This place not only sells game systems with cockroaches in them but when I called to tell them about it, they were already aware of it and they said oh that happens sometimes because of the different type of people we have come in here and trade in stuff. So you're telling me you accept stuff from people and you don't look at it or check it to make sure it's working and or clean.

Wish I could give half a star...I called them to see if they bought baseball cards and was told yes. After driving 30 minutes up there I waited 20 minutes while nobody helped me. Once I was finally approached I was told that they do not buy any sports memorabilia. I will never go back here and suggest you don’t unless you are just trying to waste your time

They changed their policies without notifying the customers, even signing a contract on interest rate was raised without knowledge. Warning do not pay your interest ahead, they do not deduct it from what is owed. I've done business here around 15 years but will NEVER go back. Stealing $267.00 from me will never happen again.

Brought in a vacuum in the box. The lady asked me if I had a receipt for it and I said no it's used. She then said you're telling me if I look in the box it's gonna be dirty. Assuming already that I'm lieing. Once I was trying to sell it I gave them my military ID and the same lady cuts in and says yea we don't except military ID's. Went on to say something like she can't prove that I'm active duty and it's against the law. It was really offensive. Not only that she was snarky and rude. Short old blonde lady 🤢. I'd advise going somewhere else.

I been going to the Telegraph location for five years since it under new management it isnt the same .Bougth a computer From the location yesterday it dont hold a charge and it completely clean out did everything the black lady said and it didn't work .Very disappointed I wish Sabrina r Joe was still there . George an that woman knew the computer wasnt operational . Will not b buying anything else from this location😠😠😠😤

A fair wanting to everyone that comes here do not put anything in the layaway they will steal your money I put a jack for my vehicle in a layaway I put $10 down on it to start the layaway I come back a week or two later to get it out they lost it and because I didn't have my receipt they threw me out of their store for no reason I did get a little upset for them losing my product I said well then give me my $10 back they refuse to do that so fair warning they do steal from you they will take everything you have so do not do a layaway there.

This is an awesome place..the staff there re very nice and professional They go above and beyond to help you I would never use another pawn shop besides cash America Love this place

Wonderful people and they will always give a deal if you buy more then one thing. Lots of tools guns and all around variety!!!!!! They also pay top price for gold necklaces or anything solid gold.

Stopped in today for the first time in over a year because I needed a single tool and didn’t want to have to buy a whole set. Last time I was in was not a very pleasant experience, and I swore I’d never be back, but decided to give it another shot. The place was packed and it looked like only 2 people in there working that I hadn’t seen before. I have to give credit where credit is due… Regardless of the amount of customers to people working, they were right on top of it, and handled everyone in a professional manor. Not what I’m used to seeing in pawn shops, or many retail establishments these days. I have to say they gained an old customer back today, and from the looks of it I’m not the only one.

Cash America pawn is one of the most honest pawn shops I ever did business with. They stand by their word and are customer friendly and oriented.
