My first facial at reflection (Dermalux LED) Absolutely loved it, so relaxing. Heather was great and made sure to explain everything to me first, before the treatment started. Will definitely be booking more.

First time ever having lip fillers. I wanted a natural look with a pout. I was so scared as I’ve been told how painful it is. Heather always makes me feel so at ease. After an application of numbing cream (even my tongue was numb) I felt so comfortable, no bruising, no pain and they look super Amazing!! She really is a miracle worker. Thank you!!

I was quite nervous about attending, but Heather is a true professional, explained all the pros and cons and she is such a lovely lady she would put even the most nervous person at ease ,really happy with treatments would definitely recommend

I was super nervous at first but was out at ease straight away from just a calm atmosphere. Everything was explained and was given expectations even what could happen and side effect and how to deal with them.
