After using this practice for many years I feel completely let down by them. I cannot believe the manner of the Reception staff. It is an absolute disgrace. They have no empathy towards patients whatsoever. Anybody who works in a doctors should be capable of being at least warming and caring towards patients. I have never been spoken to so rudely. I completely understand if there are no appointments available that there is not a lot they can do, however, how they speak to the patient is completely in their control. Speaking to patients on the telephone is part of their job role, not an inconvenience. A few suggestions: i'm sorry I know how awful it is when you feel poorly. The only thing i can suggest is 111. I know it's frustrating. I hope you start to feel better soon. Please ring back tomorrow if you haven't managed to be sort anything today. It takes no longer to be nice and sympathetic towards a patient than it does to be rude. In fact by being rude causes the practice and staff far more work as patients will complain and complaints have to be followed up. Although, this is a very negative review. It is purely about the Reception staff, not the actual Doctors. Over the last few years I have seen all 3 Doctors on a fairly regular basis for either myself or my children and have found them all to be professional, caring, thorough and well-mannered. I particularly like Dr Rana. He has a lovely calm manner and is wonderful with children. He is a very conscientious and I always feel he does everything he possibly can to help. Quinton Practice please sort your Reception staff out. They are completely letting the team down.

Have been with this practice from Dr DeCruz, to Dr Patel, and now the new Doctors, But never have I experienced Receptionists like they are now. No time for you, cut you off speaking before you've explained what you want, generally very rude. Come back Jayne. Julie Lucas.

Had multiple issues with Dr Chiam in last 2 months. Very unprofessional, unsympathetic, makes insinuations that my being ill with mental health is my fault, discriminatory behaviour towards mental health which if long term like me then its classed as a disability under equality act. Refuses give sick notes and when does its only for 3 weeks even though long term condition. Makes my mental health worse. Dr Rana is even worse, bullying, belittleing, laughing, harrassment, discrimination. Absolute no idea about mental health. Avoid at all costs.

Dr. Anwar 5 star angel of hope and healing. I have been a patient since 2006. I was always afraid to go to the doctor because previous doctors didn’t care and treated me unfairly. Fast forward to the arrival of Dr. Anwar. I tentatively made an appointment for a problem I had for over a year that was ignored. Dr. Anwar listened to my complaint and referred me for a scan. That scan led to not just the answer to problem A but also showed another problem in the same scan. Both needed treatment. Since then I have slowly become more confident in going to see Dr. Anwar and she treats the problem without judging. Dr. Anwar is professional, kind, listens, advises and treats. She has never made me feel bad for asking questions or asking for help. Dr. Anwar is through and still manages the time well. Dr. Anwar brought back the values of medicine with an impeccable bedside manner and knowledge. She’s done further training in woman's care. Dr. Anwar actually looks you in the eye when speaking and is full of compassion. I really can not praise her enough. With nurse Tracy, Christine and the addition of Sarah the practice is now one that is moving forward in a mix of modern and old fashioned care and commitment to patient care. I feel confident that soon I will finally feel somewhat human again and all credit to Dr. Anwar and the nursing team. The best GP I have ever had without a shadow of doubt. Quinton Practice itself is 4 star but well in the way to five with the new doctors at the helm. My very personal thank you to Dr. Anwar, Tracy and Christine doesn’t seem enough but it’s the best I can offer. Thank you thank you thank you

Absolutely no issues with the Quinton Practice and have recently been very impressed with the service I have received. I have noticed a huge difference in improvements with the practice as a whole over the past few years which has been great! Dr Rana continues to be the best GP I have ever encountered, and where possible I always request to see him. Over the years of seeing him he has always gone above and beyond and always done a real thorough job. I always feel listened to and respected as a patient and feel reassured with any issues I have. Thank you to the Quinton Practice Team and keep doing the great job you are! Me and my family really appreciate all that you do when we need you.

I have recently had to see Dr Anwar on several occasions, as a person and practitioner she has been polite, courteous, kind and caring. I’ve not felt rushed in her consultations. She is a professional who thinks systemically and doesn’t just focus on symptoms, she has promptly made referrals for further investigations when required, whilst also reviewing and checking in on how I’m doing. I feel she is genuinely trying her best to help me understand what’s currently going on with my health.

All I can say about the whole of Quinty Practice and all of the Caring, Helpful Staff I've encountered is really unbelievable. It is true that over the years I've been registered here, I have never had a bad experience, Moans and Groans in waiting room about having to wait....did my head in😄 Remodeling the practice has definitely made Everything, Effective with hopefully Far Less Stress for all. Guess What, some people now joining the very small numbers in the waiting area, Still Moan and Groan. And Yes, it's still doing my head in😄 Thank you all, most of us really do appreciate what you ALL do for us. Thank Kate for today's help. Wishing Everyone all the best Steve Troke

Managed to get a doctors appointment within 3 working days. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Dr Rhana gave me steroid injection in knee and referred me to cannock x-ray department. Next day letter arrived from x-ray department for appointment in 9 days time. Pleased with the care and efficiency of all involved. Thanks

Thankfully I haven't needed the doctor very often but when I have they have been efficient and helpful here. My latest experience, this week, during Covid, couldn't have been handled any better. From receptionist to doctor, they surpassed my expectations. Yes, it can be hard getting through on the phone early in the morning but that's because they're busy! The few times I have needed Dr Chiam I have always found him empathetic and patient. It's not an easy job being a GP, practice nurse or doctor's receptionist, but I think they do it well.

Signs everywhere telling you to disclose all symptoms, but when you phone to book an appointment, you're only allowed one problem a day because of the bank holiday weekend. Best just hope they're not related then ...... this is why receptionists should not be allowed to triage patients.

What is the point of Quinton Practice if they have no knowledge of anything? Every time I go to this clinic they never have an answer for my issue or for my kids health problems, all they say is “go to the pharmacy”. I mean, I know I need to go to the pharmacy for the medications, but I specifically go to the clinic to get a doctor’s help and get a prescription, but the doctors there they have no knowledge whatsoever. Easiest job ever, just sit there and tell people to go to the pharmacy, I wish I had a job like that, getting paid to send people to the pharmacy. The nurses at the pharmacy have more knowledge than the so called “doctors” have at Quinton. Things need to change over there and they need to get real doctors, doctors that actually can help you with your health issue and give you real and helpful advise.
