The CYG service is very transparent and good value. On two occasions, CFYG have offered a very good price offered for both gold and platinum rings. The expected price calculator is easy to use and the confirmed price once the jewellery had been shipped was very close with minor variation down to metal value fluctuations. The shipping process and associated payment fees are clearly explained. Other on-line services with price calculators have given substantially lower prices and another, where you send the items and receive a valuation, gave an appalling initial offer.
