This is my 4th baby and magical views is sbsolutely the best place ive ever had my scans. Service is second to none, they are the most friendliest team ive come accross, should be proud. Previous review i feel is unfair if already mentioned had previous awkward babies. But each to there own you make you own mind up. My pics and videos are so clear, such a beautiful experience. Highly recommend😊

We went for a 4D scan today and the whole experience was amazing. The atmosphere was great and we felt welcome from the start. The scan was brilliant and a lot more than we expected- checking up on baby’s health was a nice reassurance in between hospital visits. We were initially in two minds of whether to have a 4D but we are so glad we did and would recommend Magical Views; we would definitely use again in the future.

I've been to miracle views twice now. The first being at 16 weeks pregnant when we had a bit of a scare and we couldn't get in very quickly for an NHS scan. The second was a similar experience at 29 weeks pregnant. Both times we were able to book in very last minute which was easy to do both over the phone and through the website. The staff were really helpful with questions I had. The scans were both great. The sonographer is very down to earth and put us at ease. Especially at 29 weeks when we were looking at the growth. He spent time explaining what everything meant and it was lovely to be told exactly what position baby was in at that point. I left feeling reassured and so happy to have seen such clear images of our baby boy. I highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing Scan clinic! Could not be happier with our experience here to see our baby in 4d! Lovely friendly people 🥰 had to go back as baby wasn't playing ball the first time, they tried everything to get him first time. Genuinely lovely people, who go above and beyond to make your experience as good as possible and very clean and lovely place 🤩 thankyou both so much!

We visited Magical Views for a well-being scan at 7 weeks and at 18 weeks for a gender scan, all I can say is thank you, the experience at both scans were literally magical! After such a bad experience at new cross for our 12 week scan we were so happy to receive such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. I would honestly recommend having a scan here for a more personal and intimate experience. We will be back for our 4D scan soon!

I highly recommend Magical Views. The appointment was easy to book and the staff's customer service was excellent. It was the perfect place to see and hear my baby for the first time.

After an awful experience with another private clinic I was very anxious into going somewhere else. As soon as I walked in the door, I was welcomed and felt at ease instantly. I was scanned and given all the information I needed very patient. Thorough and so polite. Just wanted to pass my thanks to the staff that day not only did you reassure me but you made me feel at ease again Will see you soon for the next scan Thank you

The staff at Magical Views were so friendly and accomodating. We brought our toddler to the gender scan, an he at times was loud. They were very understanding and even made him feel involved. They also let me and my partner to look at the images again on a computer screen (in addition to the printed photos).

I honestly can’t recommend Magical Views enough. We took our family to our gender scan yesterday, Jordan welcomed us explaining what would be expected at our scan, we had booked a package (which was an amazing value for money). Jordan was accommodating listening to any requests we had. We then went into the scan room with Kenechi, he is also very welcoming, reassuring me throughout the scan, taking time to wait for baby to move into a better position and explained what we could see. The whole experience didn’t feel rushed they allowed us to have time with our baby! We had the heartbeat teddy bear which is incredible I would definitely recommend getting one. We were able to sit in the private seated area to look at all the pictures and choose the two prints (part of the package) not having the pictures picked for you just made the whole experience extra special! I love how we had so many prints, photos and videos sent to our phone too! Thank you both for making this experience truly magical I definitely would recommend!

If you're pregnant and thinking about having a private scan, look no further than Magical Views! The scans themselves are incredible and you will be amazed with the outcome. Myself and partner have been for 5 scans here so far and we have been extremely happy everytime! The staff are so welcoming and make you feel very comfortable at all times. Totally worth it!

Me and my wife took our daughter who is expecting her 1st child. The staff at Magical Views are amazing and provide a ' magical ' service. The premises were in immaculate condition and the environment is very peaceful and calming. An experience which won't be forgotten, thank you very much to the ladies at M.Vs !!!

Absolutely brilliant. Staff were absolutely lovely and really thorough talking through everything. I took my 3 year old son and they were brilliant with him and he absolutely loved it and was so excited to show everyone the photos. Thank you so much :)

I've used this clinic twice in my current pregnancy so far and can't speak highly enough of them. The environment is clean and modern and the technology is very high definition. Friendly treatment, appointments aren't rushed and are private. Definitely recommend.

The women were absolutely lovely, very welcoming and calming. Answered any questions or concerns we had about the pregnancy. When we couldn't see the baby properly they didnt just send us away after our time, asked us to come back as they didn't want us to leave without a lovely picture. Would definitely recommend them to other people. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We visited Magical Views last month for a 4D scan as our baby had been diagnosed with clef lip. Jen was absolutely amazing, it was a very uncertain time for us and we were looked after so well. As usual our baby wouldn't perform at the beginning but Jen soon worked her magic. Our two sons came with us and Jen and Toni were fantastic with them, involving them throughout. The scan was so detailed and Jen's years of experience just shone the entire time, I felt in very safe, caring, and knowledgeable hands. I would highly recommend Magical Views.

I honestly can’t recommend Magical Views enough. We took our family to our gender scan yesterday, both Jen and Toni were absolutely lovely, welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. They were so reassuring throughout the scan, taking time to wait for baby to move into a better position and explained what we could see. Hearing the baby’s heartbeat for the first time was quite literally ‘magical’, so when we decided we’d like a bear with the heartbeat, the ladies were so lovely and let me re-record the heartbeat. We then got to choose which coloured bear we’d have for each gender and the ladies put it into a box for our little surprise at a meal later on - this just made the whole experience so special. I love how we had so many prints, photos and videos sent to our phone too! The shop and scan room are just beautiful. All of the personal touches from the ladies 100% make them stand out from competitors. Thank you both so much. We definitely won’t be booking anywhere else in future and urge all of our expecting friends to book in!x

The most relaxing atmosphere to enter into, we were welcomed by Jordan who was so friendly. We were taken straight through to be scanned after we finished filling in our paperwork. We were then allowed to sit and look through our pictures and select our favourites which is a nice touch, the package we brought allowed us to see our baby in 3D/4D and receive 2 images and 2 videos of our choice to be sent via email. Couldn't recommend this business enough, we had a lot more of a nicer experience here than we have anywhere else and the prices are more than reasonable. Thank you for making our time with you so special :)

My gender scan at magical views was an absolutely amazing experience. They really took the time to make sure we were comfortable and looked after thoroughly. Really could not recommend them more! We will definitely be back for more scans

After not having the best experience at WTTW, I tried this place instead for what was my 9 week scan. I went alone as my partner is away alot and I felt reassured and comfortable straight away. They both understood I hadn’t had the best experience prior and made sure everything was checked and explained for me that baby was all okay and let me hear the heartbeat and sneak peak in the HD mode. Left feeling so much better. Went back with my partner and our 10 month old for gender scan at 15 weeks, they were interactive with our daughter and put on the lights for us💙 gender confirmed at NHS scan too. Will be going back for our 4D scan, wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Hands down the best place we’ve been to see our little man. The first time we went was for a reassurance scan, then we came back for our bonding scan! And what an amazing experience we had!! The photos are perfect! Even though we do have a stubborn boy!! We are now due to go back for our 33 week scan to see baby before he comes out!! They never fail to get the best photos possible! Even if it does take some wiggling lol. Thanks so much to you both. You’re amazing and have made our experience magical xxxx

Been to other private scans and obviously the hospital, but this has to be the most attentive and friendly place I’ve been, really made you welcome from the get go, continuous communication and even talking to the baby during scan, couldn’t of been more comfortable! These pair really make it feel like you’ve known them for years, couldn’t recommend enough! Go out of their way to get good pictures and you get more than your moneys worth! So pleased with our experience!

I have visited Magical Views twice now; first time for a gender reveal scan and then most recently for a 4D scan. Kenechi and Jordan are the absolute dream team and their service is faultless! From the second you step foot in there, you are immediately made to feel at home and throughout the whole process, from signing the forms to the actual scan you are made to feel so comfortable and you just know that you are in safe and capable hands with them both. At my first 4D scan, the little one wasn't co-operating whatsoever and despite the patience and time Kenechi had with us, he just wasn't having any of it, so we were invited back for another scan the following week and although baby was still as uncooperative as the first time, the whole experience there was totally worth it! Would highly recommend to anybody! Thank you guys for your loveliness!

Not one to usually leave reviews.. especially negative ones but unfortunately I'm that angry and disappointed that I feel the need to share. I paid over £70 for a package.. to receive images and videos of my baby.. no videos were sent.. images they sent me a handful.. none of which you can even tell is a baby. To PAY for a private scan.. you expect to get at least one photo of your baby! Baby was in an awkward position which I understand isn't their fault (not mine either though) . They offered one single rescan.. and baby was again in an awkward position. They are refusing any further rescans or any sort of compensation for me not receiving any images/videos which I paid for. This is most likely my last baby.. possibly my last scan and I didn't even get to get any photos. I am beyond gutted. Even at my nhs scans when baby was being awkward they got me to go for a walk, advised me to shake and move positions, they didn't even try, only told me to go empty my bladder which helped slightly and we caught a slight glimpse of baby but they didn't send me that photo or video. They didn't really even show us any of the baby in 4d at all. There is an image in 3d where it looks as though baby was looking yet they didn't even look in 4d. I wish I had gone to where I have previously had my scans before, I have had 2 other awkward baby's, one of the places I went previously gave me a refund for not providing images good enough for their standard which was far better than what they got here. Absolutely would not recommend them. I have attached all the images they sent to me so hopefully people can understand why I am so gutted.
