Buyer beware! They don’t give refunds when you buy in store!! I boycotted this brand years ago when the two necklaces I bought for my daughter turned within a month. Now they sell fine jewelry, so I thought I would try again and buy her a gift for her 19th bday. Bought a gold ring on Friday, she didn’t like it, returned it on Monday! No refunds..store credits only! How does any store get away with that this day and age! I even told the sales girl that I was buying it for my daughter’s bday and can I return it if she didn’t like it she said sure…. But didn’t say for store credit! Now I’m stuck with a store credit I don’t want… my own fault I guess but I had no idea! Deceiving I think… 🤷‍♀️

The worst customer service I have ever had. Felt as if I was discriminated against because I was gay and was there with my girlfriend. Got ignored many times by employees after they told us they would be right back to help. Just because I’m not a middle aged women in there with my daughter does not mean that I am any less of a costumer. I was a first time consumer at Kendra Scott and told the sales associate and she continued to treat us with disrespect. I will never buy anything from Kendra Scott again. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the whole experience. Working in the customer service industry I know how to treat people, and Kendra Scott definitely doesn’t. They only care about money. I contacted their Customer Service department and sent them a complaint about how we were treated. I got multiple emails the next day and two from the District Manager about how they would fix this problem. I even got to talk on the phone with her and tell her play by play of my experience and we were able to talk about it as business women. She understood that I was not complaining due to get a bigger reward but to assure that this never happens to anyone else and to assure a WOW experience for everyone. I also got an email from the manager of the store and was told that she sat down with her team to fix this problem. I am extremely thankful that this all got fixed and that the Kendra Scott team didn’t take this situation lightly and actually cared about this experience.

Kendra Scott and the staff that work at this store are AMAZING! The staff is so helpful and accommodating. They make you feel special as a customer and take time to make sure you're going to be happy with any items you purchase.

The birthday 50% discount is great. My wife loves the jewelry and Half off helps the pocket book. They do also have good promotions as well. Nice store in a fancy mall.

I received my online purchase from Kendra Scott.com and it was the wrong item. I called the Frontenac store the next day and Molly was able to place the item I had actually ordered (which was a final sale) on hold for me. I went to the store this evening. Kelli B could not have been more pleasant! Her customer service was exceptional! She apologized, made me feel very welcome to the store and went over-and-above to fix the mistake. I will definitely be doing in-store purchases from now on! The customer service at the Frontenac store is unsurpassed! THANK YOU!

I brought my 3 year old in with me with the expectation of a pretty solid nightmare that could only be mitigated by tablet time and my hurrying through the transaction. I expected to apologize a million times and never go back out of embarrassment, instead the shop attendants were so great about my son to the point of helping him stay positively engaged. I don't get a lot of time as a mom to go nice places, thank you all for being so sweet and helpful.

Went in to get a necklace fixed they no longer had in store but Kelly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help with my prior purchase and help with the problem. She was so patient and efficient. I was there with my 18 month old ( who is always on the move) and their service exceeded all my expectations. I will come to this location each time without a doubt!
