After my previous dentist of nearly forty years had retired, I dreaded finding a new dentist as I was comfortable and reassured with him. Like many people i hate going to the dentist but i can say that the team here are very relaxed and friendly. The dentists take time to discuss your needs and do everything possible to put you at ease. I am lucky to have found them and would recommend them without reservations.

I booked to go to a consultation with Dr Chetan Sharma who on the day was very informative and helpful. Since the consultation he advised he would look into treatment options and has not got back to me. He doesn't want to reply at all to any messages, lacks communication and all it seems he cares about is getting other customers and promoting his social media. I was looking forward to treatment due to previous recommendations and had told friends and family too. I will not be referring friends or family to this practice due to the experience I have had.

I wouldn't even give these one star. I need a tooth pulled out got seen had a temporary filling that fell out after two days. booked my main appointment only to be cancelled got rebooked. Only to that one to be cancelled. now next appointment in a months time I'm in agony with toothache. SO DONT GO HERE FIND A PROPER DENTIST ONE WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS????

They seems good and at the same time seems busy. It seems they have lots of patients. The last time I visited with my child; I was advised to call 111 because they got no space available to accommodate us. That doesn’t mean they were bad; it might be that they were overwhelmed with clients at the time of my visit. I have seen lots of patients with positive experiences from them which is an indication of good practice. Therefore, I commend them for their work; there has been backlog of patients since Covid.

Always had a fear and went here due to needing an emergency appointment. They got me in within the hour and I was seen by friendly receptionists, temp checked and hand sanitizer on arrival and waited 5 mins to fill out my form and was seen on time for my appointment. The dentist was fantastic, I didn't feel a thing, even the needles going in and out! Kept me calm for an extraction and was all done and out of there within 20 mins! Thank you.

Absolutely amazing service, so friendly and helpful I only wish I had gone to them years ago. The lady dentist who worked on my teeth (I can’t remember her name) she is amazing, she’s so gentle the needle never even hurt. I’m only half way through my treatment but I know when it’s over my teeth will look so good. I can’t thank them enough. Nicola x

Visited this dentist during covid for treatment. The staff and dentist were very kind and helpful. Today I had a tooth extraction. It was quick and painless. I cant recommend this dentist enough. He reassured me, talked through my concerns and was amazing. I'm a VERY nervous patient but the dentist and nurse were amazing.

Rang on a Sunday morning for an emergency appointment. Was booked in and seen within the hour. Great service

I was seen today by Chetan Pal Sharma, and from the first time I met him and his assistant, they made me feel comfortable ( as I do not like dentists always anxious ) they talked me though the whole process, step by step. Even after the teeth had been removed, the after care was excellent, even one of the staff ( Hayley ) offered to follow me home, to make sure I was fine. Well thanks to Mr Sharma and all the staff, what an excellent practice, and I would certainly recommend to anyone.

I’ve been waiting since September for an appointment for my daughter. Only to just be seen in January… The dentist guy upstairs is awful. Seen him a couple of times before and everytime he rushes the job. I couldn’t get a word in and was in there less than 5 mins. His quite rough when handling children and was not listening to me when I said my daughter has sensory issues and has difficulties. I will be transferring to a new dentist ASAP as I do not trust this man to check out teeth. I’d give this practice two stars for cleanliness and lovely staff on the reception.

They are not an emergency dentist anymore on Sundays so that's rubbish for me. Other than that they are a good practice an get things done in a timely manner.

I've been with this practice over 35 years, though changed ownership....and new Personal ie Dentists......

Disgusting service all together since the lovely blonde lady left, the new male dentist has no compassion or care for his patients or any mental health conditions they might suffer. He’s made me personally feel inadequate and pathetic for feeling pain or getting upset during appointments and he’s also gave me a fear of the dentist that I never previously experienced before he started. He speaks down to patients for no reason and made me believe my personal trauma to my face “wasn’t bad as he’s worked in prisons and seen it all.” He’s now refused and cancelled appointments due to my children being sick all night and unable to make it. Now instead of helping me fix the trauma I’ve experienced he’s added to it. The reception women I have spoke to ALL lack any empathy or understanding and only added to the struggle this has put on my mental health but it’s ok for the practise to cancel and rearrange NUMEROUS of future appointments with no explanation. The practise is busy due to its location but I can assure you this male dentist will not last long, like the rest of them. And I personally will be taking this further.

Developed toothache overnight. Contacted the surgery and they were able to see me straight, away and sorted out the problem. The staff were very plesent and helpful would highly recommend.

Place is a joke wait 6 months for appointment for them to ring and say got to wait another 6 months because there aint no dentists on site

Losing patience with this practice. Have to wait forever for an appointment and then it got cancelled by them, no explanation other than to say they will contact me again to rearrange and still heard nothing. Come on guys! As a Manager myself, customer service needs to better than this. You cancelled my appointment on short notice and said you would rearrange but haven’t. Sort it out and try to be a bit more professional in future please.

I came today and must say the denist and his assistant was amazing with me.

Worst place imaginable. DO NOT GO HERE!! They have a high turnover of dentists as all dentists who come here have come straight after finishing uni with absolutely NO experience and this is the place they ‘practice’ on the patients. I went for a filling, the Indian lady drilled further and further into it than was necessary and made it worse, blood everywhere because she drilled it to my gum, then she filled it - shoddy work - because she didn’t file it down so it fell out a few weeks after and I went to another dentist who informed me that she had made the tooth beyond repair and I now needed an extraction! When all I went in was for a simple filling. They butcher people here like animals, no care no compassion it’s like a slaughterhouse. They need to be reported to the relevant authorities because I’m pretty sure they’d get shut down with the sheet number of people who complain about them

Recently i took Wednesfield Dental Practice service. I found them very professional . I was in pain got problem with my molar teeth, they filled my cavity and gave me clinical advice how to look after dental health properly and treated me as well. I higly recommend .
