Honestly this place is my new favorite spot. The guys are nice and they're all working hard and the FOOD IS SO GOOD it's kind of insane. I need to chill or I will burn out on it, but I can't stop eating here! Price is almost hard to believe when you see how much fresh hot food you get with the platter. White sauce all day. Can't say enough - go try for yourself.

Food is very tasty, and the white sauce is so yumm. I would love to go there again. The sitting area is not very neat and tidy and very small. It's good to take away if you want to enjoy the food as a group. It's usually very busy.

Love the food, great atmosphere, and staff are attentive to customers. Naz is super welcoming and treats everyone with a warm smile. Love to see the halal representation in upstate New York! Amber made sure the orders were timely and ready to go!

December 23rd, 2023: Update I went back to HALAL N OUT again because I thought that maybe my past experience was a one off. Well I'm sorry but I had the same bad experience as the first time. Maybe I just don't care for the food but I don't believe it's that. The food is just not good in my opinion. That being said I can't see myself ordering from here again. I definitely was not impressed with my experience yesterday. Service was average at best but maybe I just have high expectations. The meal I order was Lamb and Chicken. The meal comes of rice and a salad mix that they put into the same container. The rice was cooked to perfection because is was soft and not mushy but to me it's lack flavor. The chicken and lamb where pretty good but this meal just was not what I was expecting I guess. The hamburger was great and so were the fries. Fresh, hot, and well seasoned.

Second time having this place. The hype is warranted 100%. First time I did the lamb and chicken plate, amazing. This time I did the chopped cheese and cheese fries. Both were out of this world. My wife and 5 year old daughter agreed the chopped cheese was a certified banger! My son's classic chicken sandwich, and daughters boneless wings were both great as well. They kind of have a tandoori or some other similar spice to them. Everything here is amazing. If you haven't been, stop sleeping on it.

I have ordered here many times in the past and the food is always good. Never had a problem with any of my orders either. Not a fan of their white sauce, but the boom-boom sauce is on point.👌🏽 The food is always fresh and reasonably priced as well. I always order online because it’s more efficient. My only complaint is they should find a way to have their pickup process more organized, especially during their rush hours. Usually during the rush hour, the place is packed with people and the people who ordered online are sometimes waiting just as long as the people who ordered in the restaurant. Other than that the place is great.

Been here a couple of times. Food always prepped with love and care. The lamb platter is my favorite. The meat is moist and the sauce hits. Portions are worth the price. The staff are really hardworking and it shows especially during rushes. Wait time may be 15+ minutes but they communicate with you and make sure you’re taken care of. Seeing them hustle to get everything out without slacking off makes me want to see them thrive even more. The atmosphere brings a community of people. Glad to see a family environment and everyone there for good food.

Food is good, definitely worth trying. Really like their white sauce. Their chicken tenders are pretty salty tho. Ordered through Uber and they deliver well.
