The
worst
customer
service
I
have
ever
had.
Felt
as
if
I
was
discriminated
against
because
I
was
gay
and
was
there
with
my
girlfriend.
Got
ignored
many
times
by
employees
after
they
told
us
they
would
be
right
back
to
help.
Just
because
I’m
not
a
middle
aged
women
in
there
with
my
daughter
does
not
mean
that
I
am
any
less
of
a
costumer.
I
was
a
first
time
consumer
at
Kendra
Scott
and
told
the
sales
associate
and
she
continued
to
treat
us
with
disrespect.
I
will
never
buy
anything
from
Kendra
Scott
again.
I
am
extremely
dissatisfied
and
disappointed
in
the
whole
experience.
Working
in
the
customer
service
industry
I
know
how
to
treat
people,
and
Kendra
Scott
definitely
doesn’t.
They
only
care
about
money.
I
contacted
their
Customer
Service
department
and
sent
them
a
complaint
about
how
we
were
treated.
I
got
multiple
emails
the
next
day
and
two
from
the
District
Manager
about
how
they
would
fix
this
problem.
I
even
got
to
talk
on
the
phone
with
her
and
tell
her
play
by
play
of
my
experience
and
we
were
able
to
talk
about
it
as
business
women.
She
understood
that
I
was
not
complaining
due
to
get
a
bigger
reward
but
to
assure
that
this
never
happens
to
anyone
else
and
to
assure
a
WOW
experience
for
everyone.
I
also
got
an
email
from
the
manager
of
the
store
and
was
told
that
she
sat
down
with
her
team
to
fix
this
problem.
I
am
extremely
thankful
that
this
all
got
fixed
and
that
the
Kendra
Scott
team
didn’t
take
this
situation
lightly
and
actually
cared
about
this
experience.
