I'm working by this gym and popped in for a day session .. Best gym I've been to .. has absolutely everything.. can't wait to go back

Great place, great atmosphere and nobody judges you. Everyone is pleasant and Terry, the owner, is a really sound bloke who makes you feel positive and focused on getting fit. Nice one TR.

Cannot recommend this place enough. A little nervous after 10 years out of martial arts getting back into it. But all the staff are welcoming and very helpful. Terry is a great coach and takes the time to help you and break down techniques. Everybody makes you feel at ease and part of the group when joining in the kickboxing classes. Great facility and very traditional values. 100% recommend, come and try it for your self 👍
