under her care. She has always provided excellent care to my family. She even visits the hospital whenever they would need to go. The staff are always amazing and super sweet. We will use her as our pediatrician as long as she stays in practice. Thank you so much doc!!!!

Dr. Epstein is an amazing doctor. I couldn’t have asked for a greater doc for my son! Not only does he know his stuff, he also completely understands what it’s like to raise a blind child, as his own daughter has the same condition as my child. It will be sad to see him retire. On the other hand everyone over at Forest Park Pediatrics is great!

We had a great experience with Dr. Meyer as she cared for our daughter for her first 4 years (before we moved away). The office staff, however, were not always so courteous and sometimes made mistakes.

I just received a letter in the mail that Dr. Epstein is retiring and im literally in tears!!! Dr. Epstein has cared for my twin girls since the day after the left the NICU at St. Louis Children's Hospital after being born at 26 weeks and 5 days! Weighing 2lbs 4oz and 2lbs 8oz. And for my youngest angel before her passing in 2020. My twins are now 5 years old. Dr. Epstein has given my children the most exceptional care and my family is more than grateful!!! Thank you for 5 wonderful years of service!
